They diagnosed the problem with my instrument cluster and were able to fix it fast and for a good price. The lady at the front desk, Sherise (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was very welcoming and friendly.

The folks at US Speedo are awesome. I purchased a custom gauge cluster face for my Jeep and got them to install. They did an awesome job and the product looks awesome. Made such a huge difference. I got the Stainless Steel face with Blue backing. Great customer service. I liked their products, service and staff so much that I got a t shirt of theirs and will wear it proudly. Since I've got the gauge face installed, I get compliments on it constantly and people are always asking me where I got it. Thanks US Speedo!

I was referred to them. I called to see about an appointment. It was easy, just show up early and the 1st in line. Wait and the repair would take the day. It turned out to be 2 hours and I was super happy! Thank guys for taking care of me so quick! Plus it came with a warranty for year. I would of never found them if it werent for a referral. Fair priced too. Thank you

We had the steering wheel of our C6 Corvette changed by MCS while attending the Bloomington Gold Corette event in Indianapolis in 2016. The job took 15 minutes and the result is one of the best changes we could have made to the car. It is driven long distances and the wheel not only looks good but it is much more comfortable than the stock round one. Highly recommended.

My husband took our 2001 Ford F250 Super Duty to them to replace the instrument panel in 2020. All went well except when we got it back several things did not light up. We took it back and they fixed everything but the "wait to start" indicator for the diesel engine glow plugs and the left had turn signal indicator. When we asked about why the "wait to start" wasn't fixed we were told that it was not the fault of the indicator light on the dash. We told them that it had worked when we first brought the truck in. This past summer we have had engine work done buy a very professional shop that specializes in diesel engines. The glow plugs were replaced along with the harnesses. Then we had them check the the relay and the rest of the wiring. Nothing else was wrong with the system. But still the "wait to start" indicator light still does not work. The company that was working on our truck reached out to US Speedo and tried to get this resolved for us. I even sent them copies of the invoices for the work done by US Speedo. One of the invoices clearly showed that we had taken it back for this issue. We spent over $500 on this new dash panel. US Speedo only would say that it was out of warranty and they would do nothing for us. My husband is a disabled vet. We are not rolling in the cash. It was a big thing for us to spend this kind of money on the truck to fancy it up. I just wish that they would of been a little more understanding of the situation. They were the ones who told us that it was not there product that was faulty when in fact it is. Please be wary and know that they don't even want to help fix a problem that is of there making.Service: Electrical repair

I just made my second visit here and I couldn't be more satisfied. Took my 03 Yukon and 05 Sierra there for repairs and upgrades to the instrument clusters. Everyone I interfaced with was knowledgeableand respectful, The work was done quickly while we waited, and the product delivered works perfectly and looks cool. We love nearly 3 hours away, but they have my trust and therefore my business.

I have a very unique car that is my baby. I worked with US Speedo to get something that looked so much better than factory. Customer service was 100% and installation was professionally handled. I couldn't be any happier!

I came from out of town to have my cluster repaired. The staff was great, the price was great. I waited while they did my repair and was in and out. I definitely recommend them.

I would give this place zero stars if Google would let me. Took half a day off work to get my speedometer fixed because I had to have the car there by 3:30. Waited an hour. The "tech" came back and said it was good to go. Signed my receipt that said, " back lights all replaced, all stepper motors replaced, unit was recalibrated and tested along with an overall inspection. $185 in total.I drove my car home and, my speedometer still wasn't fixed. Only reads up to 60 mph. I called back and the guy at the front desk said, "we will have to replace the stepper motor on the speedometer. The tech only recalibrated it yesterday". What a scam. It's businesses like this that give honest business a bad name. If you like having your money stolen, feel free to go to these robbers. Honesty is definitely not their policy.

Called up there to see if they could fix my cluster in my 2002 f350. Tell him I'm having a problem with my power saver modual that's in the cluster. He says he can fix them. $175 takes a hourish bring the truck in any time....So I take the day off because there only open till 5. I walk in explain my problem and hand the kid at the front desk my cluster. He had no clue what I was referring to. So he takes it in the back to ask his guy. Few seconds later he comes back and says they don't have equipment to work on the ford clusters and they would ship it out. Takes a week.. O ands it $250 not $175....What a waste of time

After being quoted multiple days and over $500 to fix the dashboard instruments in our 2003 Yukon XL we found US Speedo. In less than 30 minutes they had the problem fixed for only $125. Great service and price.

We sent a speedo in for one of our good customers. We were told a 2 day turn around. They lost it after we called them 2 weeks later they found another one and shipped to a totally different city. so the found us another one received it 2 months to the day of a 2 day turn around .BEWARE!!!!!!

Terrible customer service. Won't fix problems when they just serviced this unit a year ago. They said it must not be the parts they replaced without even looking at it. This place is a joke.

Seems to be missing stuff and seems dated. Not too sure. I do have there speedo gauge and still works flawlessly, but the site is questionable.
