This morning I was inside the store when all of sudden the lady manager was screaming at another girl employee I felt bad for the girl. That is no way to talk to a employee or person. Especially in front of customers. She even seemed to have a disability which hurts my heart even more.

My girlfriend had a deeply disappointing experience at this AutoZone location recently. The employees at this store displayed incredibly sexist behavior, implying that women are incapable of working on vehicles. Their harassment, rude, and condescending attitude made her feel unwelcome and disrespected.We would strongly advise anyone to avoid this particular AutoZone store and instead seek out establishments that treat their customers with respect.

Honestly, one star is too much for this location. My daughter was having car problems so we told her to go to AutoZone and have them check to see why the engine light was on. When she arrived the person behind the counter, a manager, told her to go outside and open her hood, and he be out in a minute, there was nobody else in the store. 15 minutes later she went into the store to see if anybody was going to come out and help her. When she went to go buy the parts she needed, the sales guy behind the counter asked her if she needed to call her daddy and get permission , are you spending your daddy s money , daddy s little girl better call daddy first , does your daddy have an AutoZone account should you call him and find out this is totally unacceptable. I should be able to send my daughter to a retail store and not have to worry about her being harassed by the people behind the counter I told her to go to AutoZone because the AutoZone in our area is absolutely wonderful. I m very disappointed to hear the way she was treated and I guarantee she will not be going back . You need to look into the people you have running the store.

I visited this site this morning & was BASICALLY IGNORED! Guess staff was too busy.Ended up leaving and going to Family Farm at Miller & Elms Rd , flint for my product where they were busy, yet staff said...Please be patient w/us...We will be w/you in a few.Much BETTER THAN AITO ZONE that had no response to my wait! NOT A GOOD LOCATION FOR AITO ZONE at Corunna & Linden Rd location.Just saying!

This is the second time I have been in this store. Both times the staff was rude, I know the Red Shirt /Grey Shirt; a manager has no reason to be rude and BOSSY to a customer. I expect to be treated with respect. I was not rude in response to her. This is not the AutoZone Customer Service I had come to know and trust. Must JUST BE THIS STORE!

This is a updated review. Although at store level my issue wasn't initially resolved (when I was sold the wrong belt and was stuck at home) when management was contacted they did everything in their power to rectify the situation and even brought me the part to my home, knowing I couldn't get there, so I wasn't stranded at home anymore. I had to go through some nonsense but they were apologetic and I was so appreciative they treated me with respect and valued me as a customer. Thank you.

It was a good experience. I walked in and they help me with my purchase for my brake light and put it in for me. Which was nice. It was nice not to be treated differently somewhere like that since I am a woman. Some place like to charge you more and they didn't

Always great service and friendly staff. Very helpful when buying parts or items for your vehicle. Many nice items in stock for the inside and outside of your vehicle. I always buy my brake parts from Auto Zone, especially the Duralast Gold or Elite parts. Good quality parts at competitive prices.

Definitely would like the Manager of the store Eric to get some attention for the efforts and character he displayed when I was dealing with a problem.He and his staff went out of their way to help me. The most significant part was the fact this man chose to continue working on the issue and even work past close to resolve it. I honestly feel blessed to meet someone with this level of professionalism. Honestly this was awesome. Took a very stressful day and made it better. I highly recommend people put this autozone on their go to list. Trust these professionals with your vehicles it will be worth it!

I'm a professional engine builder and mechanic by trade went to AutoZone to get windshield wiper blades. The guy in front of me the lady asked she didn't ask me I looked them up spent 20 minutes trying to figure out how they latch on essay stood behind the counter talking as I finally walked out and ended up going to O'Reilly's in Swartz Creek. The store itself has a pretty good selection from performance stuff to get stuff down the road staff sucks.

I called looking for a specific part and the guy I spoke with was very nice and super helpful, he told me they had 2 in stock . Just to find out when I got there I was told they never had any in stock. Also shows online that they have them in stock.. Kind of disappointed

Workers here are super helpful. Store is always clean. I appreciate that auto zone hasn't changed their floorplan in years, I'm able to walk into a familiar store and just walk right over to what I want.

AutoZone Auto Parts has to been one of the best experiences I've ever been to as far as the auto parts store. not only were the prices cheap and did they give you a VARIETY of products to choose from such as wheel bearings, headlights, blinkers just you name it anything for a car they have it, it deserves to be mentioned the AWESOME Customer Service This place has to offer! I had a blinker and (I'm what you call a real layman when it comes to fixing things on cars)there was this gentleman there saw me struggling trying to figure it out His name was Eric I believe, and this was at the Corunna Road AutoZone auto parts store near Linden Road. anyway, Eric came out simply made a few adjustments asked me to see the bulb put it right in, made sure that it worked thanked me for being a customer and I was on my way! I couldn't believe it, never and all my years I will never ever go to any other store again other than AutoZone for my auto parts needs! everybody was so nice on the inside of the store telling me which bulbs would last longer and what parts I needed and didn't really need It was just a good experience all around and I really enjoyed this place If any of you need to have parts fixed or replaced on a vehicle ANY VEHICLE, You're safe with AutoZone. And for that a little extra help ask for a nice gentleman name Eric.

