Nick and the team at AutoZone here did a phenomenal job helping me get the part that I needed for my vehicle! They really went the extra mile to ensure that the parts were installed properly and they did it in a quick and efficient manner super appreciative to Nick and his team.

The worst AutoZone I have ever been too. Very rude staff. Usually helpful and friendly not no more acted like I was a bother to be there. 1/11/2024 @ 12:00 pm visited store. Went to advance across the street they was helpful and glad to take my money.

I went to the Auto Zone on Bristol Road and had the worst experience. Now the store was scheduled to open at 730am. I patiently waited for the store to open. It's approximately 732am. I proceeded to walk in. The door was open as scheduled. The store manager responded, we're not open. He waved his hand at me. He was so rude. Hey, good morning, I'm sorry give us a few minutes. That would of suffice. I promptly left and took my business elsewhere.

Went in there to get help with my windshield wiper for my car, the man behind the counter sold me an expensive one but couldn't figure out how come it wouldn't fit my windshield, so I thought it was the wiper arm itself, so we were going to go back inside but one of his buddies stopped him outside so he stood there and talked just left me standing there. so I went in and a nice gentleman behind the counter with a white beard come out and looked at my car and figured out what was wrong with it. I was impressed with him he was very nice, the first man was working there Sunday morning acted like he didn't have time for a woman. Bristol Road in Flint Township by the truck plant.

Love the fact they keep your purchase history on record. Other parts stores purge them after 3 years. AZ still has records of my transactions from 15 years ago.Awesome for lifetime warranty issues.Parts are parts really. All made by the cheapest manufacturer. They all compete in pricing. It's about the level of service you get from the business. This AZ has had some changes in staff but still has a couple knowledgeable guys.

Got ignored for 10 minutes at the cash register before I decided to just go across the street to Advance. Four different employees standing around not doing a thing involving customers.

I visited the Auto Zone on Bristol Rd. In Flint Mi.. The store assistant Kadin was exceptional in the services he rendered during my time of need. He tested and evaluated my starting system and was very courteous and professional the whole time. I offered him a tip which he politely declined saying it was against store policy. Exceptional young man. I wish there a lot more people like him in service everywhere!!! 5-Stars!

We were in the Meijer parking lot with our truck and camper headed north! Our camper with a flat tire 2 hours from home! Husband couldn t get the spare off due to not having the correct deep well socket in order to remove the spare tire from the trailer! Called Auto Zone and Manager Marcus answered our call to deliver the part that we needed! He delivered it to us and waited to make sure my husband was good prior to leaving! He was our hero! Josh at the Bristol rd Flint location is an honest GEM. I trust his opinion and advice over any repair place near me. I loved being armed with his knowledge and expertise when I bring my vehicle somewhere to be repaired. He is AWESOME! Please thank him immensely!

I went to AutoZone on Bristol Rd and told the guys I needed deep lug nuts for my truck and pointed to the truck he said okay here are the lugs you need come to find out he sold me shallow lug nuts for a car and now all my studs are bent because it left a gap between the rim and rotors I go back and told them I want new studs and lugs for no cost because of the workers mess up and would not do it so I would highly recommend not going to this store because they will let anyone work there with no knowledge of cars

Had to buy a new battery as mine died and I had to get a jump just to start the car. Josh was quick to help me, explained the different batteries and then replaced it for me. Thank you so much! Could not ask for better customer service

The manager Josh was awesome! I just got a different car and didn't know how to change the headlight he came out in the rain and changed the headlight for me! That was customer service at its best. I truly appreciated him doing that !

I was there earlier today. I was met by Sandy a lady that works there and she was just amazing. She was smiling and helpful and she went out of her way to make sure I got what I needed. She even helped put the wipers on my car. I was just passing by flint I don't live there but she was amazing. Thank you Sandy

Very good customer service soon as I walked in the door they asked me if they could help me I wasn't there 5 minutes and I walked out with the car parts I needed and the information I needed to correctly fix my ride

I bought a new battery and when I got it home it wasn't charged. I took it back and was told that it should have been charged. They said they would charge it and call me in one hour, they never called. The receipt and guarantee was made out for the wrong truck. I'll never shop there again.

The manager was awesome, she didn't give me a hard time like another location. Thank for swapping my less than 1 year battery out for warranty cause it was junk!
