Very detailed (with pictures) and transparent estimate. The estimate included issues that I was not aware of which was great. The invoice allowed me to choose which services I wanted to fix immediately and which I wanted to delay. That really took the pressure off. Repairs did not take long. From the time I set my appointment to picking up my car was a very efficient and transparent process. I would highly recommend

My first time experience was amazing. Everyone was great and took the time to really explain to me what was happening with my car every step of the way. I felt very comfortable. They are very reasonable with their prices and they work hard to get you in and out. They literally inspected every inch of my car and repaired it appropriately. Thanks again!

First time customer and was very happy with my experience. Hayden was so nice and helpful going through all of my inspection results. He was honest about the repairs that could wait. I love the that they take pictures and are very throughout with the inspection. Didn t need any thing fixed at the moment but I will definitely return when needed. Thank you!

I recently moved to the area and could not find anyone knowledgable and fair to work on my 2013 VW Golf...until I came across Grand Pointe Auto. Never have I had a mechanic send me a detailed diagnostic report with photos (!!!) and a repair estimate breakdown that was honest, fair, and reasonable. The repairs I had were complicated and Daniel was very receptive to my questions and talking through a game plan to replace my front suspension. Fantastic customer service, foreign / Euro car expertise, and very fair labor costs. Their shop was visibly slammed with other customers and they still took me on a walk in and had my extensive repairs done in less than 5 business days. I will only take my car here so long as I live in the area! Thanks again :)

So very disappointed. This place had such great reviews I figured I couldn t go wrong. Well, I dropped off my car on Thursday evening, they didn t get to it until Monday which was pretty inconvenient. When they finally got around to looking at it, they only drove my car and never put it on the lift to do some actual investigating to find the problem. I am sure they will have some excuse because when I spoke with them inside the office, they tried blaming me for their lack of effort. I find everything about the place a total disappointment and I will do my best to steer people away from this establishment. Everything was extremely disappointing from the very beginning. I will go back to using the local dealerships for any and all of my service needs.

Staff was friendly and kept me updated on the progress of my repairs. I had it in twice to another service center and still having problems. After picking it up from Grand Pointe is running great. I did not use the shuttle service this time but glad to know it is available.

I keep bringing my car back here. I moved far away, I still come here. They always do great work. They never make up fake things to fix. If you take a car in asking to fix something, and it doesn't need it, they will tell you. They have a shuttle service to take you to places nearby if your car will take awhile to repair. I strongly recommend this repair shop. I will keep coming back unless I move prohibitively far away.

I bought a new-used car a couple of months ago and Grand Pointe looked it over before I purchased it! They did the same for my daughter in June. Wouldn t buy a car without them inspecting it first.A really nice perk of having mechanics and people whom you know and trust and who care for your safety. Excellent first experience with Grand Pointe! They fit an oil change in for me the day before Labor Day weekend, and I cannot emphasize enough how important it was to me! I got very snobby responses from several other auto shops, and they outcompeted them big time. Friendly service, they aren't pushy, excellent staff and they even made sure my car was kept oil free with mats. I will be returning for oil changes here, and look forward to doing service with them in the future!Service: Oil change

I would like to Thank Grand Pointe Auto for their great service team. they a great job on my 2011 Regal which a lot of work on my suspension system which was wore out and damaged by these Michigan roads. It rides like a new car now! A/C recharged my 2018 Accord which has a special kind of freon most places don t carry.They are kind and knowledgeable and the lobby feels like a super spacious living room. They have a shuttle service and the driver is very kind and respectful. It can be hard to find good service these days. Before finalizing a Purchase of a Used Vehicle from a large local dealership. Grand Point gave me a very good inspection. Again, this a used vehicle, I expected something would need to be addressed. After discussing the issues with there very knowledgeable staff. I decided it was worth the investment. I purchased the vehicle and had it in shop within days. I am 100% happy and satisfied with the work they performed. Never did I feel pressured to do any repair and they kept me informed on the progress. Everyone at Grand Pointe Automotive is very nice, and very responsive. Hayden is who we worked with on my daughters car issues and he is wonderful! The team did a great job, and they kept us posted on the status of our car. This is our second time using them, and I highly recommend them. They stand behind their work and they also followed up with us after we picked up our car to make sure there weren't any issues.
