Got me right in and out (I had scheduled an online appointment along with selecting and paying for the tires I wanted online) with no issues. Great prices for a full set with simple service. Would recommend to anyone looking for tires

Store manager Jeremy Magalski is outstanding. He completely understands your concerns and goes 110% to make sure the customer is well satisfied.Being a woman and not completely understanding all the terminologies of the automotive field. He repeated the same thing to me in terms I could completely understand.You will not regret dealing with this location.

I thought I had booked an appointment online to get some tires installed. However I never received an email confirming my appointment. When I called the morning of, they couldn't find anything. Jeremy was able to get the tires I needed and get them installed the same day which was great because I was coming from out of town. I appreciate him being very helpful with situation. Thank you.

Got my new tires mounted tonight! What a big difference..it's so quite and handles so much better! Art @ belle tire on Miller Rd was awesome! He was honest about what tires I should get (not just expensensive ones), he ordered them and got me in to mount them before the snow tomorrow!! And checked my alignment and didn't suggest I needed anything! Thank you! We have always went to Belle tire, this is just another great experience!

stay away from this place. I bought winter tires and they stole my old tires ( they were new and I use different tires for different seasons). It took us 20 minutes to realize it. I called and the tires were gone. customer service always on voicemail. They don't answer calls. People struggle in Flint to survive and businesses like this make poverty rate higher.

They was good at taking care of my needs. I have never bought brand new tires so was surprised how much they cost. But got a good deal all the same. Great people to deal with. I replaced all four tires and now the car rides better. I love my srx and she needed new shoes

I have purchased many sets of tires from bell and I have always very satisfied.The manage of the Miller Rd in Flint went above and beyond to meet my needs. I will be using them exclusively in the future for our fleet as well as all of my personal vehicles.* Still the same great service today as always*Thank YouSincerely Dave Crawford

Service was great. If I had any complaint at all it would be the parking lot. It is very congested most likely because of them providing free air with an extremely small parking lot.

My car was towed there with a flat tire on a bitter cold day. They found the hole and fixed it with no charge with a gracious attitude about it. They have a customer for life!

Started off at the center rd location where they told me they were too busy for an alignment after I called 30 minutes prior and they told me no problem. Come on up we can get it right in. That was a lie. So I call Miller road. They said same thing. Sure can bring it over we can get you right in , so I drive over there just for them to tell me I will have to leave the truck over night that they don t have time to do tonight. I got there 13 minutes after they just told me they had plenty of time. Waste of time. Terrible customer service .

Terrible experience here. Techs are rude. They supposedly rebalanced my tires but it still has a strong vibration in the front. Took it to a discount tire up the road and they fixed it immediately. Avoid this location at all costs look at all the other negative reviews on Google obviously this place is a problem.

Terrible quality of work. My tire was out of balance within a month of then changing it. Rude and argumentative everytime I come to this location. Aggressively trying to upsell me every chance they get. I get all my work done at bell tire but I'll never come back to this location again

They WILL trick you if you're a woman. I wanted 3 things done and they didn't do any of them, they fixed something else that was NOT priority and was the most expensive. Now I'm $1,700 in debt and had to get more repairs elsewhere.

Update 12/11/21..... we have been here since 9am and still here 3 1/2 hours. Not appreciating putting all the people in front of us. Not sure what the problem is today but not a happy person. Update......Bruce is great. Always works with us. If you need any help ask for Bruce, he knows what's going on and won't steer you down the wrong path.........The people are great here. Very knowledgeable and understanding of peoples concerns. Work with you to give you understanding about your vehicle. They always find a way to help save money or give you options to what gets done on your vehicle. Would and have recommended to alot of people.

Tried to upsell my 500$ tire change into around 3500 for wheels as well because they thought my lug nuts weren't correct and were damaging the rims. I've driven perfectly fine on the rims with those exact lugs for around 4 years and 125000 miles. The technician and manager clearly just wanted me to pay a lot of money because I drive a nice car. Belle tire won't be getting my business in the future, despicable and I hope corporate sees whoever the manager on duty was today at this store at noon let a 500 sale walk because of lug nuts... Btw belle tire changed the tires on this car with this exact lugs 3 years ago. When they gave me my car back the technicians said they couldn't get 3 of my 5 lugs right in back and 1 lug was missing. Absolutely terrible if I didn't have an impact in my car I would have had to call a tow truck. Ridiculous that a tire shop couldn't get a lug nut back on a stud. Bad technicians, incompetent work and management staff. Can I give a 0 star?The manufacturer says any lug nut is fine so long as it securely holds the wheel in place,by having a bite on the lip of the rim where it's seated around the stud, which it is. length and thread size need to be the same for this which my lugs are. Your sales manager was wrong in saying the lugs made me need new wheels.

