Worst truck service center I ve ever been to in my entire life, staff does not care for customers, entire office staff sits on their phones and ignores you until you yell. I am not one to post reviews but I have to when it is this bad. It is sad to see a company run this way, it is a sign of the world we live in today. I took my box truck in for an oil change, it took them over 8 hours to complete. Supervisors and upper management wanted to argue with me when I expressed my disapproval in a very calm manner. Overall poorly run company, I m simply trying to save someone the trip here by posting this. They have other locations, their Warren MI location is fantastic and would recommend it far over this place.

Excellent staff. They take very great care of our fleet when necessary VERY knowledgeable technicians and easy access to drive into from front or back.

A+++ Great Service (Kody & Zach) got the truck in and out in record tim. They very knowledgeable and actually care about doing quality work and taking the time explain what s going on. Excellent shop to work with and down to earth. I appreciate the honesty, hard work and overall great attitude.Thanks again

Would just like to say Derek and Kaiti have been great to deal with. They actually seem to care about us customers. Seems harder to find these days. Also, the guys in parts dept (Antonio, Bobby and Mike) have always been helpful as well. Let's not forget the guys working on the trucks, the ones we rarely see or speak with. 5 Stars to all of them.

Work with these folks 5 days a week. Service is spectacular. The Service Manager, Barry is great to work with and is happy to work with our company when it comes to part pricing and labor. Just good people to do business with.

I've noticed their parts prices are at least double and sometimes triple the list price. Its almost like they don't realize there is an internet. A non pressurized fuel cap cost over $90. A $15 load level rod was over $60. Their used truck inventory is consistently priced $15, to $20,000 over everyone else as well. The only reason they can stay in business is due to the poor design of International Trucks. This dealer is a perfect example why people call them stealerships.

We had issues with the truck and arrived at C&S, Berry, the manager was extremely helpful. As was his service staff, Ailene, was wonderful and the mechanic found exactly what the problem was. I am extremely happy with the service!!Thanks to All the Staff!!!

Bought my truck new at this place. They have had it in there garage for the same repair 5 times now. Going to weiland's for the 6th time on Monday. They will fix it rite I am sure. Contacting my lawyer as well.

In the past couple years i have taken my trucks there 3 times. First time they said it has a bad rod bearing and motor was junk. Come to find out it was just a bad injector making noise. Second time i took a truck there i was told it needed a injection pump and after several tows later and a month of down time they found out it just neexed a lift pump. The third time i was truck needed radiator, having same overheating problem i was having before i took it to them, come to find out it was a bad clutch fan. I was never given any money back, i spent tbousands of dollars that never had to be spent. I never got a sorry, a dime back or anything. They have some very poor mechanics in there. Never again will i take a truck to this dealership for repair again.

They do decent work on the trucks but their waitlist was nearly a month. Therefore, I can only give them three stars.

Totally unethical company with incompetent workers. Please be advised to use any other company apart from them. They charge you for work they do no do and leave you with equipment the same as it was when you brought it in.

Takes a long time to get things fixed and when I got it back it still had problems. Ended up costing me twice what they had told me.
