I'm a Oklahoma based company and needed a tire and mudflap repair. Jake my mechanic was the best ever. All mechanics are super friendly and motivated and will have a laugh with you. The guys up front are super friendly and super professional and quick. They are reasonable priced and very great working environment. Thank you guys for your hard work

Recently had rear 4 tires installed at another Best One location, found one tire at 55 lbs when leaving camp. These guys had me bring it by, took the wheel off checked for leaks and identified loose/leaking valve stem. Tightened everything up, retested, and had us on our way quickly with no charge. Appreciate the great customer service!

Great group of guys got me fixed and back on the road within less than 24 hours. Part came next day overnight very polite and even gave me a ride to the hotel. Very friendly and will do business with them again if in need of service anytime im in this area!

Called in they said to come in first thing in the morning to get issue checked out.When I arrived the next morning they asked if I was dropping it off. I said no they said they can t even look at it for 3 hours after I was told the day before to bring it in first thing.

About a week's worth of driving ,after all of my fuel filters and water separator had been R & R'd at Best One Fleet Services on Hill Rd, in Flint, the engine systems have finally settled down and the ol Volvo is running monthly again.In response to the owner's query of the previous technician that way overtorqued the filter on the 6 o'clock position on the truck.., I'dconfer with Justin, however, he no longer was employed at the shop that we had been having the truck serviced at previously. Best Ones did a great job, for all trouble that 1 darn filter caused them. Still, they overcame their challenges and got the job done, eventually. Thank you, GC.
