I have been going to this muffler man since 1978. They are always very very fair with their price and never try to push anything on you and always do great work would recommend to anyone this is the best muffler man in Genesee county.Services: Exhaust, BrakesServices: Exhaust, Brakes

Went here to get hub bearing put on a Grand Prix with my own part and he said no because I purchase my own part. He was mad that I had my own part. He want to charge me more money. The guy in the back said that a big money job.Then ask him to look at the muffler and Lou said he not looking at all. Don't take your car here..

My aunt recommended Muffler Man to me a few years back. I usually have a pretty good experience, and this time was no different. I went this morning to figure out why my front left tire had some looseness. I told Louis all about what I was experiencing behind the wheel. He took it for a drive up and down Saginaw Street to see if he heard the same noises I heard. Then he took the car right back to examine exactly what it was. He came back and told me that my tie rod was loose and had never been replaced. He actually let me and mom come back to the work area, stand under the car, and see what was going on. Thankfully, he was able to fix it for a more than reasonable price and within a half hour.I like going here, because they don t try to take advantage of customers by trying to find things that s wrong with your car. Just tell them what you need, and they ll do their best to figure out what s going on. If they can t fix it, or if it s just not a service they render, they will point you to another business that does. Thank you, Louis! There was another man there also, who was really nice, but I just didn t catch his name. Thank you both!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

I was able to get right in for the muffler service I needed. The staff were very friendly and also very knowledgable. They identified my problem immediately, and had the part I needed in stock. The staff did a wonderful job of making the repair in the time estimated, and invited me to see the full repair and explained everything they did to me. I said I would never go to another muffler man (Pierson and Jennings) but this location was amazing they were extremely nice and professional. No up selling!!! Very reasonably priced. I will continue to use this location only!

The owner Lou is as honest as they come.Not all Muffler Man's are the same! When it comes to auto maintenance, integrity and trustworthyness are your top criteria. The mechanics are fast, friendly and knowledgeable. This is where you go to get new mufflers or brakes for your used car or are on a budget. I highly recommend this location of Muffler Man, especially if your looking to save a buck$ with service that you can trust.Service: Exhaust

I love these guys. They the best. Been knowing them all my life & when I started driving I've taken every car I've owned to them. I know he remember me from when I was a kid coming with my dad. My dad told me to go nowhere else. Omw there NOW! If they can't do it they refer me to someone else & I just say muffler man sent me. Lol . First time I went to this place I took a car here and they said it was too low for them to work on second time I called and was treated very poorly on the phone by the owner he told me he won't work on any exhaust except for what he makes it was very rude to me on the phone then he proceeded to hang up without even letting me finish more than one sentence I would highly recommend not going to this place I'm very disappointed in the way that they would treat a potential customer

I just called up there and ask could they work on my 2011 Ford Fusion you weld back my catalytic converter. The dude over the phone didn t even ask how bad or anything just told me no. He responds was not professional . They need better customers service!
