The mechanics here are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about their work. On top of that, they offer the best prices around. My 1st visit here was 14 years ago, and I have refused to let anyone else work on my vehicle ever since.

Don't take your care to them! They will fix the problem you came in with but be prepared to leave with another problem. Calling won't help. They won't take the blame. Or try to help. It'll be come on in well see what we can do and they will over price you...

Want bare minimum work done that will cost you .come on down to jets. They ll do a job and say it s fixed but when it s not they ll say, well I don t have a crystal ball. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Should ve known when they almost gave me somebody else s car.

Love it here! Ive been going here for years !! He is the only one i let work on my cars! He is always reasonable and he know his stuff! Never done me or my family wrong he gets us together every time! Highly recommended!!

Jet Auto is an HONEST auto repair shop! I took my Buick to Muffler Man because my engine light came on my estimate was $3,000; which included a timing chain.Got a 2nd opinion at Jet Auto & only needed a full time up & 1 coil for a cost of $387. There was no code indicating my timing chain was bad. It s nice to know honest repair shops still exist! Thanks to the guys at Jet Auto

I talked to other women who had been having their cars repaired there,they were well pleasedI was very pleased as well.The service seemed quicker this time,I called to see how much it would cost to get a radiator put on my 2013 Chevrolet Captiva,I was surprised and very appreciative since im on a fixed income.I dropped her off( my car)Wednesday morning about 9:15 am and she was ready at 12:00 noon.And she runs like a new car,unlike the bad service that I received at Delta Tire and Service,which caused all my car problems on 1 visit.My warranty company send me there but never ever will i go there again.I should have gotten a quote on how much it would cost to rehook up my hazard lights that Delta unhooked and didnt hook back up again when installing my heater core.Guess i will call again.

I had my drive shaft replaced here and they were very professional from the phone call when I inquired to the time I picked it up. The price was very fair when others wanted to charge a lot more. When they were done they Informed me I had a brake leak and fixed that to at a good price. Will be going back to them.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I love coming to this shop. This is the only shop that I trust the most with all of my vehicles. I personally been doing business with them for over 10 years. But my family been coming to Jet for about 30 years and always been good to us. The people are really nice and treat you like a person. Some shops treat you like you're a money bag with legs while this shop tries to help you. If this shop sees a minor problem that won't effect the safety and reliability of vehicle they'll tell you that you can live with it and tell you what to do to minimize the problem. But if you have something major then they'll do their magic to help you. And if it's a job you need that they can't do they'll tell you shops they trust to help you the best way possible.Trust my word. This is the best shop and my favorite shop to do my business with and you should give them a try if you never been before.

I was referred to Jets March 2020 to do the timing chain on my Malibu and my car has been purring like a kitten every since!! Any repairs that is needed for my cars I take them there! I've used Jet's for years on both my Honda Accord and GMC Acadia. Their service is always great and the problem is fixed the first time. They only fix what needs to be fixed and wont try to oversell you parts or services that you do not need. I drive an older car that a lot of shops won't work on. He has gotten me out of a jam a couple times with a very good honest price. He only fixed what was needed and didn't try to tag on a bunch of extra stuff. That's kind of integrity is hard to find thiese days. Absolute best people you could ever meet! I stopped with a flat tire right at closing time with A line of customers waiting after they finished with the customers he helps put the spare on my car and give me back on the road was great conversations even though it was quitting time highly recommend.

I needed a diagnosis for the issue I was having with my car. They were able to diagnose it quickly. I was given the option of allowing them to get the part or getting my own part with the prices for both options. I brought my part in Monday morning and my car was ready within a few hours. My only complaint is that the website list the shop as opening at 8:00AM, and they don't open until 9:00AM. For the sake of the customers the website should be updated.

Took my car to them for a new motor . Got my car back half way hooked up . A/C worked when car was dropped off , got it back without A/C working.. They didn't do the work they were supposed to. Had to take my vehicle somewhere to have it fixed and spend another $200. The guy at the counter was extremely rude and yelled at me when I questioned him about it. Will never take my car there again.
