I had been coming here for years, but this last time was shocking. I've never spent more than $70 on a full synthetic oil change here and this time around they wanted to charge me $120. Just for full synthetic. Nothing special comes with that. So we got down to $82 with the lowest grade oil. I asked how did it jump $50 in price, and the worker just said it's always been that price. Didn't give me a sticker. Didn't check my air filter. Didn't air up tires. Didn't put windshield fluid in. Just an oil change and a car wash that also seems like had a downgrade in quality. Used to love it here, but save your money elsewhere for better quality work and service

I went here twice the last two months and the first time was absolutely amazing. This time it was just basic. Plus I can go to a car dealership and get the same product for$30 less. Now, if my service would have been like the first time, I would have stayed.

Horrible! Will not come back. Came to get my oil changed. They would not accept my coupon. The employee said it s not their coupon even though it has the company name on it and I use it at any Valvoline I ve been to. They only take the one that comes in the mail. I show him the card I get in the mail with the bar code. He wouldn t take that one either.Service: Oil change

I had to clean out my car. There are two vacuums. They work really well. Not broken or taped up. It s .50 and worth it. I used it twice because I cleaning off my floor mats as well. They have an oil change and car wash and both were a little busy for a Sunday, great place. I was impressed.

Larry and team were awesome, quick, and friendly! After my oil change, I had trouble trying to remove my headlights and they helped me with that too. Will definitely be coming back!

I had just bought a used car. Took it for a oil change they forgot motor oil and still made me start the car. His name was Justin tall guy with glasses. Costed me an entire motor my timing chain blew. I tried contacting the corporate couldn't get thru to anyone. I would only take my car to Fast Eddies. Quite literally like they were trying to chase me off. Very incompetent men. I couldn't imagine them at a REAL job. Hahaha . Car wash lady was excellent tho

Got my oil changed here back in early February. The next week my vehicle oil light started coming on and vehicle was acting funny. I decided to take it in to my local repair shop amd they discovered that the oil filter was leaking because it had a bad gasket and I was several quarts low already. I called Valvoline and brought this to there attention snd told them I had kept the bad filter from the repair shop if they wanted to see it. I came in snd showed it yo them as well as giving them my receipt and diagnosis from the repair shop. I told them I would like a refund as I basically just paid for two oil changes; the one they fid and the one repair shop did to fix their mistake. They told me yhey would have to contact corporate, etc. I told them name of mechanic at shop and gave them number, as mechanic said he would be happy to speak to Valvoline to confirm the issue. Mechanic also told me this was a rookie mistake and they should stand behind their work. Valvoline gave me the run around. I would call them every weeknor do and had to remind them each time eho I was and what had happened. Mind you, this is after giving them my contact info three times and the receipt and the bad filter back. They never once called me and it really just felt like they were waiting for me to give up. Anyhow, I'm still out the money for a botched oil change. Don't go here... bad business all around.
