Large crack in my windshield, they immediately said it needed to be replaced and could get me in early the next day. Helped me through the process of getting help paying through insurance even though I wasn t even covered. Got the windshield replaced in a matter of forty-five minutes and gave me a fair price for the amazing work. Would recommend if you need your vehicle glass serviced.

I called 3 window companies to replace my car window. I was told it was weeks to months of a wait. Glass Doctor of Grand Blanc had my window in less than 24 hours and installed it in 2 hours. The staff was courteous and I appreciate their service.

Made appointment, they called to change appointment to a sooner day. I was glad and agreed. They called on the day of installation and had to reschedule because someone was sick. I agreed but was unhappy. I was asked if I wanted between 10am-2pm or a later in the afternoon appointment. I chose the 10-2 time and Was told someone, a tech/installer would be calling me to clarify the time they would be able to get here. Never received a call so by 1:15 pm I called the office and the manager/owner told me he wasn t sure where his tech was and would have to find out and call me back. I never received a call back so I called again and was placed on hold for at least ten minutes. I hung up and called back when I did they told me the tech would be calling me soon. Well it was already past my appointment time by almost 30 minutes. I tried calling back again to tell them to never mind and to cancel the appointment and they immediately put me on hold. I hung up and called again and they answered and immediately hit the hold button once again.Therefore, once the tech finally did call me I kindly canceled the appointment. I wasted my whole day waiting around for them. I was kind but direct on the phone! Very much lack of communication internally to take care of the customer. It s a shame for I like using local companies but this one I will not use!

Brian the installer did excellent on installing 4 passenger windows in my GMC Sierra. Did a thorough vacuum and left the site clean. He was early and finished before his given time. 10/10

They did my repair quickly and for a very fair price. Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly, including the lady who scheduled the appointments (Cole), the tech who did the estimate, and the tech who did the work. I would definitely recommend The Glass Doctor.

John was our Service Tech Leader. Conner is on the team. These guys are truly professional, very thorough, and their communication was perfect. John came out initially and looked at our needs. He looked me straight in the face and gave me detailed, simple, and easy to understand explanations for the process they were proposing. When we decided to go with Glass Doctor, and scheduled the service- we requested John be our service tech. The office staff obliged. Thank you office staff! Thank you Glass Doctor for exceptional service, fair pricing, and a good experience. I wouldn't hesitate to hire again/refer you to anyone needing your service.

We had a pane of glass replaced in our garage and also in an upstairs bedroom at my mom s house. The service technicians were friendly, professional, and very quick with installation. Measuring was accurate. Ordering was simple. In just a couple weeks, the glass was ready to complete each job. There was zero mess, and the replacement glass was a perfect fit. I would absolutely recommend The Glass Doctor in Grand Blanc, MI.

They worked with my insurance, scheduling was easy and they got me in the next day. I was early and they had a nice place to wait where j could charge my laptop and work. The gentleman was professional and kept me updated. I was done in an hour and have a new windshield I m happy!

I was in and out within an hour. My replacement was $60 cheaper then Safelite and I got in 5 days sooner. I will definitely use them again for any repairs or replacements!

I called Glass Doctor of Grand Blanc because I helplessly watched in slow motion as a big rock flung off a truck tire and put a nice bullseye right in my line of sight. They sent a guy to my house at no extra change the very next day and slapped a new one in. The guy's name was Bryan and he said it would only take him 30 minutes since he had 25 years experience. He wasn't kidding, let me tell you. I paid and he was gone in literally less than 30 minutes. The new windshield looked great. I thought Bryan did a wonderful job. I was more than satisfied with the job, and I didn't have to take out a loan to pay for it, either.Fast forward six weeks, and out of nowhere, I developed a new crack running all the way across the windshield coming from the dash.I called Glass Doctor again, totally expecting a song and dance. Boom, surprised again! A nice and very helpful woman named Nicole answered the phone and asked me to bring it to the shop and let Bryan take a look at it. At the appointment, he identified the new crack as being from stress, and not another rock. He said this just kind of happens occasionally and was no fault of mine. Sweet! I couldn't believe it! He offered to schedule another appointment to have another new windshield installed free of charge! Now that's what I call great customer service!I am writing this review as I sit in their heated shop as Bryan installs a new one while I wait since it was too cold for him to do the work outside at my house.I couldn't ask for a better experience with a company I've never used before. Definitely give them a call if you need auto glass!

The only thing would be better is if they arrange for insurance to pay them after the deductible instead of me paying in full and getting reimbursed for money back later.

