The staff is very, very knowledgeable on car part that you may need. They will even hook up a scanner to your car for free to read any check engine lights. They do free wiper blade installation and battery battery replacements. The inside is always spotless and the outside too. I love coming to this Autozone. Keep up the great work guy and gals .

Disappointed that I sent my son to the store to pick up a new battery for our ATV telling him to ask for the equivalent battery. Feel the store clerk took advantage of the teenagers selling them an AGM for $100 instead of a lead acid battery for $60. I feel they should have explained the differences so he would called to ask.

I stopped by a different auto parts store first, in order to get my two head lights replaced. I was told by the employee they could not change the lights becuase they cannot get to them easily. She referred me to Belle Tire. I chose not to go there because I wasn't sure of the costs involved, and the wait time on a Saturday afternoon. So I decided to go to AutoZone because I had a good experience the last time I went. I asked employee Joe if he could put my lights in, and he stated he will go out and look at my car and let me know. He came back in and told me yes; it will be challenging but he could change them. I purchased the lights, and although it was a challenge, thankfully Joe changed my lights. He was so kind, good to work with, and made my day!I won't make the mistake again and go to a different auto parts store. I also received $20 in rewards after this purchase! Thank you Joe and AutoZone for awesome customer service!!

UPGRADING from 2/5 to 5/5 after the regional manager contacted me and made this right due to my original review (below). He said the employee in question had previous complaints and would no longer be in customer contact which I found to be true when I returned to the store and redeemed the gift card sent to more than compensate me. GREAT JOB![[ORIGINAL REVIEW: This would be one star except for the courteous, helpful employee who originally assisted me with purchase of a cargo net. The plastic frame fell apart almost immediately. When I ATTEMPTED to return it (WITH receipt), the manager tried to persuade me that it was supposed to fall apart. He then stalled processing my return for so long that I finally left the part behind and exited the store before losing my temper at being treated so badly.]]

Dave went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. Here's the situation: I had a job interview the next day and had been limping along with a battery that was on its last leg when it finally died on me. Dave went through all of the standard procedures with checking the battery and finding a suitable replacement within my budget, but where he went above and beyond was checking several batteries off the shelf to guarantee I wouldn't have the slightest chance of an issue when I went to start my car the next day. Normally it's a grab and go procedure, which is fine, but the extra attention to detail brought me peace of mind. This is no knock at any other employee, but Dave really stands out amongst several good experiences at this store.

They have always had the right part that I need everything I go there. One thing that I am really impressed with is that they have a parts pro who is deaf but I have communicated with him on more than one occasion and he is very knowledgeable and professional. Last time I was there I needed windshield wipers, I wrote it down, he got them and then went to my car and installed them for me without me asking. I thought that was awesome. Every other parts pro that works there is the same way. Very professional excellent place to go for all of your parts needs.

The Manager Joe went above and beyond today for my daughter's vehicle. In the cold, in good spirits, if not cheerful. It was below 29 with the wind. He changed her battery while we waited and joked as best he could in the cold. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Wish more customer service experiences were this easy.

It s been a few years so I figured I d update my review. This location has went through a few months of new people coming and going it seemed. These last few weeks I ve always had the same checkout dude, I forget his name, but he s the chill dude with glasses. Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and doesn t try to talk you into useless things at checkout. Parts selection is rather standard and it s pretty much your ideal autozone experience.

No customer service this trip. No one said a word to me, let alone asked if I required assistance. The store was almost empty as it had just opened, and the employees were chit chatting, not busy with work related tasks. Do better next time guys

Went in for leather cleaner and was there for five minutes trying to find what I wanted, however I kept hearing f**k being said by employees that were also screaming other curse words to each other from behind the counter. Nobody said hello nor asked me if I needed help. I usually go to advanced auto parts Bc of negative experiences like this that I've in the past. Guess this was a reminder not to waste my time with this place.

My daughter just came home from a trip to the Flushing Mi. Autozone where she was treated very rude by the personell there. This is the second time this has happened at this store. If a person needs help, good public relations should dictate doing so cheerfully and politely. I told her after the first time this happened to go somewhere else. We have several other options near by, so there's no reason to be treated this way.

Was in Flint during start of storm (Getting very dark) with bad headlamp because the Flint store told me they would install it. Lady at the pierson road store looked at me like I was crazy and said "we don't do that here". I can't install it myself So I drove off without a headlight in the dark. I called the Clio road store back and told them about what happened at the Flint store. The manager at the Clio road store said that it was news to him because of the store in Flint should have been able to install it for me especially with it being a storm and me being from out of town. Folks of the Flint store is just lazy I guess doesn't care much about safety...

They were to busy eating to be bothered to help customers. Watched me struggling to replace wiper blades and never offered any assistance. Will not spend another dime in this store. Edited to add, went down the street to Advance Auto and they put the blades on for me, even though I bought them at AutoZone. That's good business....

Went to six different auto parts stores today, didn t get much help with my problem. Just happened to be driving by this store so stopped to see if they could help me out. Got great customer service and an excellent suggestion for a fix which nobody in any of the other stores suggested, thanks a ton.

Not the best service. Know what you need cause they aren't much help if you don't. Asking for help is like pulling teeth. I think I'll stick to advanced next time.
