The workers are always very friendly and courteous. They are prompt in their service with excellent prices! I got my new tires here and my oil changes. I will use them for my brake needs too.

It was overall AMAZING service! I had a LOT wrong with the '97 Camry I brought in, and they gave me good wisdom and guidance on how to proceed. It would've been very easy for him to say "I'll fix it" and pocket the money, but he recommended exploring other options. I'm going to bring my new car for an inspection this week!

Had a 07 pick up truck that needed a bunch of work. They gave a great quote and allowed to come back and deal with each element as my budget would allow. The guys here are super friendly and knowledgeable about what they do. Also very timely I was able each time I came to get in and looked at right away! I would 10 out 10 recommend.

Came in for a oil change and tire rotation it took them 3 hours to complete. They also over charged me (146 instead of 80). Took a long time to finally get sorted out and get a refund. There was other work they gave me quotes on, however when I called back the next day to get it they said it wasn't in their system anymore(even though the guy at the counter said it was put in my file. Very unorganized business and wouldn't recommend it. Prices are average but not cheap. (Update: they give 5 dollars off for a 5 star review... That's why you see so many)

WOW, what a GREAT place for car service. This is Gerry, my mechanic, who did a super fast and perfect job on my Jeep. Even the manager Jason came out and talked with me. Amazing prices, super fast service, friendly folks and work that was spot on and got me down the road in no time. HIGHLY recommended!!!!!!

Had a screw in my tire, took it up here on a Sunday after I called around they were the only ones open and willing to work on my car. Got me in and out within 20 minutes, and didn't even charge me for it! Great work by these guys will be coming back in the future.

Absolutely the WORST never coming back. Feel free to email me but here is a summary. Firstly, I had my brake Lines done and literally had to come back every 3 months 4 times because they didn't install them correctly. Brakes almost went out on me after the THIRD repair. Now, I've had an entire new muffler put on, didn't last 8 months and they wouldn't honor my warranty. So they charged me $240 to have the repair and THAT didn't even last a year. They won't even honor that warranty. Tuffy is an absolutely terribly ran business on Dort highway

I recently had a fantastic experience at Tuffy Auto. Their excellence in fixing my radiator and thermostat was evident. What impressed me most was their patience Aaron, Amanda, & Jason all waited on me even after closing hours. Their willingness to accommodate my situation by staying open beyond regular hours was a gesture of genuine customer care. This act of patience and dedication to providing quality service, even under challenging circumstances, left a lasting positive impression. That above and beyond customer service sets them apart from any repair shop for miles on end . I highly recommend Tuffy Auto for reliable and customer-focused repairs & they should be your first & only choice.Edit: They did it again! I had a fantastic experience at this mechanic shop as always! Aaron at the front desk was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They efficiently replaced my radiator in just 5 hours, demonstrating both speed and quality work. The team was friendly, and I appreciated their dedication to returning my car to me on the same day. I highly recommend their services over and over again!

Called to see if they could get me in today for a flat tire, they were able to get me in pretty much immediately and fixed it in 20 minutes. Aaron helped a lot and gave me a great discount!

Well first of all. My main reason was to have my brakes inspected and diagnose a chirping sound coming from a belt (like the serpentine belt). The auto tech (I forgot his name unfortunately) is a liar. I waited 2� hours just to have a basic inspection done. He lied. He said I need a new $5,000 engine. Due to the cam shaft. Is this auto technician even a certified mechanic? Sure doesn't seem like it. It may be the serpentine belt. I went to another auto repair shop and they said it is the intake manifold. A repairable part. Not an engine that has to be replaced. That auto tech is an idiot. The reason mechanics get a bad rap. This is why. They lie and at times don't even fix the problem. So don't go to the Tuffy on Dort Hwy in Flint. Don't even have your car inspected let alone have any repair work done there. Even a basic inspection is free (supposedly). They may tamper with another part on your car. This is another big reason why I don't trust mechanics at these shops. He was going to charge me $134 for a deeper diagnostic test. The fat guy told me it would take an hour. To go deep into the engine compartment. He lied yet again. It took 10 mins not 1 hour. I refused to pay $134 and complained of their service. That service tech needs to be terminated period. The manager said they would drop the charge to $65. I honestly believe they did not do any other inspection. Avoid Tuffy on Dort Hwy in Flint. Unless you want to get lied too and ripped off. They get a 0 star rating from me. Nothing more. By far one of the worst repair shops in Genessee County. Take my word for it. Repair shops like Tuffy should be shutdown and closed permanently

Went in for my vehicle being loud and not running right. Found out I needed to replace a converter they got me in and out same day and fixed the issue for me. Car is now quiet and safe to drive again.

Took my Lincoln Aviator to replace a rear hub, alignment,and fix the exhaust sleeve and can not be more pleased. Jason provided excellent costumer service and the mechanic in charge of doing the repairs was very professional.I highly recommend this shop and will use them in the future .
