We leased a new car today and are so excited! Adison King made this process so easy and seamless all from the comfort of our home! Everything was done electronically and the car was delivered to our home!!! So impressed with this level of customer service! You now have a customer for life!

We traveled over 3 hrs to view vehicals and test drive an Escape and a Lincoln Corsaire. Our salesman, Brendan had vehicles ready for us to test drive upon our arrival. Fell in love with the Lincoln .Could not be happier with the personal service we received from our first contact on chat through to meeting up atvthe dealership and finally closing the deal. All in all an awesome experience.

Called to schedule an appointment for service on my Lincoln lady that answered was rude unprofessional and had poor customer service skills. Unwilling to help or give assistance answered the phone like I was calling her personal cell phone. Called and scheduled service at Lincoln of Troy would rather drive a little further and have good customer service.

I didn't even want to give this dealership one star. Treated horribly and unprofessionally by a number of people, including upper management. I lease new vehicles quite frequently and have NEVER been treated so poorly before. Absolutely disgusted with the way they do business here. Buyer beware, there are many better places to buy a car than this place.

Lafontaine of Flushing was fantastic! We needed a New Lincoln Navigator and Kenzie did an amazing job finding us one! From start to finish the entire team at Lafontaine did a fantastic job! We love our New 2022 Lincoln Navigator thanks Kenzie and Jon Bauer!

I have had a great first experience here. Oil change, tire rotation, and a neat little video of how the underbody is looking. Service advisor, Dave, was super nice. Everyone was very kind and welcoming.

Changing the name won t change the service. Anyone giving them a good review is either a relative or worker. They are beyond incompetent and lack professional courtesy.

Looking for your next Lincoln? Visit Mike at LaFontaine in Flushing. Looking for an alternate make? Visit LaFontaine in Highland.I am thankful for the staff at both who enabled me to test drive the Ford Expedition, GMC Yukon Denali, Cadillac Escalade and Lincoln Navigator that I had been researching for 6-12 months prior and purchase the best of the best, my new Lincoln Navigator.This was my 9th vehicle purchase and hands down the best experience yet.The team was kind, knowledgeable, quick to respond, professional and courteous.Thanks, LaFontaine! Fantastic customer service! Beginning with the service center and then Robert Craig in sales, they identified a really expensive problem on my 2017 MKX and then got me into a new car for the same price as the fix would have cost! Loyal lifetime customer for sure.

Just got a 2012 Ford Escape when everyone else said not they got me approved. Laure and Dam when above and beyond to get me approved. The whole Team were Fantastice. If you need a different ride run don't walk to them!

Started a purchase 12AUG but they had to finishing fixing these. They text me 2 days ago (7SEP) it was complete and I could come get it. Then sold it before I could even sign for it. Terrible organization

Have had quite a bit of trouble with this dealership but they have reached out and are trying to make it right...we'll see.*Update* You are better off going somewhere else. The headache just isn't worth it.
