My dad brought his truck in on Monday 25th, 2024 and he picked his truck up on Tuesday 26th, 2024. When he looked at the plug for the trail hook ups he saw this crack that was NOT there before he took his truck in. He called them and the owner didn t even talk to him. They told him that the crack was there before but it wasn t, so they said they are NOT responsible to fix it. Today Friday 29th, 2024 they were suppose to call him but they never did so he called them and they told him that they would look at the cameras and call him back. They called him back saying they are not responsible for it. DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY!!!!! THERE ARE WAY BETTER COMPANIES OUT THERE THAT WILL DO A MUCH BETTER JOB!!!!

This company sucks!!!!! They cracked my truck bed and won't admit it. They will not fix their own doing. DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY!!!!!! THERE ARE WAY BETTER COMPANIES THAT DO BETTER WORK.

Oddly they couldn't help me with LED headlamps??They were already installed I just needed help on operation. Unfortunately they wouldn't help me. Turned out to be a five minute fix. They told me my LED lights wouldn't work because my car wasn't made for them..... well as you can see that's not true.

Shaggy was able to help me get 4 new Mayhem Warrior wheels on my Jeep Cherokee TH. Super satisfied with the results, clean install. He went above and beyond to help me out.Highly recommend Shaggy and his team over at Vehicle Accessories!

4 times to get my tonneau cover installed correctly. When my wife picked up my truck after bedliner was installed the bedliner was sliced. Upon 4th attempt at tonneau cover I understandably had an irritated tone to my voice so "Shaggy" started SCREAMING at me to calm down. Remind you I was irritated but I never once raised my voice. Completely unprofessional operation. I definitely wont be back....well unless I need a 5th attempt at a tonneau cover installation

EDIT: I initially rated them five stars after they installed a tow hitch and electrical wiring on my SUV. They were very friendly and helpful in setting up the initial appointment and the service was quick.However, I bumped it down to two stars after they installed the wrong wiring and did not check the connection before giving the car back to us. This oversight threw a wrench in our camping plans and resulted in three additional appointments with them before it was finally resolved. They were still helpful throughout the process but it was extremely inconvenient, especially knowing that it could have all been avoided if they just checked the wiring the first time like they were supposed to.

When looking for a cap (topper) for my truck and reaching out to many different places this was one of a few that actually contacted me back and the place seemed the most willing to help, Mike was professional and did exactly what he said he would do.Ordered the cap and they installed when it came in. Very pleased with service.

I don t normally leave a review but in this case I wanted to. I ve bought and had installed a couple things from them. Ranch hand front and rear bumpers. Leveling kit. Air bags with on board compressor arb lighting Rigid lighting a backpack and cover. Some have had a issue or two but nothing that was there fault and they always made it right. It s hard to find a place that you can trust and stands behind there products I guess that s why I keep going back. Great customer service and awesome installation service. If you go there ask for shaggy if he s busy wait.

Store was clean, everyone was friendly and Shaggy did a fantastic job getting me exactly what I was looking for. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. he listened to what I was looking and showed me what he had available. I left with a bedliner, tonneau cover and running boards. also made great suggestions for future purchases. I will definitely be back.

Always a great experience when we come here. Shaggy and the others are very nice and helpful. We actually drove an hour to get our van's lights replaced with vehicle accessories. Definitely a spot to go when you need lights or anything to make your vehicle better.

My mother in law brought her car here for service once with fine results. The next time she needed her tires rotated (at a cheaper place) they could not get them off as this place over torqued them. She brought her car back to have them taken off and was charged 5x the amount it would have cost her at the other place.

Ordered Weather Tech vent shades for my husband's truck. Took only a couple days for them to get them, which was faster than they said. We had them install them too. So far we are pleased.

Had a issue the first visit. Charlie the owner called me the same day and made everything right took my truck back in the next day and shaggy got right on it and was done right on time. They did a great job. I would definitely recommend this place. Thanks Charlie and Shaggy

Shaggy and the team at Vehicle Accessories in Flint MI did a great job installing a fifth wheel hitch, truck bed cover, and outlet in the bed of my new 3500 Sierra Denali. They had the 25,000 lb. Curt hitch in stock, which was surprising, given that they are sold out most everywhere currently. They got everything installed next day. They even adjusted the hitch height for me after I brought it home and found out that I requested it set too low. Very professional and knowledgeable team. Also all very positive. Would definitely recommend them for high quality work and quick turn around with great customer service.

I have dealt with vehicle accessories many times. The guys there are great and very helpful. I wanted to share my last experience. I went in there (done my homework prior) to get pricing on a 5th wheel hitch. Not only did they have the best pricing but they also special ordered exactly what i needed and took lots of time with me. As it ended up I did not need the hitch after all but the manager was such a nice guy and understanding when I explained my new situation. Woody the manager was so helpful and even worked with me on the "restocking fee" that was suppose to be charged. I will continue to go here and send others I know. Since I am in the car industry i will send many people their way!! Thanks Woody and staff for all your help!!

Recommended a friend bring his Jeep here for a lift, after the install multiple lights were on the dash and a leak from the differential where the cv shaft inputs. Come to find out they broke a speed sensor and denied they even touched the sensor. (As if they break by themselves) and then wouldn t take any responsibility for the leak. Stating it could be the lift causing the leak. As a lift shop, if the lift is causing a leak from the diff you SHOULD recommend a diff drop if it s necessary, however on a 2.5 lift it s not. They broke the seal, won t fix it or own up to their mistakes.Do not go here unless you want more issues with your vehicle than before you brought it in. 0/10.

I had some some headlights installed that started to drain my battery after sitting for a few days and one headlight stopped working. I went in to see if they can fix the battery drain issue. I was told it was the headlights fault and no one even came outside to pretend like they cared. I also order a lift through them to be install turns out i didn't even need on because one was already installed. Seems like it would make more sense and save their customer money for them to check out the vehicle before ordering a lift and having to pay 200 dollars to send it back out of my own pocket.

Recently had a 3.5" Lift Kit installed on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, along with 35" tires and wheels. This thing is a beauty. The price was outstanding for what was done to this JEEP. I want to thank both Mike and Woody at the Flint Store for all their help with coming up with an awesome build. There were a couple of issues, but both were resolved very quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend these guys for your next install, as I know I will be back.-Chris Abyad

My experience with the Hill Rd, Flint store was interesting as I was told that my ARE truck Topper was in and ready for installation. I arrived and the manager was unaware of the appointment. The installation took 1.5 hours which I guess is normal. When finished I went to check the work and the Topper was filthy, the Topper had a scratch on the rear glass and for the most interesting part was how crooked the mounting was! I have installed these many times and never had a problem. Over spray was on the "free carpet" which needed to be trimmed. I asked the manager as he said it was ARE'S problem. I have been in retail for 35 years and know it's up to the distributor to check and ok the product upon arrival. As for the young man ,Gary with all the attitude, I don't ever see me returning to their store again! I have bought ARE toppers for every truck! Oh by the way, the new air gasket between the cab and Topper was sticking over the roof and I had to laugh! They were going to send me out with the wrong size! This company needs desperate help!
