What a joke. Made an appointment to have our tires switched out from our winter to all season tires. We used Sam s Club 6 months ago for this same service, but today, we were turned away. We drove all the way here for them to tell us they could not switch the tires out because they don t have proof we bought these from them. We bought the winter tires from Sam s Club through and in-laws account over a year ago but they couldn t find that. They asked for our tire papers, but honestly who keeps those!?! And why would they have changed them out before for us then? The girl working the desk was extremely rude and unhelpful. She didn t know anything and the attitude from her was disgusting. Horrible customer service. Horrible experience. Do better Sam s Club!

Placed order of tires online. Store called me the next day to set up an appointment and got in and installed within 45 minutes! Great service and great price!

All I can say is GARRATT thank you again!! I went in, shopped, and came out to a flat tire. I was stranded with a flat and this man went above and beyond for me to get back on the road again!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM BUT I ALSO HIGHLY RECOMMEND GARRATT he went above and beyond! Can't thank him enough

These guys actually know what they are doing. For exame, found a bad patch on a tire and took care of it for me. They always get it right. You do have to wait a while at the counter, though.

Horrible customer service, called to get in and when I got there they took people behind me in line then said it was too late for my service. Very rude!! Honestly can t believe the way we were treated.

I was in there for 10 minutes my wife was by the counter the whole time and NO one ask if we needed anything. The guy just looked at us and didn't say a word
