Flushing Service Center is the best!! All of the employees are great! They take great care of you and your car. Depending on what is going on with your car, you get updates and recommendations for things that will need to be looked at in the future. I trust Flushing Service Center and have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend Flushing Service Center for your automotive needs.

I initially took my car in for a 15 minute inspection. Fifty minutes later, my 6 year old car indeed needed some normal maintenance.The mechanics were thorough, and very polite. I was able to bring my car in two days later for a complete repair.They took good care of my car. Thank you for being the caring and talented people you are. Job well done!

My first time going here. Had a way to drop my car off the night before my appointment. Drop box area easily accessible to leave my information and keys. They were quick to tell me what was wrong with my car, the price, and the guesstimated time to be done. The lady who followed up was very nice on the phone. I didn t feel pressured to fix anything I didn t want to. It was easy for me to pay for my repair over the phone and pick up vehicle after hours. Definitely will come back.

Flushing road service. I will recommend. The receptionist which is Kim very nice on the phone and in person? The young man that fixed my car. He was very nice. He explained everything that was wrong with my car. The waiting area was clean ,warm . They such nice people.

Flushing Service Center has always been quick to take a look at my car & call with a detailed explanation. They are honest and don t hassle you to get services done that aren t necessary at the time. I will continue to have my cars serviced here!

The Flushing Service Center came to the rescue! I had an unexpected engine light come on resulting in a loss of engine power. I immediately called Jason Wynn @ Flushing Service Center and he allowed me to come in ASAP. Upon arrival, Jason performed an engine diagnostic, replaced the #4 Ignition coil, and I was out in less than 30mins. And the bill was affordable! This is the benefit I always receive from Jason and the Flushing Service Team resulting in my loyalty. Continue to keep up the good work in exceeding customer expectations.

Flushing Service Center takes care of all of my family vehicles. They have always been up front and honest about repairs and pricing. I ve found pricing to be fair for current market. I will continue to bring my vehicle here for service versus a dealership. Thank You!

Had a very good 1st time experience with this business!!! Very friendly... great customer service.. honest... and fixed the problem. Price seemed to be fair and reasonable after getting 2 quotes and a Google search. I recommend them to everyone and oh also they had it done the very next day lastly but not least Kim at front desk is a doll to work with and very kind and pleasant to visit with while waiting for your quote. Thank you all again for helping us out to get our car running supreme again!! You guys rock!

I recently had front and rear brakes done along with a brake fluid flush on my 2017 Subaru Outback. I knew brakes were needed but was t sure the extent of what that would include and had a horrible noise of metal on metal. Kim was very kind and explained that calipers could be needed and explained in detail what can happen. I never felt pressure to get anything done and I was kept informed and given all the details to make an educated decision on what to get. I did some research and found their prices to be very competitive and the service to be EXCELLENT! No one wants to spend money on car repairs however it s a lot easier when you re confident in the service and treated so kindly!

They are ALWAYS so accommodating and helpful every time I have been there! At first I was skeptical because I had always used the big name type places, but I am SO glad I changed my mind and went there instead. They have the most knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly staff who are always willing to take those extra minutes to explain things and make sure the customer understands before they do anything! If you re looking for a local- smaller type business with fair pricing and excellent quality- this is the place! Thank you to Kim for everything and to the mechanics for all of the hard work they put into my car.

I hate taking my car in to have it worked on, but Flushing Service Center makes me very comfortable and I don t mind. I had my oil changed and they are very nice and fast. Have been taking my car to them for 7 years. Very happy with them.

My heater needed to be fixed with winter here. The manager drove me home so that I could be home while the repairs were being done. Then came and got me and drove me back to the garage to get my car. Toasty warm heat, good conversation and a reasonable charge for all the work that was done. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for all auto repairs.

My advice, get a second opinion before handing over your money to them. They go by codes not visually checking the problem. My "code" read I needed a new transmission for $8700 ish. The van was only $10,000 when I bought it. After another mechanic looked at it I was out of transmission fluid (which they didn't fill up), leaky line, and cracked pan. None of that was mentioned and Kim tried to backtrack track saying it was on my paperwork. Upsetting, to say the least.

Called on a Monday to get my Traverse in for some much needed maintenance. Got me in Tuesday morning, provided shuttle service, called me later that afternoon with an item by item breakdown with prices, let me pick and choose...no pressure at all. They called Wednesday early afternoon, all done, again shuttle service. Lovin' my vehicle again, and they are my new go-to service center!Service: General repairs & maintenance

y'all my engine blew up. They had everything ready to go as far as cost Decided a 2005vwasnt worth putting the money into. Helped me get rid of the old car. Once again totally professional. Once my warranty is over I will be returning to them.
