I felt like Kyle was on top of getting the job done Right and not cutting any corners. Very knowledgeable about everything from bumper to bumper on the vehicle.Had a new thermostat put in, then had new plugs and gaskets installed. Truck runs great.He is the real deal. Not out to scam ya, but help ya.Thanks Kyle

I'm speechless. Kyle was on his way to us and our disabled car within 15 minutes of calling him at 9pm at night. Literally has 1000s of parts in his truck and was able to replace my cylonoid on the spot. He even had a fuse for my radio that shorted out. Honest and upfront and the price was amazing. He didn't play on my desperation and charge me and arm and a Legg like most. This man is a hero. Thanks Kyle. We will refer everyone to you sir.

Kyle s 24Hr service was tremendously helpful! I was driving 1.5hrs from home and my truck began to shake like crazy. I found Kyle, spoke to him over the phone and were able to diagnose the issue quickly. I was able to pull over and fix the issue and was back to driving normal.I will definitely keep him as a contact!Thanks Kyle

I came to Kyle's Mobile because of the great reviews who would have thought I would be posting the worst review. Mr. Kyle was checking on my son's car and stated maybe its the battery and once he gets the battery he would return. Mind you Mr. Kyle took my son's BMW battery and never brought it back my son ordered a new battery and called Mr. Kyle once he received it. And found out Mr. Kyle had a medical emergency from his wife. So that's understandable so we gave him time to recuperate, as we waited I continued to follow the reviews and saw that he was better and we started calling however no answer or return call as of today 12/15/2023. We have paid and if I could post the September receipt I would and no return of my son's 750 BMW BATTERY. At least return the fee and the battery.. I just viewed some recent reviews and saw that this guy never return to finish the job.PLEASE DO NOT use THIS GUY

didn t know you had a google page but since we here .i was introduced to Kyle by my spouse and not only does he do amazing work he is efficient and lets me know what I need straight up with no sugar coating. His prices are fair for the work he does. I love that he travels because having small children can be a hassle and it makes it convenient for me. 10 OUT OF 10 recommendation.

Kyle showed up and repaired my car right in my boyfriend driveway he went to get my parts for me and used his commercial licensee for discount I couldn t thank him more for that ! Everything went so smooth car is running great & I highly recommend if I have any more issues he will be my go to. Thanks KYLE ! My boyfriend thinks you re so cool. lol.

This company is still continuing to ignore me after stealing my money and providing no services. Became unresponsive after payment and never showed. STOLE $150 FROM ME. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. LASHED OUT THROUGH TEXT AT ME FOR BEING IMPATIENT stating that a refund was coming after days of not responding to me. Paid $150. Never showed. agreed time was discussed the evening prior. Response time was next to nothing after I paid the $150 deposit. After no communication the next morning, I found another service to use. I then communicated that I found another service and requested my deposit back. Still have yet to receive it. I wanted to give them an entire day courtesy because I don t like dragging a local business and wanted to give them a chance. That was a mistake because now I can t even dispute the charge. I ve reached out numerous times and received one response midday of I ll get with our secretary . Still haven t received my money back for a service they didn t provide. I attempted to reach out to them 4 days straight with no refund. I would like to note that the guy who runs this business finally reached out to me on the following Monday only to lash out at me. Told me I needed to wait until Wednesday because it would take 48-72 hours. It s the end of the day Thursday and I still haven t received a refund and he hasn t responded since lashing out at me on Monday where he was told me I lack knowledge and am impatient.. update, it s been about a week and a half and they have not responded to me. Beware of the deposit.

Could not be happier with Kyle s work. Easy to communicate with, fast and efficient. The connivence of him coming to me made my experience that much better. He is now my go to mechanic and will be contacting him for any future work that needs to be done.

My husband called Kyle as had a great experiences in the past. This time quite the contrary. Asked for $150.00 deposit, didn't show x3 days then stopped answering when we asked for it back. If we had gotten it back wouldn't have left a poor review!!! 12/27/2023 STILL NO RESPONSE EVEN WITH EMAIL. 1/5/2024 Still no response or return of money.

Amazing customer service and was very precise and helpful even getting information from me as I am very uneducated in cars, he s a great family man and the overall experience was just a blessing as I had to take a trip soon and the whole situation was overwhelming for me, thank you Mr.Kyle for the fast and thoughtful service will definitely be a client again!

