Kevin was awesome and so was the finance department. However, their service department leaves something to be desired. They over tightened my oil filter and caused some damage (7/2023) and they were less than helpful with my transmission issue. I'm not sure if it's because I drive a Chevy Equinox (purchased there in 11/2022) and not a Hyundai and maybe that's what their mechanics specialize in, or if it is just lack of care. Either way, I'm a little unimpressed. I do recommend Kevin in sales 10/10 though!

I came into the dealership today with my heart set on a vehicle. When we entered the dealership, we were immediately greeted at the door by Jeff. He had the vehicle ready for a test drive. Customer service was absolutely amazing. The manager Dan helped us out so much to get the vehicle that we wanted and I really appreciate them. We drove over an hour to purchase this vehicle and they made it happen. I would recommend anybody to purchase a vehicle from Randy Wise Hyundai and I would absolutely purchase another vehicle from them again. Once again thank you Jeff! This was an amazing experience here today.

I purchased a Hyundai Tucson Limited with Lacy from the Randy Wise Dealership in Flint twp. I love my car and the guidance she gave my parents and I throughout the entire process. I had previously walked away from another dealership due to the pressure from the salesman to purchase a vehicle I wasn't completely in love with. Lacy made my car buying experience easy, enjoyable and pressure free. After discussing what I was looking for in a vehicle I walked away with the perfect car for me!We loved our car buying experience with Lacy and are currently waiting on the arrival of the second vehicle we will be purchasing from her this year! Can't recommend her enough!!

Had a great experience at this dealership. Kevin Bright and Ariel Cardinal helped me with my purchase of a certified Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid. They helped me figure out the technical details of newer cars, and as I wasn't familiar with regenerative brakes, helped me to figure out how much it will cost when I eventually need to replace the brakes. Love the car, and will recommend this dealership to people in the future.

Want a car that stops starting after 2 months? How about a dealership that then says it s not covered under warranty? Then this is the place for you. Additionally, they pressure you to buy extra coverage by throwing in free oil changes that they won t even do. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here.

Alex at Randy Wise of Hyundai made my experience an overall delight! He was very knowledgeable and friendly and even called to follow up with me and see if I had any questions about my purchase, and how I was liking my brand new 2023 Elantra Sel Convience trim! He went above and beyond his call and I did have a few questions and he answered me back quickly. He even called me back to answer a question he wasn't sure on! So thank you Alex, and if you're thinking about buying a car ask for Alex. I Absolutely love my car! Believe you me for the price the quality and detail of the car is amazing, and I love the tech a lot! It's catching on and it's a big football sponsor this year too!

If you ever need service for your vehicle, look no further. After a horrible experience at Feldman New Hudson, I drove my car to Randy wise hoping they could help me with the problem I was having. Both Will and Rick were so kind and helped to figure out what the problem was with my car. It s was refreshing to be treated with such kindness and willing to go above and beyond to rectify the problem. Not to mention, having the car looked at in such a timely matter was an added bonus.

I just want to say I have had The Best customer service experience today that I have had in a very long time. Derek in the service department is awesome!! I purchased my last car and current car at Randy Wise. They really know how to take care of their customers. When something went wrong with the car I had just purchased, Rick Ybarra was super helpful. He assured me that they would handle the problem. He went out of his way to keep me up to date and comfortable with what was happening through the whole process. He worked with me to handle the financial aspect of it as well. I cannot say enough wonderful things and stress how much I appreciate him.

Derrick did great service work, he gave me a time line and was very polite and accommodating, unlike other dealers I've costed he stuck to the time line so shouout to him and the techs that serviced the vehicle

I've had to have my 2012 Elantra serviced for more than preventative maintenance a couple of times in 2023. That's to be expected since it has 220,000+ miles on it. Both times Amy R. (service advisor) was professional, friendly, and considerate of my time and finances. I felt as though she went the extra mile to make sure my car and I were taken care of. I appreciate that!

