Travis saved the day today! He got to us so quickly and rescued us from a packed parking lot with ease when our car died. He was super friendly, explained everything, and was really knowledgeable. The price for towing was great and we can absolutely see why Flat Rate has the best reviews around. Thank you for the great tow, Travis!

Richie just helped me with a flat tire. He was so nice, called me first to let me know his eta then got there right away and got me fixed up. I'm so very thankful! Hopefully I won't need any future help but if I do I'm calling him! Thank you so very much for your professionalism and friendliness! I will be sure to recommend your company!

Joshua and his team of mechanics, great place to get your car truck fixed and on the road and a timely fashion with great prices. Very reasonable to fit your budget. I recommend you take your vehicle to these guys. God bless.

Richie was the most coolest person. He was able to get my vehicle out of a parking lot ... On a flatbed and when he dropped my car off the man finessed that drop and parked my car off the tow truck like I drove it into the spot. The man got skills and pay that man more. I definitely recommend this place especially if you are left in the trusted hands of Rich.

I had a punctured tire that was rubber off the literal rim before I was able to stop safely in a parking lot. Changing a flat is not a big deal. Usually. 2/5 of my lug nuts were frozen, I had a bad feeling about torquing on the 9 year old posts, and it is a hectic holiday shopping day around town. I assumed my next 3 hours would be spent waiting for some stereotype neanderthal from a cartoon, chewing on a cigar, with a greasy backwards hat.Nope. I was sent some kind of Co-Ed team captain with big manners and a matching smile. Anthony was at my car in ~15 minutes and changed out to my mini-spare in 5 minutes. He was friendly, polite, and I had no doubt he was in command of the situation. 5 Stars without hesitation, and a shortcut in my contact list for any future roadside issues!Honestly, I'm happy my girlfriend wasn't there. Her staring would have been uncomfortable. LOLTop shelf service, I will highly recommend.

This is a great company. They also do repairs. I called them to tow my vehicle the next day they called me and told me transmission was out and they could do the repairs. They completed it $1000 less than I had been quoted from my usual mechanic had the car back to me very quickly. They are definitely the lowest tow company around as well. Great place.

Mother in-law's van broke down and had it towed home by Jerry. Jerry was the kindest guy ever. Just so good at what he did and made it so easy in spite of the bad situation.Couple days later we are ready to get it to the shop and insurance sends Flat Rate out again. We get Bradley. Bradley... same exact service. Super kind, professional, quick. Asked for a number to call the boss he said it wasn't necessary. Wrong... people need to know just how awesome these two guys are!Called Josh, the owner... same heart and attitude as his crew. We will use them from now on. Amazing company and all their trucks say John 3:16, so that was just icing on the cake. God bless you guys!Service: Car towing

One star is to high of a rating for this company. My vehicle broke down last month. I called roadside assistance and they sent flat rate towing. Waited an hour and a half for them to get to me. I had them tow it home so I could figure out which shop to take it to. Once I decided where it was going I called roadside assistance again and they sent flat rate towing. The driver was very nice. I told him where I wanted it taken to and he convinced me to take it to Flat Rate Towing and Service so I agreed. My Blazer was said to be ready the next day. It needed another part so they said the next day after that for sure it would be done around 10 am. I was cool with that. I told them I had some new door pins and bushings if they could add that to the bill. When I called around 11 am to see if it was done they said No. I left work early. I called again and the guy said it's not done. He was rude, I said can you give me a round about time he said I'll call you when it's done. I said I left work early is it going to be an hour I said what time finally he said 1:30. I get there at 1:30 and my car is blocked in with several other vehicles. Finally when I left the door still wouldn't close right. I called them right back and wouldn't answer the phone. A spring between the hinges fell out as soon as I opened the door. They charged me $65.00 just to put pins in. I take it to another company and they show me that the bushings are in the wrong way. So the door was not fixed the right way. Dude had a attitude when he picked up my car told him it was AWD..he said I did not...he acted like it was a big deal the car was going less than 2 miles down the road and all he had to do was put the extra Wheels under the rear wheels, wasn't that big of a deal but he sure acted like it was....hard to get good service anymore....

Driver was here very fast and got a fantastic rate. I was really bummed out about my car but this service made the day not so bad.Use this company if you need a tow truck. Driver was really professional as well but I can't remember his name.

AMAZINGLY FAST SERVICE!!! It was icy outside and my car was stuck in a ditch outside of my house. I have a very long driveway which was literally covered in ice. The tow truck driver (Jerry) did an amazing job of manueuvering up my driveway in bad conditions. Customer service was quick and absolutely SUPERB! KUDOS to Jerry and the folks at Flat Rate Towing! Very friendly. I like that you can bring your own parts. I have gone there twice. Their hourly rate is pretty high. I brought the part, took less than 30 minutes and was charged 80 dollars. Would still highly recommend but kind of expensive.

On my given one star because it won't let me give zero. Would not recommend this company. They towed my new car incorrectly and broke my rear differential. My insurance company put a claim out against them. It's been a month and I haven't heard a thing from this company and every time I try to call them, they either don't answer or hang up on me