Kyle Carpenter, owner of Kyle's Mobile Auto Repair LLC, did a great job replacing and repairing my front-end suspension components on one vehicle and repaired the gas tank on another vehicle. The Muffler Man on Fenton Rd. in Flint, MI. installed shocks wrong on my car and Kyle fixed their mess up. Kyle then repaired a botched gas tank repair job done by another individual. Kudos to Kyle's Mobile Auto Repair LLC for their prompt and affordable service. <EDITED 1/25/24> THEN, about 2 weeks later after driving it for the first time the front end started rattling, vibrating, and the "Service Suspension System" popped back on again. I contacted Kyle and he told me the repair was fine when he was there and nothing else was done nor did he offer to come back to look at my car again. Fast forward maybe two months when I was able to get it checked out at a Tuffy shop the brand-new control arms that were recently installed needed new bushings or needed to be replaced again. THERE IS NO WAY SUPPOSED BRAND NEW CONTROL ARMS SHOULD NEED NEW BUSHINGS OR NEED TO BE REPLACED!! I had to purchase another set of control arms as it was more costly to have new bushings pressed into the existing control arms. After reading my edited review Kyle sent me texts threatening a defamation suit saying he's tired of "fake reviews". I guess I'm just supposed to take what I'm given from Kyle and move on with my vehicle still needing the same repair he originally performed... And thanks for flipping me off in your text for this review as well...same to you... EDIT: Kyle, in his edit mentioned cheap struts and people wanting him to warranty work. I never requested a warranty or expected him to do so. Additionally, I was not speaking about the work he did on my struts, they are fine. But the control arms are the issue. Now, he wants others to believe he was wronged because of this review of the work that he did on my car. His attempt to switch the focus from the control arms to the struts is a blatant attempt to place blame on me and not the fact that his shoddy work on my "CONTROL ARMS" was and still is at issue. Read the review...the control arms are the issue NOT the struts. AND by his own admission in his response he said the control arms were purchased from Autozone. So, obviously they were the correct parts because if I'm not mistaken you paid for them with your business account...not the cheap stuff from Amazon as you put it...and me not calling you...Did you forget the threatening texts you sent me when you first read this review...I do still have those too...

Ok this is a second review after I left the first 1star review, I was told to email so we could make both parties happy. Well we are still not happy I don't care how many five star this business has DO NOT USE THEM ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE FROM OUT OF STATE. My next review of this business is to BBB. My last review was under Shonda Shankle .

Kyles Mobile Auto Repair LLC was AWESOME! This was my first time working with Kyle and he was very nice and quick! He answered the call first time, unlike others I called. He came out IN THE RAIN and put a new starter on my little ol Malibu. He was excellent to work with and did an awesome job. I highly recommend him when you need a mechanic! He s going to be my new go to guy. Number saved and his cards on the fridge thanks Kyle!

My daughter who is a student and lives 2000 miles away from home began to have vehicle problems. I thought it was the "Starter" due to the noise and symptoms. The battery was purchased 2 months ago. I came across Kyle's Mobile Auto Repair while searching for a mechanic. His reviews were astonishing. All interactions with Kyle were over the phone. He was prompt with responses, very professional, knowledgeable of vehicles, and amazing phone etiquette. Kyle quoted me parts and labor for a Starter with a reasonable price, $450. Which included the Starter I requested. Kyle diagnosed the vehicle before purchasing the Starter. He discovered that there was a loose cable that was exposed near the battery area. He repaired it and properly placed it accordingly. Honest workmanship and Integrity is how I describe Kyle. He only charged me for his service fee.I have already reached out to Kyle for other auto services and maintenance.I highly recommend Kyle for your auto repairs.Service: General repairs & maintenance

DO NOT GIVE ANY MKNEY TO THIS COMPANY. A con artists. Diagnosed my problem, asked for some money to start all of the stuff, he couldn t find the part I needed and told me I needed to go to eBay and find my own part even though I d already paid him for this service.He will tell you that these negative reviews are from a competitor, but they are not. Don t use this company.

As I was driving home last night, my car started making a noise it never had before. After calling around to several mechanic shops in the area, no one could get me in until sometime next week. When I called Kyle, he said he could come to me the next morning. He was here first thing this morning, and fixed the problem right away. The communication he provided was great, and he was very personable. He s a hardworking, honest guy. I appreciate his help.

Kyle's service is amazing! He came to my office to diagnose the issue, went to pick up parts, and then met me at my home to replace my wheel bearings right there in my driveway. I didn't have to coordinate rides to and from a repair shop. I didn't even have to miss a beat in my day. His price was very reasonable, he was personable, communicated with me every step of the way, and explained clearly what was going on with my vehicle. What a great service he provides! I will definitely use him again and highly recommend him to family, friends, and co-workers.

this guy got me for $800 he came over to do my brakes and rotors and never finished the job or gave me a receipt after I paid him he told me he would be back the next morning to finsh up and that he would email me a recipt but never showed and I never got a I tryed to contact him about the problem and every time he said he was going to come back out he never did and then eventually stopped responding to my calls and messages don't waste your time and money with this guy he's a SCAM

Kyle is amazing. Responded within minutes, quoted the repair, obtained parts for the repair, came to me, diagnosed the wheel bearing needing replacement, replaced wheel bearing and we were on our way. All in the parking lot while I was working. Extremely fair pricing very personable.. suggested I look into another repair even checked in a few hours after. 10/10. I will be recommending Kyle to everyone I can. Already lining him up to replace brakes rotors, and calipers.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

I called kyle on short notice to come out and pre inspect a car for me before purchasing and he agreed to. He got there before me and had already started checking the vehicle before I got there. He checked everything and even test drove it to make sure it ran and shifted smooth etc A few problems were found with the vehicle and he somehow ended up talking the seller into dropping the price by nearly a thousand because of them. If anyone needs any type of inspections or services on a car I d definitely recommend this guy.
