I had many problems with my battery and alternator ruining each other back and forth all the while my tires are getting ruined from the roads, A few calls later my car runs perfect and hasnt had any issues, the Maples family are hard kind workers who do above and beyond & being honest with you the whole time. Wonderful place. The Maples brothers are both very kind and well versed in car repair. They had wonderful communication and were very prompt. They worked well with our insurance company and got everything taken care of that was needed. Not in the least bit condescending like I experienced at other shops in town. I will absolutely be going back for any future work that is needed.

Great Help!! There were 3 gentlemen that were great. Attention to detail. You can tell the gentleman is working on my vehicle like it was his. Quick Service. Goes Above and Beyond if needed, Good Atmosphere. Just Darn Good!!!!!

Couldn't have been better! I can't say enough good things about Maples Collision. This is a family owned business and the pride of ownership definitely shows. Their attention to detail, work ethic and great customer service is second to none. I took a vehicle in that I had purchased with some damage so I was paying out of pocket. I was pleasantly surprised first of all with the time that Craig took to locate not only new but also used parts to help keep the cost down. I am sure that if I had taken it anywhere else that would not have happened. Secondly, I was pleased with how fast the whole process was. Within a day of getting the estimate, the parts were already in and being worked on. Within two days they were ready for me to drop off my vehicle and the job was completely finished within four days. I was provided a loaner car to use (at no charge) while the work was done. They did an excellent job! The cost was very reasonable, without compromising quality. The paint match couldn't have been better and my car looks like new! Maples Collision has been in business for decades and their years of experience definitely shows. I would most definitely return if I have the need for any of their services in the future. In fact, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. I highly recommend them.

I took my car to Maples for some body repairs after a tree fell on it. By the time they were done with it, my vehicle looked good as new! Craig pulled out all the stops to locate high quality, yet affordable replacement parts. Once they located the parts, his team did a fantastic job with the work itself. In the end, my price tag was between $300 - $1000 cheaper than what was offered by the competition around the city!It's a frustrating experience having to deal with car repairs, insurance issues, etc...and I admit it had me a bit unnerved at first. But after working with the good folks from Maples, I got the best outcome I could've hoped for. Thanks for your wonderful service, Maples!

I spoke to someone on the phone about how my insurance works,seemed to me he didn't like dealing with them but i had a bad experience with this company in the past,before you sign off on the check they say one thing but afterwards they never dud what we discussed,i only called for information i already knew i wasn't going there,and after our conversation I was right.

These guys do a bang-up job (no pun intended!!). Take your wreck or keyed car, or fender bender...whatever to them and when you pick it up, it will look better than the day you took your car home. I promise that has been my experience with them all the time. Craig and the guys are always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help you out and earn your business. They will have mine again, should the unfortunate ever happen to any of my cars again.

Maples Auto Collision works flawlessly with your insurance company and they do very good body work when your car looks like a wreck they can actually fix it and fix the frame and I took my car in there that was basically totaled and they made it look brand new so they're very talented folks down there at Maples!!!
