Thank you Midas!! Got my car in and out in half a day!! Love the new text updates with pics of my car and everything that was ran/tested. Also Ryan is very friendly and helpful! I can always rely on the guys at Midas to take care of car :)

I didn t feel heard and they quoted me an outrageous price. They tried very hard to upsell and even left my van up on their hoist so when I got there they could show me what was wrong. That part was nice of them, but I already knew what was wrong. Took my van to Muffler Man right up the road and saved myself $1,500!!Exited to add: They tried to get me to buy parts that weren t even broken, just to replace them. The tries on my van are barely a year old.

Quick, excellent, thorough service from the team. Came in for an oil change and got some other issues diagnosed and referrals to additional shops for necessary repairs. Appreciate the entire team for taking care of me!

This service was mid January. Very courteous. Diagnosed quickly with great communication and fast turnaround on repair.Had second service 2/27 and the team was even better. Very impressed with how you run your business. Very honest, efficient with great people. Thx again.

I m going through the process of becoming a Uber eats driver and this place was the closest. I went in and I met Ryan at the front desk, he let me know how long and the cost immediately saving me a lot of time. What I didn t realize was that there was a huge crack in my windshield, and before they even got to a point where they couldn t go back, Ryan let me know ( free of charge) that it would be wise to fix it at the glass specialist next door before the inspection. Real, helpful, and understanding of my situation. Would go heat again.

I had a horrible experience with this company. First off I made it clear what the issue was. I told them multiple times the issues we were having. I specifically explained the situation and they informed me after running a diagnostic that the issue would be resolved. I wanted to make sure they fully understood the reason for the visit and I confirmed with them that this would resolve the issue. So I paid $777 for a repair that didn t fix the issue. I confronted them about this and they changed the story completely. They told me that I did not tell them there was a noise coming from the van. This was the sole purpose of the issue with the van, why would I not tell you that? What other issue would I tell you?? So basically, they did nothing at all to fix the problem !! They told me I could bring the van back up there to see what the noise was, but upon returning they didn t even test drive it to see what the issue was. Why tell me to come back up there if you weren t going to even look at the van again?? When I tell you to run from this company I mean it. They will take your money and lie. They are deceitful. Don t waste your time.And any response to this comment from this company will be a lie. They will just come up with false reasoning behind my review.

Brian and Roger were exceptional throughout the entire process. I brought in my Audi needing brake pads and rotors and they took care of me with great communication, great price and great service. Highly recommend seeing these guys when you need work done on your vehicle!

5 star review. These guys were pretty helpful, they were busy & I was sitting in the lobby prepared to wait for a while, they got me & a few customers out of there with no problem & also no complaints. I ll recommend Midas to anyone having car trouble & their food truck was pretty good too

My car was having trouble starting and I barely made it here. They were able to get me in immediately and were super friendly. Had to get my battery and serpentine belt replaced and I wasn t even there for 2 hours

Brain and Roger I can t thank you enough for the phenomenal job you guys did. I brought my car today for break and rotor replacement, honest to god my passenger side calliper damaged a layer of the rotor, which was scary to drive in the first place but I wasn t aware of the issue. Till I brought my car for quick inspection and it was installed in short span of time. I highly recommend going this location.

I took my SUV in for 4 new tires which took about 4h and just over $700. I had an easy time booking my appointment online, I m happy with the work, and they went above and beyond by giving me a ride so I wouldn t have to wait on-site.

Did a nice job working on my truck but offered me a new credit card, buyer beware the interest rates on the card Midas is pushing is 168 percent interest. I signed it and realized how much the interest rate was and took everything out of my savings to pay it off. A 1500 job would be 5,000 in 6 months.Do not get their credit card. They were charging me 12 dollars a day in interest, crazy and scammy

I haven t always had the best experience here at Midas off Saginaw in Grand Blanc but today was different. Brain made it easy to set up a few appointments for my car. Midas gets 3 stars in my head on a normal day but with quality customer service from Brian I definitely feel they have redeemed themselves. 5 stars for Brian. Thank you Midas for bringing in new faces who are helpful and honest.

I called needing help tryin to get my warranty honored an my truck fixed properly becuz the original Midas that did wrk on my truck failed at repairing it an is giving me the run around so I contacted the Grandblanc Midas location an spoke wit the right person, Ryan,apparently cuz he made an phone call an got everything goin for me, I have been shifted left an right at another location an finally said screw it, let's look at an different one an I am very glad I did, Ryan went above a beyond to help me or atleast make it right, an it's not even his mistake to have to fix....... THANK YOU AGAIN SO MUCH RYAN FOR UR HELP, I TRULY DO APPRECIATE IT

I have been to several tire places over the years was super impressed and highly recommend this place. I watched them not only help people but do things for free twice while I was there. Watch them guarantee their work and go out of the way to help their customers.I must say it was nice seeing a group care so much. Ashley behind the counter was very friendly and really cared about everyone.really nice seeing someone care and go out of her way to make everyone feel welcomed I called ahead and roger had everything all set up. Roger is a thief! The techs are not very good. Midas takes a $100 part and marks it up "60%" and that makes it a $250 part. The managers are paid $5 per google five star review. Midas is a shotty company and has terrible thieves as employees. They scam every customer that comes thru the door. Don't be one of their victims.

Please don't go here if you need anything other than tires/ simple things done. Midas and people at Midas; Please have a heart and stop ripping people off, you are waaaay overcharging. You are better than this. People don't deserve this, and you know it. They installed a new wheel bearing on my car less than a year ago, it was a defective part and I attempted to get it replaced under warranty. They were trying to charge me $489 to replace my wheel bearing UNDER WARRANTY. I also needed an outer Tye rod on another tire. They wanted $799 just to do both. I went somehwere else and got BOTH replaced wih pigtail for $425. Please go somewhere else... they already got $1,500 out of me last year and left a caliper not fully closed; it was hard to convince my husband to calm down. In my experience; EVEN if your part is under warranty; they will still attempt repeatedly to overcharge in order to scam money out of you. IDK if this is company policy; or this is bad actors. I had been going there for years with different vehicles. I'm done and I can't go back there again.

I've lived in the Flint area for a decade and Midas on Saginaw is my trusted mechanic. Brian at the desk was very friendly and professional. Prices are lowest I can find. They've worked on several of my cars and fixed/replaced different stuff and I've always been happy with the work done.
