I would not even bother calling this location if I were you. The people who you do talk to are rude and then they put you on hold where they forget about you. Completely sloppy customer service on this place's part. It is probably better I go else where after seeing the service some people received from here. Look Walmart, if you do not want to be in this line of work, then get out of it. Because it is not even all Walmart locations, the one on Belsay not only answered my call right away, but gave me a quote for the tires, installation, and warranty. So it is the fact this location is just awful at customer service. Get it together. Or don't and close down, whatever floats your boat.

Although I ran into a couple of glitches, store manager, (Q, don't want to slaughter her name, ) was able to take care of the issues promptly. They weren't able to perform the requested service due to safety issues (my safety) but did offer a solution that was completely satisfactory. Will definitely use them again. Thank ya'll for everything!

I set up a 7 am appointment for having tires put on my car. I arrived, just before 7am. I was told "Sorry, no Techs will be in until 9am." I was less than pleased, since I had to get up early to get it done.They did get it done in a reasonable amount of time. My only issue is, why have hours, and setting a 7am appointment, if you are not gonna have someone there to work until 9?

At the tire area Technician Corey was amazing he fixed my tire sensor light problem professionally. Owosso Walmart changed my tire and sensor but couldn t reset my tire light in dash and made me visit them three times without any luck.

Oil changed was sitting for a hour when they told me 30-45 mins and nobody was there. A lady said she been there for a hour and a half with no work done

The assistant manager Shane was super helpful. Bought tires from Walmart website and got them installed else where due to need more front end work done. But long story short the people who installed them didn t balance the tires right at all. Took it up to Walmart because I was told I had a bad tire and Shane looked at found the problem and fixed it without hesitation. Awesome guy and a great help

So I needed a tire. The website said they were open till 7 p.m., but when I called at 6:30 no one answered. So because the website said it would open at 6 a.m. I was in the parking lot at 5:50 a.m. I saw no activity in the tire building so I called. No one answered. So I called the main store, and they said it didn't open till 8. I pointed out that the website said 6. She said hang on let me check. Turns out they don't open till 7. So now I'm sitting here in the parking lot waiting for them to open. Not a good start.At 7 o'clock promptly they open the doors and invited me in, discussed my tire options with me and with half-an-hour I was on the road again. Not a good start but a fantastic ending. Thank you guys!

Had my car towed here after a blow out on I75. Even though they were already closed, Matthew Acres came out when he saw I had a flat tire.Even though they couldn't replace my tire for a different mechanical issue(broken strut). He was awesome, very friendly and helpful. He was still there when I had another tow truck come to take my car home. I'd give more stars for him if I could.

Worst customer service ever!!!!! The employee had an attitude as soon as I walked up to the counter. She aggressively asked me questions with her eyes rolling. She needs to be retrained on customer service and she needs to be put in the back without customer contact. I am at Affordable Wheels and Tires now getting the best customer service and New Tires at a cheaper price

Got me back on the road quickly, they can probably ly help you with anything you reasonably need done with general maintenance tanence on your car. I had 2 vehicles in front of me and was still out of there within 30 minutes with a small leak in my tire fixed as well as having my tire reseated and my wheel rebalanced.

I bought full set of tires for my car I got insurance on the back two tires I had side wheel damage on one of my tires yesterday I took it back I had the $10 roadside Hazard insurance for it they didn't honor that I had to pay for a whole new tire

Less than a week later i have a huge bubble along my rim on my brand new tire.. Took them an hour and a half to install them in the first place.. Dont waste your time at this location.

I was calling on the phone to see how much an oil change was but the 2 times I called,no one answered the phone.I suppose they were busy..

The slowest service ever. Took a four tire change 1hr and 40 min and there where no problems they ran into the guy working had a better time talking to one of his buddys then getting my car done

NEED TO UPDATE BUSINESS HOURS ONLINESAYS AUTO CENTER OPENS AT 7 GOT THERE AT 705 THEY SAID AUTO CENTER DOESN'T OPEN UNTIL 8 WAITED HERE UNTIL 8 NOW THEY ARE SAYING THEY WONT OPEN UNTIL 9 AND THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS STORE ARE EXTREMELY RUDE I WILL NO LONGER BE SUPPORTING WALMART ON CORRUNA

The Walmart on Corunna road in Michigan is the worst Walmart there is very unprofessional employees lazy and it seems like just about all the employees avoid customers so they don't have to work I'm very disappointed in there work ethics it's a shame that customers are not getting customer care

Came in at 6:30 on a Saturday having just barely made it from the highway after hitting a massive pothole. Lena made sure I was taken care of, and I was back on the road within literally 20 minutes. They were the only place open at that time, so it was really a lifesaver.