I worked with Derrick Gillard as a service advisor for my Sonata's recent diagnostic and oil change. Not only was he kind, with a great sense of humor, he was also outstanding professionally. In particular, Derrick's communication was impeccable. From start to finish, Derrick kept in close contact to keep me updated with all of the necessary information. That kind of accessibility is rare to find at almost any dealership.I'd also like to give a shout out to Jeff G. in the sales department. Jeff has helped me and my family find the right vehicles for years now. If you're looking for someone who doesn't rely on high-pressure sales tactics, who will treat you well and work with you to find the best deal, then ask for Jeff. I'd highly recommend going with Randy Wise Hyundai.

Really great team and they communicate clearly so that you don t feel like they re trying to confuse you to overcharge you. They re also really accommodating when it comes to them servicing your car. I had a recall on my 2013, but needed to be at work at a certain time & they dropped me off & later dropped my car off.derrick made sure that he communicated everything each time I had a question

I had some warranty work that needed to be done on my Sonata and was extremely pleased with the service work that I got from Derrick the service rep! He did an incredible job of getting me in and out in the most efficient manner! Without a doubt this man exudes customer service! He was incredibly helpful and accommodating he represents the dealership well and because of him I am looking to purchase a new car from Alex who happens to be awesome at his job as well! Either way thanks gentleman I appreciate your honesty and customer service! That s something I haven t seen in a long time!

Derrick G. Was so helpful and trustworthy. I brought in my car for a manufacture service job. It was going to take a while and I m a doctor at the hospital, I had ordered schedule a shuttle back but the shuttle was out when I brought my car in. It would have been a few hour wait. Derrick lent me a car as a test drive so that I could get back to work on time. He was so understanding, accommodating, and a genuinely nice person. I would highly recommend Derrick at Randy wise if you need work done on your car

When my daughters Sonatas motor seized I was beyond overwhelmed. We were referred by our local garage to Randy Wise and connected quickly with Rick Ybara. Rick, Noel and there entire team worked tirelessly to help get the vehicle back on the road as quickly as possible. Rick advocated for us as we worked with Hyundai to solve this situation. Derrick Gillard was exceptional in service and hospitality when I brought my vehicle in for an oil change + tire rotation on 10/17. It was definitely the most pleasant experience I ve had there yet. (& thankfully not been disappointed in any service or interaction in the 2.5 years since I bought my vehicle!)

This place of business, if you can call it that, calls me multiple times a day, bothers me at work, for a wrong number! I have told the callers repeatedly, you have the wrong number. They will call me back multiple times the same day. I reverse looked up the phone number to find out who is harassing me, and it's this place. So I call and Tiffany answers. She was rude as could be, told me to shush or she won't be able to stop the calls. I asked if it's her company's policy to call once they know a number is incorrect. She stated no, but this has been going on for the past month non stop. Ridiculous to call yourself professional. I don't need your prayers Tiffany, I need you, and your idiotic staff to stop calling me. Thanks. Have a nice life.

Mr. Derrick Gillard puts the "service" in his title of Service Advisor. He is the most courteous and caring employee we have dealt with in a very long time. We were in a stressful situation with our car needing to be towed in and the compassion he showed is truly unmatched in this day and age. Randy Wise Hyundai is lucky to have him!

Just a scummy experience at this dealership with their sales tactics. We met with Ashley who was OK. We walked in wanting to test drive and check out a Kona that we had just spent 10 minutes looking at outside with no one coming to help us. Before we could even test drive it or be allowed to look in it we had to answer a page of questions providing our contact info, what we'd like our monthly payment to be around, and features in the car we'd like. All we wanted to see was the Kona parked outside! After we gave all the details, she had to go to her manager to get "approval". Of course, they come back with the top of the line model of what car we wanted to see. No, once again, I told you what car we wanted to see. Finally, we talk them into bringing the car around that we wanted to see and of course Ashley had to ride along on the test drive. Dealerships that make the sales associate ride with you already leave a bad taste in my mouth. After telling her we liked the Kia more than the Hyundai she told me she needed to talk to her manager first before we could go, like we were being held hostage. Overall, very very scummy sales tactics. Save time and drive down to Al Serra in Grand Blanc and have a night and day better experience than this place.

I had a great service experience lead by Derrick. I dropped my car off the night before and he worked with me the following day via Texts while I was at work. He shared all the details and included pictures. He had great recommendations, was quick to reply to my questions, and patient when I didn't respond right away. VERY happy!
