Great folks. Even tho they do the same work as we do, we are thankful we have a relationship to where we can call and order parts for trucks we are working on. Jeff and Travis do an amazing job in the parts department . They are good people , knowledgeable, helpful and they know what they are doing. Whenever we order parts, it's always the part that I wanted. They have never ever messed up on a single part order that I needed to get a trucker back on the road fast. Thank you, Jeff and Traivis, in the parts department . Thank you to the whole TEAM at M&K. We all want the same thing, and that is to keep America rolling. Great job guys all of you. Well, this is a new one.This places closes at 7pm.I called at 6:25pm and phones had been switched to the answering service. She tried but got voice mail.Must be a bunch of Democrats in there.Wish my business could operate like that.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I own a company that buys many vehicles and have never been treated this way. We had also purchased a vehicle in the past from Graff but never again. Long story short, we drove to the east side of the state to purchase this vehicle with plenty of communication with the dealership. They even sent me the VIN so I could put insurance on the vehicle so I could drive it off the lot. They sent us a text, yes a text, 15 minutes prior to our arrival stating they just accepted a deposit on the truck. The response from the general manager on this situation showed a lack of empathy and understanding. The lack of communication was unreal and I will caution anyone to do any sort of business with any Graff Center location.

Spoke to derick, about repair my commercial vehicle, needs to replace joke and u joint. U can t believe, felt like I m owner of shop I can not explain more then that. Great place to do any kinda work.

DO NOT EVEN THINK TO GO THERE. NOT GOOD PEOPLE THAT TREAT THE CLIENT AS AN IDIOT. FOR SMALL REPAIR I PAYED A LOT OF MONEY AND IT TOOK A LOOOOTTT OF TIME TO FIXE IT. THE REPAIR LAST 3 HOURS AND AGAING I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM (CHECK ENGIN FAULT OF COURSE). AFTER 04.30-05.00 PM I DID NOT SEE ANY MECHANICS TO WORK ON THE TRUCKS IN THE SHOP. VERY BAD PLACE ME AND MY FRIENDS WILL NOT GO THERE

Check the employees Facebook page they remove parts from customers trucks an resale online be careful an make sure your major parts have identification markings

Worst Customer service ever!!! Every time I go here the employees act like it's the biggest chore to look up anything. I don't think they have one friendly person working in the parts department...
