I am a repeat customer for at least 10 years now. I have always been treated with respect and professionalism. Never have I felt like I was being forced to pay more because I am a lone single female, or been ripped off because I don't know much about my car. For over a year and a half, I drove from Flint to Utica to take care of my Dad every week. They helped my anxiety of those trips by reassuring me my car was good to go. I will continue to be a repeat customer because of the good employees there. Thank-you.

Terrible service, was second in to have tire swapped on to another rim 2 hours later still hadn't touched it and were taking other customers who came after me instead. Counter guys attitude was terrible , told him I was so turned off I wasn't buying four tires for my other vehicle from them. His response , not my problem. Kan rock u need to look into this store it's absolutely terrible.

This is the ONLY place I ll come for an oil change! The staff has always been very friendly. Service is always quick. Even when they are busy, they take time to make sure each customer is taken care of. I ve seen them handle escalated customers without getting stressed or upset. Had a conversation with 3 other customers while we waited and all agreed that the customer service is top notch. 10/10 recommend to any and everybody! Way to go Monro!

Love how it s 744am and it says on the voice automatic machine push 1 for talk to a person I push this 4x now one of our agents will be with you shortly your wait time is less then a min well guess what it has been 7:55mins now.

I took my new vehicle here on 10/19 around 5:15pm. I cannot thank the two young men that went above and beyond to make sure I had enough air in my tire that had a large screw in the side wall. I had tire coverage and 2 gentlemen were awesome. It's been along time since I have seen kindness from a tire place. I will be back. Again, i can't thank these 2 gentlemen enough. I believe one of their names was Garrett.

Great place to take your car I've taken my card at 9 different places haven't been able to fix it properly and I go in there they do an alignment and my van is working perfectly fine now after months of thinking it was going to fall apart great customer service the workers are pretty awesome thank you guys very much for your hard work I will be back and I will send more people you were way

If you're having problems with your tires, get it fixed here. I had a minute sliver of steel creating a slow leak. They found it no problem and patched the hole. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes do to They was busy but kept the line moving. Very professional service. This place is wheelchair accessible with a wheelchair accessible parking lot as well.

This place on Corunna Road is a joke. I got a flat tire and simply asked if they could break the seal on my lug nuts guy told me the soonest they could do it is Monday. It s Saturday do not come here. I didn t ask for an appointment just break the seal on the lug nuts. Dude came out told me he s lookin at my tire and said umm when I said I need the lug nuts popped off then gon say sorry guy. I walked in after sitting there for a few hours and they were playing on there phones I now understand why they couldn t get me in until Monday, they must have been playing monopoly go.

Chase on the case...... in under 20mins for two brand new all season tires the entire staff followed his lead. Clean environment I recommend asking for Chase when you walk through the door awesome guy #Monroe

I was here today and these guys were amazing! They were very professional and they were very careful while working on my vehicle. I am extremely happy with this place and I highly recommend you come here when you need tires or an oil change. They are polite and do a great job! I will be coming here again in the future! Thank you guys!

If I could give less then one star I wouldHad a horrible experience when to have a tire put from one rim to another rim and when back 2 hrs later to see if my tire was on my new rim that I had to replace and it was not even done yet so I said I'll take my tire and old rim and the new rim and go some where different and the guy was rude in the store never take anything else there again or buy tire there cuz they are rude

Very friendly and knowledgeable welcoming atmosphere was very embracing help to guide me through my issues of items, which were due to be replaced and taken care of in due time. But, Because of they're knowledgeable Very useful Experiences.!. Truly Help guide me to avoid any mishaps, or situations, that could of, would of been Very Chaotic, Stressful, and Really Frustrating... THEY=The manager;Chase Assistant manager;Garrick. Demonstrated kindness skills and knowledge speaks of their personality being down-to-earth good men thank you for your professionalism....

I came in Saturday to get 2 tires. My vehicle has an uncommon size, so the guy at the counter said he would have to order them, and they'd be here Monday (today). I SPECIFICALLY asked him if they would be here when they open at 7:30, so I wouldn't be late for work. He said, "Yes, they would be here." I get up EARLY, so I can be here when you open. Same counter guy now says, "The truck with the tires won't get here until at least 11:00." Had he said this from the beginning, I could have made other arrangements and got the tires tomorrow morning. Instead, now I'm going to miss AT LEAST a half day of work. I AM EXTREMELY UPSET ABOUT THIS. CHASE FRECHETTE, TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES NOT TO F-ING LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!

This is the place to go for your Flint Area tire needs look no further. Chase and the team at Monroe are extremely easy, professional and fair to work with. The more than competitive pricing and the fact they are one of the only if only tire places open on Sunday s offers even more convenience. I wouldn t go anywhere else.

Ive used Canrock before with success. This last time I walked through the door at 5:31, sign says they close at 6. Explained I had my wifes tire in the back of the truck and it needed repaired. He told me I would have to leave it becouse they close at 6 and they could get to it the next day. The parking lot was empty I was the only customer. The only thing I could say back was "do you know anyone around that actually works till 6" and he said no. I went 3 minutes east to Budget who did a great job. They showed me it was a side wall blow out that couldnt be fixed, they got a new tire on for me and I was on my way within 15 minutes.

Amazing service! This place was the only one open within 50 miles on a Sunday. We were in a pinch as we were from not from the area and blew a tire on 75. I called to ensure they had the tires in we needed while waiting for the tow truck to pick us up. They had what we needed and had us in and out within 10 minutes with 2 new tires at a great price! Highly recommend them and their services.