i am starting to feel like this business is shady. I was overcharged for a tire and at this point I can almost guarantee is was on purpose.I run a property management company and am literally working 24/7. I had to miss 2 scheduled appointments because of work, which I understand can be frustrating for all parties involved. However, during the time that I wasn't able to get in during normal business hours, they shut down the free air machine that I was able to use at night to keep my air pumped up until I could get the service. At first, they just put a sign over it. But when they noticed that I was still using it, they double taped it and shut it down. I really wanted to say the timing of it all was just ironic.. until I got my tire fixed and the air machine magically started working again. I will not be going back to this Belle Tire any longer.

This place has my back covered with good deals on tires and Great Service on top of it all. Jeremy and John are great Assets for for this place they are very knowledgeable. I shopped for new tires online and what a daunting task with so many options! I narrowed it down to price point and reviews. The Uniroyal Tiger Power A/S is what I wanted and Belle Tires was the only place in my area that had them in stock. Purchased online through their website (very user friendly). Friends mentioned to me they have used Belle before and were pleased with their service and competitive pricing. Arrived on time for my appointment and car went right in. Nice lobby to wait in and friendly, professional service. Will be a repeat customer!

One of the worst places I've ever been to. They call you and tell you your vehicle will be done in a 1/2 hour. Get her on their board the promise time says 1:06pm. We arrived at 1:15 and have been waiting for 2 bolts to be installed on a tire rod and waiting for an alignment.Which now our promise time has been bumped to 2:10 pm and its 2:30.Once again let's try to take advantage of women. I'll never refer this place to anyone.Get your stuff together Belle TireI don't even want to leave any star's. This last time I was here I waited over45 minutes to get my vehicle which was sitting outside the whole time.Let's see if they even take the vehicle for a test drive. This is unbelievable this place. Words can't express how much a dispointment this is. .It's been an hour since I was told it would take 20 minutes

I'm out of town for work and noticed an issue with my car. Instead of driving home I stopped in quickly hoping someone could help, and they did! Thank you to Rob for taking the time to help me out today! I get to drive home without worry.

I went to belle tire on Miller rd on Saturday 3/23/19 and purchased two new tires. First off, u can see whut the tires looked like! They won't put them on display like that, but they'll put them on ur vehicle looking that way! I asked do they wipe them off at all and they said no. Left out w/ the two tires only to have to return Tuesday 3/26/19 b/c driver's side(front) tire was extremely low. After over an hr I was told that the valve stem had a slice in it & they supposedly replaced it. On Thursday 3/28/19 I had to return again b/c front passenger side tire was flat after coming out of meijers doing some shopping. I was very fortunate that meijer has an air pump at the gas station! I immediately called and let them know whut was going on and was told to bring the car in. Thank GOD I wasn't on the highway or somewhere far off when this happened! After getting there I immediately asked "are these New tires??" The rep said "yes, we don't sell used ones". I asked "well why do they look used???" Didn't get a real answer other than they offload em out of a trailer. I was complaining b/c this is the 2nd time(in less than a week) I had to return about 2 "new tires" I Just bought. Bruce(the manager) was at the table behind us and overheard the entire convo and said Nothing! I Know who he is seeing this was my 3rd visit in 6 days. I ended up waiting abot 35 mins before being told "valve stem" again! Bruce finally opened his mouth to say "it wasn't corroded?" Tech responded saying "no". Bruce then said "I'm happy we got that fixed for you". Really?! Not I'm sorry for the inconvenience! Nothing! I guess that's how customers get treated there! If u can check 2 tires and see both have "valve stem" problems then common sense tells me this an issue w/ others. Wouldn't it make sense to check the valve stem BEFORE putting the tire on the vehicle?????? Seeing as though someone cud get seriously hurt messing around w/ belle tire! I'll NEVER return there and will see to it that NO ONE I know & care for goes there!
