The front desk was really friendly and helpful even though I arrived 10 minutes before they closed on a Saturday. They gave me the eight parts and the opportunity to inspect them before I purchased them.

Great service. The guys here are friendly and very helpful. Was looking at salvage places all over the area for a part. These guys had it, pulled it, and let me know when it was ready. I appreciate every bit of time and effort saved in trying to get something fixed, so I would be happy to deal with Mike's again next time I need something.

This place is a complete joke they wanted me to buy a whole instrument cluster just to use a clip for a cable to hold it to the steering column,......... Never shop at Mike's again bunch of ripoffsCalled Ford parts the clip turned out to be $3 but I have to wait 2 weeks oh well

They should honor the listed prices. If you say one price then double it when someone calls, very bad business practices.
