When they tell you they have a liscensed mechanic inspect every vehicle don't believe it, or when they tell you there's no mechanical issues. At first I was feeling great with my purchase from Dean's Auto Sales, until the next day when I had to miss a day of work because the truck I just spent over $20,000 on was dead in my driveway. I will say that when I spoke to Dean and told him that my truck wouldn't start, and there was a puddle of transmission fluid under it he apologized and assured me he'd take care of it and even sent a tow truck to come get it. A few hours later I got a call saying it's all ready and just needed a starter. I asked about the leak and he said his mechanic couldn't find the leak. So I picked up the truck and the next day I took it to my mechanic and ask him to put it up on the lift. Turns out the leak was coming between the transmission and transfer case and it was very obvious, as was the leaking transmission lines and engine cooler lines. Also discovered the front struts were completely blown out. So before I even even make my first payment I had to drop $2500 on repairs on a vehicle they claimed was fully inspected and had no mechanical issues. To make it better if that wasn't dishonest enough. I seen one of their employees post the car I traded in on Facebook market place advertising it as an all wheel drive,when it was only a front wheel drive. Again showing just how well they inspect the vehicles they put on their lot.

Deans auto if the best! Great cars competitive pricing and a pleasure to do business with, I would recommend anyone to go there! I ve personally bought 4 great vehicles here! My go to dealership for sure

I bought a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland and am beyond impressed with there generosity. The jeep had issues turning over and i was loaned a very nice f150 for the weekend, The starter had gone out but Dean replaced it for free along with the tow to the shop. I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend anyone to buy a vehicle here. Pictures of both vehicles below.

One day last week I went in for what I thought was something major and I reached out to Dean s Auto because I got my vehicle through them and although it s been about two years since I ve made my purchase they were happy to help me. Turns out it wasn t that major and their mechanic checked it fix the issue and didn t charge me an arm and a leg. LolThey re reasonable, honest, fast and fair.Thanks Dean and April and special thanks to your mechanics

I love this dealership. Our warranty expires in 2 days. My car needed a thermostat, and they couldn't fit me in on time. But the next morning, they called and said they would fit us in. But, not only did they fit us in, they also gave my wife a ride home, since they didn't know when exactly it would be fixed. Amazing service.

I just bought My 4th vehicle from Dean's Auto Sales. What keeps me going back is the prompt and friendly service. I also know that they will stand by me with any maintenance or repairs as needed. They have mechanics on sight. Its a welcoming atmosphere. I guarantee you I will buy another vehicle from Deans auto sales. Its nice to be able to purchase a vehicle hassle free . Dean's Auto Sales is a trustworthy dealership to purchase a used vehicle! They sell quality used cars and will stand behind them if there are any mechanical issues noticed after purchase. I recently purchased a vehicle from them that I'm extremely happy with but it turned out to have engine mount damage which they repaired no questions asked. Also Jason their salesman is a great guy willing to go the extra mile!

I had, and will continue when needed, my vehicles repaired here. Great, honest, timely and reasonable work. The day after my blazer was fixed, my wife and older boy came out and bought a car. He loves it. Thanks again for your great service. I would would recommend Dean's for fast friendly service.

Great place to buy a used car. Friendly and honest staff. We lived a couple hours away and had trouble getting our schedule to line up for a test drive. They were nice enough to pull the car of the market until we could get down there. They had an excellent inventory of third row vehicles to compare what we were interested in, to what otheroptions were out there. The whole process was quick, easy, and comfortable. 10/10 recommend.

Dean got me a car after an accident when it was virtually impossible to find the car I wanted. He made it happen in 24 hours. The car is beautiful and I highly recommend this Shop.

Do not buy here, I came to purchase a car from them and their sales rep Becca was rude from the start. I asked to see the details of the warranty I was being forced to purchase and I was told I can t see what s covered in the warranty until I sign for the car. They also said my dad had no credit (he has a mortgage and 3 other cars in his name mind you) so he couldn t co-sign and I would have to pay a higher interest rate. The pictures didn t all match the current condition of the car as well. She also told me if I don t like it there I can leave and buy a car else where and then stormed off like a child, so I did and I suggest you guys do the same when it comes to these fly by night pop up shops.

