When I called about picking up my car I was told "The credit card machine isnt working, I needed to pay cash." then when I paid in cash I was not offered a receipt for my $225 cash payment but I didn't ask for one because I felt unsafe at that point. My car is much quieter, I just wish they would have been smarter and asked if we could do a cash deal instead of making me feel forced into it something where I wasn't benefiting.

I called this place last week. All I need is rear brake pads installed. I already have the brake pads and it's just pad. S nothing else they wanted 150$ they're insaneIt literally takes 15 minutes to put rear brake pads on, and other places are charging 40 50 60 bucks. For thatthese people want that much money just to rip you offIf they're trying to charge that much just for putting the setup ADS on. I would avoid this place at all costs

Just got my Saturn vue fixed today!! It was squeaking and loud and they fixed everything at an amazing price!!! Highly recommend this family owned business! Honestly best service I ve ever received from any auto repair shop. Squeezed me in same day, I even altered my initial order with them and they still completed it same day. Very good customer service, very friendly people. Extremely happy with my decision bringing my car here instead of grand blanc. Thank you guys again! 5 star service!

I will not recommend here. It was just simple installation of brakes . All went wrong. ( fixed front and back brakes ) Next day started making noises. I wasn t thinking brakes making noise. So I went to another shop. Come find out they installed backwards. I mean they took care of after that. But then now almost 6 months later my brakes went crazy come find out bolts is missing. It must be loose to begin with. I been hearing noise time to time. So I went to another shop for it because I thought some else is wrong. they couldn t find anything. Now I know it was bolts. SMH

This family is the best hands down!!!Not out to over charge you or take advantage in any way. Super knowledgeable, mechanics will show you what is wrong. And then you ve got the woman that runs the place she is amazing. I ll just say they understand the struggle is real out here and it can be difficult to have to spend a ton of money when something unexpected comes up with a vehicle fix.

Both times that I've taken my car there I have received friendly smiles and quality service. I always get an in-depth explanation of the problems my car has with reasonable pricing and deals. The service and work is quality! This is a great family owned company, they are polite and patient. I was recommended there by a family member and I will continue to support them. I've always had an excellent experience at this location. I recently had them inspect my 2010 F150's front end thinking that it had multiple issues. They were very honest - all components in good working order except shocks and struts. I order all of my parts through AdvanceAuto because I get their perks discounts and lifetime warranties on many parts, and Muffler Man installed my parts for an incredibly fair price. Work was done well! The technician drove my truck with me both prior to and after the repair work, and the front office is top notch. This is my place for all light to moderate mechanical needs. I always have a great experience when I go here. Having not much knowledge in cars, I really appreciate not being "scammed" like many other places try to do. The staff is always so friendly and takes the time to explain to me what they did with my vehicle and things to look out for. I am definitely a loyal customer and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Got my muffler fixed and they did a good job. They told me I needed to get my front end fixed the entire front end. The price they gave me was over $200.00 more than any other place I called and muffler man was not even going to do an alignment or shocks. They don't even have the proper equipment for alignment. I would get muffler work done by them again, but nothing else. Be careful getting other work done there. I'm paying over $200 less for the front end work with alignment and new shocks with moog parts. Always get other quotes from reputable companies it's your hard earned money.

Well, went back to this location for a needed weld on a cracked bracket. Bless I think his name was nicholas heart. He tried to fix the part but I had to get another one. It was OK with me I kind of figured i would have to. They are a great Team with great prices. Olivia, you work really hard and get the job done. Mr fast and furious, you are so funny. Great job everyone!

These guys were very expensiveI took my car to them as my exhaust was making noise. They tell me this problem is because of leaking of flex pipe so if I want to change it ,this will cost 1021$as it comes with converter and if I want to repair the old one it will cost me 250 $. Then I decided to take me car to another muffler man at corruna road . They change my flex pipe in just 150 $.

I would put zero stars if I could. This place has changed and will rip you off in a heartbeat. My car was making noises and they looked at it and said it could be a few different things, one of them being the lower control arms. I said go ahead and fix it and when they drove it after it was fixed it was still making the same noises. Then all of a sudden it was the sway bar hitting against the frame and $500 later I get my car back with the same issues and I m out $500 on a part that DID NOT NEED TO BE FIXED!! They could see what the problem was when they were fixing the part that was not the problem!! They are only out to get money from you whatever way they can and I would NOT recommend ever going to this here!!!! This is the kind of place that makes it hard to trust anyone to give you an honest answer on getting your car fixed. They should be ashamed of themselves but that doesn t make you money.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I've taken a lot of our auto repair business to this Muffler Man since the late 1990's. They've always worked with me, and have given me honest advice and done our repairs quickly and for a fair price. They're a family operated business that I will keep using.

I took my vehicle in because I thought it was something wrong. OMG she listened to me and checked out everything that I thought was wrong wasn't. Only thing I needed was tire rotation. The business is ran by a license mechanic Woman and her sister. You rock ladies.. I'll be back most definitely.

I take my mustang and all my family, friends car's here. They do a solid service for cheap prices. Yes, they will try to hit you with the high price at first, but let them know your situation and what you can afford. They will work with you! Don't hesitate to at least let them check out your vehicle. Olivia usually runs the front desk, and she is very kind and personable just like everyone that works there. Been going here the last 3 years and haven't had a problem. If I had a problem, I take it right back up there and they will fix their mistake and they always warranty their work. Respect.

We took our Excursion in to get a exhaust manifold replaced with a header (left/driver side) first. It leaks after being done and they managed to not bolt the dipstick tube back on causing it to snap. They did not fix it. Then going back to get the passenger/right side done, they wanted to charge $500 more to do it than what they told us. Not worth your money guys, you get what you pay for!!