Scheduled a mobile repair and left specific instructions to contact me when the tech was on his way. Tech never showed and when I called the office they told me they would check with him. Never heard back and when I called again, I was told he was there with 4 minutes to spare on the originally promised service window of four hours. They said they called but I never received one call or voicemail from tech or office. They couldn t have cared less that I waited over 5 hours. Not going to reschedule with them. The office said they attempted to contact me but said the phone just clicked and the call didn't go through. The office staff said I must have punched something in wrong. Again one call attempt by the tech and no voicemail, and a staff that gives up and doesn't verify the number they're trying to call when you've called and asked them to explain what's going on.

Really great service and quick,I called and they came out the very next day as I requested, I had a small chip on my windshield, it cost me about 75 dollars for tech visit and repair, he called to let me know he would be there on time and by the time I came outside of my home he was pretty much done, quick, painless and looks great, would highly recommend their service.

Glass doctor came out and looked at two of my Wood windows that I was having a hard time opening. The mechanism was broke in both, so they ordered me new ones and came back and installed them today. Jana was very helpful and worked hard to find me new parts, so that I didn t need to buy new windows . I am so thankful!The two installers, John and Taylor were very knowledgeable and very nice! It was so nice to see the younger of the two, Taylor being very respectful and helpful to the senior gentleman! They seem to work very well together! That is so nice to see in this day and age!Thanks again!Tana

I waited a week for an appointment for a quote on a broken window which I figured they were just busy. But then had to take a half day off work because of a 4 hour time frame for them to come out, which also meant locking up my animals for 4 hours just to have nobody show up or contact me.

Turned my nightmare of needing an urgent, emergency windshield replacement into a quick and painless experience. The staff was incredibly nice and professional from start to finish. The quote they gave me was the same as the final price, no funny business. Not only were they one of the most affordable options in town, they got me an appointment within 24 hours. I drove off with my car only a few hours after I dropped it off, well within the estimated time.

Very disappointed with Glass Doctor. I met with a sales rep. the morning of Aug. 27th and it went well. A very nice gentleman and he understood I was in a hurry to replace two broken window's in my home as we have sold the house and must have the windows replaced within a set timeframe. Since the 27th I have had no contact back with the company. I left the sales rep a voicemail on Sept. 2nd and did not hear back from him. I called again this past Tuesday morning, Sept 7th with no call back. I've spoken to the receptionist twice, once Tuesday morning and once Wednesday morning being assured she would get the quote the sales rep never entered into their system (so it can't be handled by anyone else) and someone would call me back. It is now Thursday afternoon and I haven't received a single phone call back. At this time, I assume Glass Doctor is very busy and uninterested in new business, which is truly a shame as I was assured at my sales appt. that the work would be completed within 1-2 weeks and now I'm left two weeks later starting from scratch searching for a new company to work with.

Brian came out to replace my glass. Can t say enough good about him and the company. Super polite, fast service, cleaned up everything when he was done. Even made sure my park and oil change stickers were reinstalled. Great guy! Great company!

When I called there were no prompts, a person actually answered the phone, and was able to discuss scheduling an appointment. When I arrived I was treated with courtesy, my questions were answered, and the price was great compared to the other place.

I am always hesitant to leave negative feedback. However, my experience with Glass Doctor is one I hope no-one has to deal with. I had to make an insurance claim on a broken window over 2 months ago. The lady at the office was out sick, long term, so my calls were routed to the Oxford location. The lady we dealt with there was consistently rude, not accurate with the information she gave us, and when the glass was finally ordered several weeks after my initial call, it sat cracked in their office until the woman who was out sick returned. I had to speak with the area manager and the woman who returned from her illness, Terry, said they would compensate 47 dollars off the price. I literally had to make nearly a dozen calls to this office and deal with the woman in Oxford who was incredibly rude for several weeks. Terry ordered a new window, again, two months into the ordeal. It was supposed to be installed last Friday but the delivery truck broke down and it was not installed until yesterday (Tuesday). The gentlemen who came out were kind, professional, and worked quickly which I appreciated. I feel strongly that after a 2 month ordeal, and all of the calls and leg work I had to go through just to get a window, there should have been more compensation to make this situation right. The manager (from Oxford) who installed the window said he would talk to Terry and make sure the discount was significant. At the end of the day, I still ended up paying 200 for a 240 dollar window that took 2 months to install, and WAY too many phone calls to the rude employee in Oxford. I tried to ask Terry about the discount today, but she stated the 47 off was what she would do. Its not about the money, but more about, if the Oxford manager says he will make it right, then they should have. As a consumer, I had to do way too much to get this window installed, and honestly, I paid too much, all things considered. As an owner, I would go above and beyond and make any compensations necessary to make my customers happy. I have had to do it many times, for big and little things...but in the end, it's the right thing to do. Especially when a customer experience was as bad as the one I have had.