The I believe manager ( large male with dirty grey shirt and hat covering his eyes) treated me worse than I have ever been treated at any store in my life. He was also very rude to all of the other customers that were in the store also. I would be ashamed to have him represent my company.

The lady manager was rude and not helpful. I had to practically beg for help and I was the only customer. The guy was very sweet and helpful. I will be going to another auto parts store in the future and will advise my friends and family to do the same.

This store is to open at 730 Amanda it's now 745 am and the doors are still locked and doesn't look like anyone is opening up anytime soon. Lights on and cars are in the parking lot but you can't buy anything. Why? They are still closed past opening hours. I guess you don't want my money.

First the good: we went into the store and was helped so the purpose for going, lights and transmission lines, was succesful.Now the bad: we called up to order the lines and after about 5/10mins talking, the employee that we were talking to put us on hold. After about 30-40mins of being left on hold, we finally drove up to the store, while still being on hold and did our business all the while being on hold. One of the employees heard their hold music but ended up just moving on. We were on hold til after close of which my phone lost signal. Not sure how much longer we were gonna be left on hold but we were on hold for a hour and 8 mins roughly. The employee(s) (pretty sure it was one tho) that decided to do that should be fired as this is very unprofessional and i can not recommend this store unless you are going inside. Do not waste your time calling them.

It is normally wonderful there look for some reason today all I needed was a $7 part and I had to wait darn near 25 minutes maybe somebody called in sick or something not sure but other than that I still will keep coming back

I got to fix it ticket for my headlight out in Burton recently. there's some about these Saturn Ions Ver #3 That messes up the electrical system on a lot of the critical parts of the car. anyway I went to AutoZone and asked for two bulbs for a headlight and yes if you buy two it's cheaper you can get the $21.99 one or you can get the $27.99 one I mean yeah you pay for quality It's the jingling around in there justdetermines how long your halogen lights last and don't touch them with your bare hands because that's what ruins them essentially is getting oils on your skin onto the light! I didn't know that. I was having no idea how to change the light I absolutely without a lot of work anyway and it's starting to get cold here in Michigan. So nobody wants to spend a lot of time outside working on their car especially if you don't have a garage. there is a worker there named Eric who works at the Corunna Road store AutoZone. I had called around to a local shop to see how much it would cost to get the headlights put in since I already had that parts. They said it would be anywhere from $80 to $160 because they said most cars they have to take the front bumper all the way off. I had my hood up and I was calling around some people different shops in the area to see if I could get a cheaper price and here comes this worker with the AutoZone uniform on says I'll put those in for you He didn't even quote me a price He just said I'll put them in for you. Now being the guy that I am I just I'm so ecstatic that he was going to be putting them in and helping me get this fix it waiver take it off from the police I didn't even hesitate to get started. He had the headlights off and on a Saturn it's just two long poles and the whole light comes out A little bit of WD-40 because the poles have never come out before And a long screwdriver to get it working and they were both in there working fine I haven't had my fog lights and two headlights working since I bought the car in 2017! It feels good. I immediately took it to the Burton Police department near Burton City Hall and sat there for about 45 minutes for shift change to take effect and an officer met me at the door and wanted to check it out and they worked fine and he signed off on the ticket and all is well I definitely would recommend this AutoZone on Corunna Road near Walmart in the 48532 ZIP code in Flint Township. Very very professional staff everybody's there to help you I probably didn't have to buy the more expensive headlights but then again I want them to last a little bit longer than the generic brand and a lot of times the generic brand will last just as long but I have a little extra money why not? I ended up giving them $40 for his time and he didn't even want anything I just wanted to give him something since they would have cost me double that just to go to a place to rake me for more money! And this kind gentleman (Eric) Had it all out and the new ones in and under 15 minutes I had to go buy a $1.90 bulb grease but that's worth it in the end helps it from jarring around and makes your light last longer. Thank you so much AutoZone I have been a loyal customer since I was 16 years old and I'm now on my 40's And you've made a customer for the rest of your life! You guys are the best!

I was disappointed with the phone call i just made. Asked about a part. Couldnt give me an exact quote. Im Not sure why. Kept saying starting. Did not understand at all. Call another store and got taken care of immediately

i went there to change car battery. gentelman name Eric. i asked to help me replaced but was heart-stone guy. it took few minute to process the purchase. i have auto zone card 2.75$ he wasted not applied to my order.this place need to take an action to keep autozone good place like i always enjoy to go there.
