Top notch service. I appreciate everyone. They took their time to show me what was needed vs what was recommended. It was nice to be able to sit peacefully and trust my mechanic. Jamie is the absolute best and Duane is as well. It feels good to know I can come here and not worry about anything because they will for sure take care of you. Thanks guys

Duane and Jamie are the absolute best. I have never had any issues and I have taken all of my cars here. No matter what price they quote, I always end up paying less. Jamie and I talked today and it was like I was just chit chatting with a friend. I will not go anywhere else. I love it here. Thanks guys

I would recommend Tuffy on Miller and Ballenger in Flint, MI. Went in as soon as they opened got my car right in. They took me out into the garage and showed everything that NEEDED to be fixed. Never once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. I told them my budget and they did EVERYTHING possible to fix what needed to repaired to safely drive my car while staying within my budget. When I picked up my car they even threw in a few things at no cost which is and was a blessing!Jamie was amazing! She did everything possible to accommodate my situation and I can't thank her enough!

Two of my family members referred me to this business and I am so very glad that I listened to them. It was my first experience and it was such a positive, one. From the moment that I walked in the door I was greeted with kindness, care and professionalism. The knowledge, care, work performed and experience they showed and explained was A+ with me.They went above and beyond and for that I am grateful. I'd give each & everyone there more than 5 stars if it was a option here...VERY professional, prompt, & solid to every word they speak! This group you have there go above & beyond any title they carry with your company They are fair, intelligent with cars & trucks, ALWAYS treat everyone equal...That stands tall in my world & they understood the assignment when they took their job with this companyI'll be taking my firebird back there soon as well. What an amazing experience. I was in there quick and out quick. I was under a time constraint and they were so nice and pleasant. I would recommend this place for any mechanical work to anyone. Great service and establishment!

I was in a tough spot on a Sunday when I went outside to find my tire flat. My usual tire guys weren t open, but Tuffy was! Great customer service and they were able to help me out and get me back on the road before the work week.

Having issues with my headlight. My mom suggested Tuffy. They got my in quick and was able to identify and fix the issues quickly. They even gave references to get so other needed electrical work done. I will be back.

My tire was quite low. My brother brought my car up to Tuffy, as I was very sick with Covid and could not address the leak. This Tuffy location on Miller Rd did not attempt to take advantage of that (unlike other locations). They were fast, efficient and were very kind. Would highly recommend.

Tuffy on MIller Rd. in Flint Michigan is the BEST! Friendly staff, knowledgable mechanics - what more could you ask for from an Auto Service Center? Wait! Service! Tuffy has the greatest service I've ever experienced... Go to Tuffy on Miller Rd. for all your auto needs - They are #1.

Highly recommend Tuffy on Miller for car service needs.They were busy and estimated a time but got me in significantly earlier. I thought I had some major engine issues, turned out to be some very basic issues with some sensors. They got me in, diagnosed and out at a fair price. And even took my last minute add-on without an issue Could not ask for much more. Prompt and professional. Thanks Jamie and the rest of the crew

I always come to this location for all services. The staff is honest with pricing and timing, very knowledgeable, never push anything on you for extra repairs after thoroughly inspecting your vehicle, and always is straight forward with the best possible solution. Very caring and careful with your vehicle and very respectful of customers. I always recommend people to come get work done here, and never regret my decision to come here

One of the best shops I've ever done business with. They are very honestand won't try to oversell you on things you don't need. I've made a couple visits here and every time they are the cheapest in town. They treat me not as a customer but a friend. They fixed the problem I came in for, identified another and fixed that too for less than the original quoted price of the first problem. I HIGHLY recommend these guys for servicing your vehicles. These guys will treat you right.

These guys are the best. They were very busy but went out of their way to help get me back on the road when the tire on my boat trailer blew. I've had excellent experiences with Tuffy from Florida to Michigan.

Outstanding service, all standing mechanics, courteous service, AAA+++. If I could give a higher rating than a five star, I would. Duane, Rodney and Andy Specifically did a GREAT JOB!!!!!! I ve never been to a better shop with more knowledgeable mechanics in my life. Thank you so much to all the mechanics there at Tuffy. Great job!

Super customer oriented! I stopped by on the day before Thanksgiving and they helped me on the fly. I thought I needed my tires balanced, but that wasn't the issue, they told me what it was. ..and didn't charge me anything. You just don't see service like this anymore. Thank you Joe!!

These folks are absolutely amazing! I had a weird noise coming from my front tire. They figured it out and fixed it all up. Not to expensive and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. Very pleased with the service and will definitely be back!!

Will NOT be coming back !! Went in to fix my brakes an routers on my Cadillac and they found a few problems (which were minor an easy) that s fine but while they were working on it they messed up my back ABS sensor then my brakes were locking on me after they said there fine (an my car wasn t doing this before I took it to them) so I came back 4 days in a row for them to tell me they don t know what they did to the brakes an yes I should ve done it myself but I m pregnant !! An yes I should ve took it to Cadillac but I went to the closes place but never again

We live about two hours away, but we were next door for an appointment when our vehicle broke down. We had our baby with us and are not familiar with the area. My husband walked over to Tuffy s for guidance. The gentleman walked over to take a look at our vehicle. He determined it was our transmission, something they weren t able to help with at there shop, but he did everything in his ability to get us to the nearest auto shop that could. He filled our vehicle with fluid and provided us with some to get us to our next stop. We offered to pay and a tip, and he refused both. You do not find people like that in today s world and we were simply blown away by his kindness and generosity to help us in our time of need. My husband didn t catch his name, but he will know who he is and we want to make sure he knows what an incredible impact he has made on us! Thank you, Sir. your employer should be so proud of your work ethic and customer service!

Great customer service, job was done in a timely manner & quality work as well. Clean storefront & they even have a kids corner to help keep your kiddos occupied! Willing to work with you on costs & all around friendly crew. Highly suggest miller road for any and all needs.

I would give them a 10/10 if possible ..My sincere Thanks to The Tuffy Muffler Team especially Duane fixed this Know Defective Flex exhaust pipe..This on my 2019 Ford EcoSport 4WD vehicle until now it has had no mechanical or exhaust problem. We have used this Tuffy Muffler location for several repairs like this over the years on our older vehicles..Now this the newest model for us to trust Tuffy Muffler to repair...Please give Tuffy Muffler the opportunity to earn your business, as they made my Saturday... Pictures are from my personal garage inspection in the morning all these vehicle OEM'S use known faulty exhaust Flex Pipes shame on them ...so thankful for Tuffy Muffler to the rescue ...give them a raise

It was my first time here and I had the pleasure of dealing with Rodney. He was very very nice and honest. I was able to get right in for an oil change on a Saturday morning!! He also saved me some money where he could. I will definitely be coming back.

Dropped a car off at night for a alignment because I just replaced the entire front end. They got to it the next day. Luck would have it the alignment was spot on they didn't need to do any adjustments. They called and let me know and never charged me. Some shops would have still charged me and never told me. Glad to see they were honest on the whole situation. 5 stars for integrity.
