Come to midas on miller rd! Fixed both my front tires for free with excellent service and quick!! All employees are super nice and polite!! :) i recommend them over and over

These guys are great! They dealt with my notorious problem child of a car for a day and were patient about solving the issue even though it took some effort. I really appreciate the respectful service. Everyone I talked to was very helpful. Ended up being the starter in the end

Check Engine light came i read the code & took it to Midas.They fixed the problem and explained future issues that will need to be done. Very thorough & professional. Thank you Keegan, Dariet, Josh & all the other crew there this morning 4/5 2024I'll be back

Slowest oil change I have EVER gotten. Had an appointment, took 30 minutes to get my car in the bay afterward, 90 minutes encounting. Kid sat on his phone in my car for a while. Ridiculous process that shouldn't take more than 15-20 minutes MAXIMUM to accomplish.

This place is disgusting to honest working people who trust them my daughter took her only truck to them she trusted in them only to be taken advantage of she is a mom of 2 little boys who count on her to have a safe dependable transportation and this place has been anything but helpful they mis diagnosed her truck 1 st of all then she found a leak under the truck that they said they fixed , she then took it back to have them fix it only to get a apology for misDiagnosing it said they could not fix it since the warranty company won t pay them again that it was a head gasket this time so when she told them that the warranty company had already paid for the repair they told her now it s a different repair and did everything they could to give her the runaround and at this point it is still has not been fixed correctly and the warranty company is not wanting to repair it due to the fact that Midas misdiagnosed it at first and the warranty company paid for something that they were told was wrong with it , and that it ended up being incorrect . Now she has a vehicle. She cannot even drive to get her children back-and-forth to the doctor or school, or any other appointment for that matter, this is truly disturbing that this kind of company is in business that would take advantage of a young mother with two little boys

They were really busy and didn t even have a replacement tire but made an extra trip to another place pick up a new tire for me while I waited. I got right in for service and didn t have to wait long. I always come to this Miller rd location because the I trust the friendly and perfect service. By Kara Haywood

The service here was very prompt and friendly. Everything is digital now, so the check-in process took not time at all. I got a full-service oil change. They also checked my car for other problems, and all the pictures and invoices were sent right to my phone. They recommended one thing my car might need, but they were not pushy at all. The owner/operator, Ryan, was very friendly and efficient and really cared about me as a customer. I will be going back to this Midas. I recommend this Midas. Dropped in for an oil change tire rotation customer service was fantastic. Was able to get me in right away full staff was professional, and got me in and out in less than an hour.

When I came to receive my vehicle I decided to check if they fixed the wipers. After immediate use it failed. I was surprised no one decided to check to ensure everything they fixed was in working order. Had to sit and wait for them to fix it after already being called it was done. Annoying but I would have scoffed it off and been on my way. Very quickly I realized the wheel alignment I paid for was not completed. Had to bring my vehicle back and left overnight because I had to go to work. It s great that everything is done now. but all this could have been corrected with 20 additional minutes of work on my car the first time it was brought in.

My Envoy was service for a rattling voice with a 10:00a.m appointment. I arrived at 9:40 and I was taken right in for service. Mr. Dariet was very professional and shown the upmost care for my vehicle. He was very curious and assured updates on my vehicle via text or verbal instructions. I'm recommending my friends and family to Midas Miller Road location in Flint. A job well. Thanks for the service.

Amazing customer service, awesome labor by highly skilled gentlemen, From Greet through close they are PHENOMENAL. Great prices , different payment options available. Took my car there and got a tune-up and oil change. After I left, I had a bad oil leak. When I took it back there, they told me they didn't have time to look at it, so I took it to fast Eddie's down the road to see if it was a loose filter or plug. They told me that my car still had their filter on it because it's marked with their store and location on it. Went back to midas, and they denied it and quickly put their filter on there, hoping I wouldn't notice it and told me they couldn't help me with the oil leak. They robbed me and destroyed my car. I don't suggest anybody ever go there.

These guys here went above n beyond to get my car in tip top shape I need wheel tire rotation n studs put on one wheel hub .but even tho they was ready to close they did that for me .so I highly recommend these guys to work on my car .thank guys for your awesome service n friendly help

I went in to get my air conditioning unit re-done. The installation inside the vehicle had to get done three times so that means I gave them three chances to do the job correctly. The first time they had destroyed my ductwork, didn t connect all the wires and left the blower motor connected with just one screw. The reason why I know this is I went to the Midas in Troy, and they diagnosed this for me. Thank you Sam. The second time there was ductwork not connected there was still no air blowing on the windshield and ductwork only halfway connected. The third time they had broken pieces of the fan and said that the vibration was normal, and didn t ever mention that they destroyed my fan. I know this because I took it to another shop in flint and they did a great job diagnosing the problem and they said that they have several vehicles from this location with same results. Beware getting work done here as I have mentioned, I have gave him several times to do the job correctly and they still treated me incompetently. Shame on them they will get what s coming to them.

Umm had to use my own air compressor at a tire place... They couldn't put up a sign saying it was out of order. The battery was almost dead in mine and decided to not risk it and hit Midas.. No golden touch with the airhose lol

Called the store and asked how busy and if they could get me in asap. They said no problem! I needed, and when i say needed an oil change, oh boy i was over!They took me out to my Ford and showed me the things that needed to be fixed! Very informative and professional.I love bringing my vehicle's to these guys!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Worst experience with a car shop that I have ever had. They originally told me a certain price that I agreed on. When I went to pay, they raised it $200 without me knowing though. I was having both my catalytic converters replace, and the images attached show how they left wiring with zip ties done around the O2 sensors. Also, they literally left the passenger side converter sitting on my front drive shaft (see image and how the shaft actually has the marks from the converters contours)... so when 4x4 is needed, the converter is pulled and a grinding sound occurs. Lastly, the rear end of my mufflers pipe was broken after the receiving my car back, when it was not like that before. It took them 2 1/2 weeks for a job they said would take 4 days. I was taken advantage of and I am NOT happy with the work that was done. Midas Corporate should be more involved with this shop.
