My sales representative was Awesome! His name is Galvin D. He was so patient, kind, knowledgeable and most of all he is honest. Galvin did not try to sell me the most expensive tire l, he provided me with a great, best price tired. I am so glad Galvin is at this location because he makes a HUGE Difference! I must admit I had to send my elderly mom to this location and Galvin stayed on the phone with me the entire time while being patient with me (out of town) and mom at physical store. Galvin you have won a loyal customer as you really care about helping people versus getting a sale.Discount Please Please appreciate Galvin with monetary rewards and recognition!!!! You Rock Galvin!

Great service and didn't take very long for how busy they were. Not sure if he's the manager or not but Andrew really hooked me up. We had a small issue that got resolved easily with him going over and beyond. Definitely my go to tire place.

I had tires rotated on 2 cars in a week, made online appointment (very easy to do).Employees were very courteous. Wait time was minimal. No charge for rotations. They will definitely be getting all my business. They also do free air checks and windshield wiper replacements.

I personally always make an appointment before going to any Discount Tire since they have a lot of walk in traffic in our area. They got me in right in time! Gavin helped her me checked in and made sure I made sure I didn't miss any details from my online order. They got me my new tire quickly and I was on my way! Thank you for the speedy service!!

I needed air in my tires so I pulled into the first station where they had done it for me before several times and a female worker was extremely rude and said "did someone tell you to pull in here" with attitude. I proceeded to tell her that I just needed air in my tires. She then told me that the line was over there and I said where? There was only a few cars parked she said behind the red car. I said okay. She had continued to give me attitude as if I knew this already and I was annoying her. They changed the air to the 4th station like I was supposed to know that and couldn't tell where the line was cause it was just two cars parked in the lot. They have to do better with service and direction. The guy aired my and was fine.

Great customer service. Highly recommend you to make a appointment online because just coming in will have you waiting till there is a open spot for you.Technician names Jason was very helpful. Came in and needed tire warranty done. Had a TPMS issue and all my sensors were good. He activated everything and got the light gone! Will be my new go to place for tires instead of the court street location.

I stopped in today, traveling from NH. Somehow got a hole in a week old tire on the road. Service was quick, everyone was very professional & friendly. Sent me a text when they finished up. And this was on a Saturday. Highly recommend.

This is the only tire place I go.. They always take care of me and any problems I might have... great service fast if your there early otherwise make an appointment is the best way.. Smart workers great products

I ve been going here for years because they have great service and prices. Went in today to have them look at a tire that kept going low. They checked out the tire and rotated my tires quickly and at no cost. Travis is extremely helpful every time I ve gone in when he was there.

Always helpful. Been getting tires here for the last several years. You can make appointments and they keep it pretty close to the time. Had two or three sets of tires over a six year period. Unfortunately we don't get them rotated like we should which wears them out quicker.

This place has just become horrible. On the weekend of 7/15/2023. I go in for a rotation and balance. The same day I had to turn around and take it right back. Not only did it not get balanced correctly they also misplaced one of my lug nuts and just grabbed on older rusted out one and just put that on. This has become a very unprofessional place to do business with. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Cody was very professional and pleasant to work with regarding new tires. He got things moving along very quickly! Then I met the technicians that changed out my tires in bay 2 and they were awesome! They explained everything as they worked. What a great experience, they were all wonderful! I won't go anywhere else!

They have always hooked me up on tires and been honest with me but my girlfriend brought her car there and they would not rotate her tires because they were "junk" but I had just got the car inspected the same week and they recommended rotation and said the tires are just fine. I bring there car there myself and he said the front two were in the green and the rears were in the yellow. Moral of the story, some of their employees will 100% take advantage of young women and take their money when its not needed or recommended.

Purchased two tires with a warranty.These Michigan roads force you to get that warranty.How I managed to roll over a box cutter blade in my driveway I'll never know.I appreciate this location.

I'll tell you what, I've been doing business with Discount Tire for a long long time and the reason is that they absolutely know how to take care of a customer. Over the years they have always taken care of any of my tires that started leaking air or even going flat. They have never charged me 1� for doing it either. They even repaired a small tire that came off my roto tiller and again, did not charge me for the repair. In the last couple months a couple tires on my 2011 Ford Edge were losing air. They took the tires off the rims and smoothed out the edge of the rims that had corrosion build up over 11 years. I know when it's time for a set of new tires, I'll be heading to my Discount Tire, they also have low prices on their tires too. Keep up the great customer service guys, it really works!

They are the best place to go if you have any issues with your tires the men that work there are very polite sometimes they get you laughing and make you feel very comfortable I used to go up there almost like sometimes twice a week cuz my tires kept going low and I got tired of it so I went up there I don't know exactly what they did but they did it in one hour and pull your car around to the front leave the keys in it for you and you're ready to go I love you discount tire

I received excellent service. Jacob was very professional and extremely courteous. The technician was very polite. They honored my appointment time and completed the repair in record time. I am extremely happy with my service. They truly put the customer first. I give them an A plus. Thanks
