Updated my post to 3 stars due to having to pay more money after my windshield was installed. I sent an email but never heard anything back.. I ended up having to pay an extra $65 to have my windshield wiper fluid line hooked back up... it was snowing and slushy and I couldn't drive without it.Would definitely recommend their services. Was in and out in about an hour with a windshield and a car window being replaced. Very professional and was also super helpful with filing a claim through my insurance. My windows are perfect again, thanks guys!!!

Outstanding service and friendly people! I was driving by and decided to stop in after looking at a chip in my windshield for too long. I was in and out in about 30 minutes and couldn't even see where the chip was located. I highly recommend Mr Chip.

They got me out of there within 15 minutes for a small crack in my windshield. A super tiny crack is still visible as that what was advised beforehand but seal job reduced most of the visual crack and was told to stop the spread. Would recommend to all

Excellent!!! Fast prompt service. 3 gentlemen worked together installing my windshield after hailstorm damage. I recently had my windshield replaced 2 months ago and it was triple the cost at our local glass company and double what the next city's company wanted. Get an estimate from Mr. Chip and compare.

I made an appointment with Mr Chip glass a few weeks ago to replace my 2019 Chevy Traxx.They got me to fix it within 48 hours!They were fast, polite, and they even helped me with the insurance claim!10 out of 10 will recommend and use them again!

Mr. Chip is the best. They came to my house on a Saturday. Took 30 mins, and everything was done. They did a wonderful job. Insurance company told me the safety features of braking and collision would need to be recalibrated as they replaced the windshield. Workers at Mr Chip told me this didn t need to be done and they would work just fine. I asked about this at my dealership while getting my oil changed, and they confirmed that a recalibration absolutely needed to happen. When I called Mr. Chip back they backpedaled and said they just don t do it there. This is negligent on their part and it s a lawsuit waiting to happen. Had they just been honest, I would have scheduled the work to be done at the dealership, but to lie and risk the safety of my family is just unacceptable. I have alerted my insurance company as I do not believe they should be a recommended company. Those of you with newer vehicles with these safety systems, go elsewhere to make sure the whole job gets done.

Mr Chip was replacing windshields on some of our company's Vehicles when I had a conversation with him about my rain sensitive wipers not working and how I needed a replacement rain sensor pad. He told me he would order me one. Two days later to my surprise when I got out to my vehicle after work he had dropped it off to me!!! I am beyond thrilled super generous of him!!! I would 100% recommend Mr Chip to anybody with windshields needs!

After the hail storm in Davison, i contacted 2 places for a glass replacement on a 2005 Mercury Grand Marquis. One place gave me an estimate 2 weeks out - and then later said they couldn't get the glass due to age. Mr. Chip said 2 days later - there was an incident with that glass, he notified us and kept us updated, and within 5 days had the glass replaced. At half the price the other place said. They did a great job! Fast, friendly service they came right to my office to replace my windshield. I had contacted several other windshield repair companies and either their estimates were ridiculous or they didn't get back to me at all. Mr. Chip replaced my windshield when I had a stone chip that was too large to repair, and they did an awesome job! I scheduled the repair online, left a check for the deductible in my vehicle, and they came and did the repair while I was at work! Great service! I highly recommend them!

They came to the house and it was sprinkling so they took our car back to the shop and brought it back in 40min... looks like there's nothing there. GREAT PLACE
