Happy with our experience purchasing our certified 2022 Trailblazer from Chris. We drove about 100 miles each way after being screwed over by a dealership closer to home. Chris was happy to talk with us and answer any questions we had. We knew what we wanted, took it for a quick test drive, and then started the process. Chris and Pete made the entire process smooth and quick. The communication I had with Chris prior to coming to the dealership was great as well. Thanks guys! We love our Trailblazer!

Best dealership I ve ever been to. Salesman Dave McDonald was so helpful with absolutely zero pressure. He helped every step of the way and stayed past closing to get all of the final details taken care of. Finance guy Peter was also incredible. Very detailed and also spent the time to make sure I had everything I needed to get my out of state plates transferred. These guys are so caring and professional. I will drive there from Tennessee next time I need a new car.

My family has purchased cars from Applegate Chevrolet as early as 1965....It felt good to go back...Back to the good old days...When you felt like a person, not a number. It somehow seemed comforting that they are still around...This is the kind of experience more people need to have..and get away from the "Mega" dealers....We came back home..."Baseball, hot dogs, Applegate and Chevrolet"....That's more than just a jingle...Its a promise....Thanks for keeping it.

I think mediocre would describe the used car sales of this dealership. Being somebody who had worked in dealerships before, this was a less than ideal process. Drove over an hour and 15 minutes to be given a very low ball offer for my trade in. After seeing the offer I told them we were pretty far apart, in which they did not try to get my business at all. They let me walk right out the door. Mind you I was looking at the most expensive truck on their used lot which i was pre approved for and they just didn t seem to care about selling. As soon as you arrive you feel under appreciated with the facilities and no welcome or anything. I can say the salesman I had was a great guy. He held conversation with me the whole time and I have nothing but good things to say about him. I would certainly not recommend the used sales lot, especially if your trying to trade in, won t be competitive offer.

I took my 2013 Silverado W/T into Applegate Chevrolet in mid February, because the "service air bag" warning and "tell tail" icon were on. It took over a week before l was notified my truck was ready. I paid the $539.02 bill for a sensor and drove away. I was no more than 1/2 mile down the road when I noticed the "service airbag" warning and icon were on, so I turned around and took it back. After another week or so I was told my truck was ready. After I paid another $1168.21 for an sdm module and wiring repairs, I got in the cab to drive away and noticed the "service air bag" warning and icon were on. I told them about it and they kept it there. After a few more days I was contacted and told my truck was ready. This time there was no charge and a door harness was repaired. I drove the truck home without incident but the "service air bag" message and icon intermittently came on over the next few days so I took the truck back. After a few more days I was notified my truck was ready. After I received an additional bill for $717.86 for replacing passenger retractor pretensioners I asked to speak to the service manager, who assured me this was a legitimate charge because this was a different and coincidental problem. I paid the bill in full and drove home. The next day I started my truck and got a little distance down the road when the "service air bag" warning and icon came on again. As had happened before the warnings disappeared after about fifteen minutes, but after I finished my business and returned home, the "service air bag" warning and icon again came on as I entered the driveway. I have not started the truck yet today but must use it. I have no confidence in Applegate Chevrolet's ability to repair the problem. My only confidence is that they are going to keep charging me large amounts of money and keeping my truck in their possession so that I can't use it. I feel I've already paid far to much for ineffective (and probably unnecessary) attempts at repair, but have little recourse other than taking it back to them.

I had a great experience. I was shown the vehicles I had interest in, and I was allowed to explore my options without hassle or pressure. My salesperson Chris explained to me the detail of the transaction at every stage and I felt confident that I understood before moving on. I am not only satisfied with the vehicle I purchased but also that the pricing was fair and in fact more favorable than many of the dealerships near where I live. So I would recommend this dealership and when I need a car in the future I would return to this dealership as well.

Of all the vehicle purchases we have made during our lives, this experience has been the best so far. Melody did everything right. She gave us all the information we requested, answered all of our questions honestly. She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and a genuine pleasure. They make you make an appointment for an oil change. Then take over an hour to complete it. Most oil changes take 15 minutes. An hour is way too long. The reasonable price is the only reason for the 2 stars.

Bought a 2024 Trax from Jacob Pruett with the help of Peter. Good experience. No complaints. The most difficult part of the arrangement was getting the GM discount number, but that wasn't at all their fault. Deeply appreciate the prompt and friendly service from all involved.

I have never been so dissatisfied with dealer service. Purchased 2023 Colorado in July. Onstar is not functioning properly. First visit in October, second visit on Monday, 12/4/23. Waited for 3.5 hours, then went home. I picked up vehicle today, it is in worst condition than before. Sirius XM now not functioning. Many other options, now not functional. This is a mom and pop ran business. So disappointed!

This is my 1st time dealing with Applegate Chevrolet as it was recommended to me by a family member..The sales person Ken K. Was extremely professional and very informative as GM employees were on strike and there was a delay in delivering the shipment ..He kept me informed and walked me through the leasing process clearly and step by step..Derek was excellent in connecting the dots and setting up On star, , Mychevrolet account and showing me the features on my new 2024 Equinox..All paperwork was ready and the process was swift and easy..

I have held off writing this for almost a year because some of the people that helped me here seemed genuinely kind and honest. But I have to warn others about this place. Their used car sales is as sketchy as they come. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE without a warranty. I bought a used vehicle as is and have not even been able to drive it 2500 miles in the last year because it s been constantly broken. I am mechanically inclined and could tell it needed simple things like a brake job and alignment. I did not expect fairly major internal engine issues to pop up within a month. They sold the car as having new struts but it has only one used strut from a junkyard, the rest are original to the car. They misdiagnosed the suspension noise that they thought was a strut (was actually bushings - very obviously bad bushings). They didn t bother to align the suspension after doing the work (no excuse, pure laziness). I am still trying to figure out how they got the car to run good enough for a test drive because I haven t been able to drive it for more than about 2 months at a time before something else breaks. Very unhappy with this experience and they made no effort at all to help, not even to diagnose the issue I had immediately after buying it. If you re still reading this, buy elsewhere or get a warranty and take it elsewhere to get fixed when it breaks down on you.

It was a weekend so that meant a limited staff. We waited less than 7 minutes to be approached by the sales manager Ken. He took us into his office I told him what car I wanted and my two requirements on it. I was in luck one had come in that morning. I came almost prepared to trade in my old vehicle and leave with a new one. The whole process was done in 3hours and it would have been sooner if I hadn t forgotten to bring my check for down payment, that I had to run home for. We even got a walk through from Derrik with all the features on my new car and he helped set up my on star. My husband had just bought a new vehicle a week and a half prior from a dealership down the road and he was amazed at the service at Applegate Chevrolet.