Love, Love this company!! Friendly, respectful, knowledgeable of what they are selling on their lot. Quick and easy for financing. And it is so extremely nice to not see SOLD AS IS on every vehicle. I bought our last vehicle there and went back because I decided to down-size. If I ever decide we need another vehicle down the road....you know where we will be going!!! Thank you, Dean's!!!

Deans auto sales is one of a kind. I ve had bad experience with dealerships in the past, Dean s truly changed the game! I am SO overly happy with my new Jeep Cherokee and can t imagine it being any easier than they made it for me. They are a very trustworthy, family owned business. I would 100/100 recommend. One of the nicest independent used car dealerships I have bought from. The way they set up the office looks like someone's home with two cats running around. Dean and April went out of their way to provide a hassle free buying experience.No fast talking con men here, just a husband and wife team that love cars and love selling them. Highly recommended.

I bought my beautiful 2016 jeep Cherokee there over 3 months ago at a wonderful deal. I get many compliments on my new car. Every one working was super helpful and honest. It was a great experience. And I'm still happy to this day. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

Was looking for a car,too expensive for my budget.After looking at a review below,I'm glad I passed it by.There should be a law against dealers who sale bad cars too make a profit.Also if a customer gave a bad review or a good one,I did read them but they don't change my mind.Sure some people were happy ,others weren't.If the one who gave a bad review,if you could accommodate them then I might changey review.Because I'm on a fixed income,and most people don't have money to throw away on a defective car.

So my experience with Dean and April was absolutely nothing short of the best experience I've had buying a vehicle. I bought a 2014 gmc sierra denali and it is absolutely mint. I'm from Green bay and I never thought I'd purchase a vehicle sight unseen. I flew out there 2weeks ago Friday on a wimb. They Greater me at the airport with Jason who is the head mechanic. That guy really knows his profession.. they brought me to the dealer . We finalized the paperwork and I drove it 9hrs back home. Best way to really get to know the vehicle! We were gonna have it shipped to my house and they hired a transportation broker. It was difficult to secure a driver so I decided to fly out!! They gave me cash back as soon as I got there and it actually ended up saving me money . We have kept in contact and the buying process was just a pleasure! Grateful for their service. Thank you guys

I took my old truck to them for repairs after someone else only half did the job. April, Jason and their team not only had my truck back on the road quickly but they were also very reasonably priced and super nice and friendly! Thank you all so much for the great experience! We will definitely recommend and bring our vehicles back whenever we need repairs.

Purchased a Dodge Durango from here. Test drove it without a hassle. Fell in love with the vehicle. The buying process was so simple. We had a trade in and they handled all the paperwork. I was there literally for 10 minutes, just had so sign some papers. They have a great selection of cars, trucks and SUVs. Easiest and best experience I ve ever had at any dealership. Thanks again for everything.

Do not purchase cars or trucks from them. I paid 5800 cash for an expedition. Took truck to dealer because heat was not working and large puddles of water in driveway. Diagnosis was blown head gaskets and heater core after contacting April, she suggest car shield warranty even paid for the first month nice right wrong. Car shield authorized an engine break down just to deny the claim in the middle of the process. Now I have to pay for an engine for the truck 7.9k or take a 6k loss on the truck. This establishment is not a good place to buy anything they seem very helpful at ripping people off thanks April and deans auto sales for taking my hard earned money 5800 cash from my family during a pandemic. And causing a huge financial burden to my family Dude we had the car in October it's literally been in the shop since I bought the truck the car shield warranty took a month the truck does not even have 1000 miles on it from. Time of purchase rip off your expert mechanics is the reason the car is in the shop

We purchased a 2014 Suburban here on July 11th. During our test drive we pointed a handful of things out that we wanted them to fix. We signed the papers with their word, and made an appointment for Wednesday the same week to bring it back. They had it for an additional 2 days and made all the repairs and then some. I stressed to them that I wanted it right and they assured me they would take care of it. I've had it back for a few days now and it's been wonderful. During the process we met both April and Dean and they are a very nice couple to work with. Family owned business with family values. I will definitely return, and refer everyone their way.
