I REPEAT don t do business with them they are liars manipulators, and Procrastinators. I took my car in after I clearly stated on the phone I wanted a full inspection on my car to know exactly what was all wrong with the car just for them to lie and say one thing was the issue just to turn around and say it was a different issue in the end. So I proceeded to pay 700 just to receive a call days later expressing how they believe it s the Motor, I would need to pay them 2000 to proceed on with the car being fixed which is very much a rip off and scam on top of the fact my car was in the air days later after being told this when I clearly stated on the phone once again I don t wish to proceed with them dropping a new motor in my car. Then I was told to pick it up the next day just to get the run around about my car for days before I could pick it up . Once I came to pick it the owner was very rude nasty , was not acknowledging the fact he was wrong in the situation with his poor lack of communication skills and very unprofessional, disrespectful he simply needs to be shut down he is clearly in that shop playing , unexperienced , unaware of what s going on when people are coming in for repairs. At the end of the day I m very disappointed and dissatisfied with my service here never count on me to be back nor refer anyone!!!!!!! IM VERY SURE I GOT THE RIGHT PLACE THE OWNER IS STEVE & TOD WAS BEHIND THE WHOLE SCAM RIGHT ON DORTHIGHWAY FLINT MI

As business owners we like to support small local businesses for our services. We were recommended by muffler man for a broken shift linkage. I believe at pick up the gentleman s name was Steve. What took him 30 mins or less to do we were charged for 6 hours of labor. I m all about again supporting local businesses and paying for their time. Not being charged for hours of work that wasn't used on our truck. I let the Steve know he lost future clientele as we own multiple businesses where he would have consistently made money. Times are slow but greed ruins everything. Take the review as a lesson and do better. Also your employees that you talked to like complete garbage let them know we there s opportunity elsewhere. Don t let people talk to you like that DO BETTER!!

I took my Cadillac there because a check engine light came on. The code said I needed to replace my crankshaft sensor. They changed my oil because they said it was time for a oil change and the oil was low and hopefully that would work, if not bring the car back. $200 oil change. It didn't work. I took my vehicle to JC Auto repair on Dort hwy and the replaced my sensor for around $400 and that worked... Most expensive oil change in my entire life. They said they charged me for the oil change, plus labor but I took my vehicle there to get a sensor replaced not a oil change. Probably a good auto shop, but I feel I got taken advantage of.

Took my jeep in to have some electrical work done. It was along and stressful process but thankful it's fixed and didn't burn to the ground! They tore my whole jeep apart to find the issue. Thanks guys!!!

Awesome shop, I take my cars there and now my mom does too. They don't try to push anything you don't need done on you. Fair prices and they've always been quicker than any other shop I've been too.

The crew here did an amazing job with my truck. I went there and told them about the engine warning light was on and such. Dropped my truck in the morning, got it back almost 8 hours later, and it's running smooth now - & with NO engine warning light on at all. And with a economical price, too. My thanks to the whole crew there.

I have never been to this place. A friend of mine suggested I try it. I needed new Remotes programed to my older car. I called for an appointment. It's first come first serve. I got there and they were kind enough to get to me right away. I can lock my car again. Thanks guys

If I could give 0 stars I would! 1500 ON TOP of what my warranty paid and nothing was done correct, somethings not done at all. Complete rip off, and horrible service! I highly recommend not using this shop, they will rip your head off and not stand behind their poor work. I just went to a reputable shop, they fixed what they messed up and did things correctly with only $190 out of pocket. These guys are money hungry and ruthless!

Brought my car here to have a sensor changed after I ran out of time by working on other things on it. They were professional and helpful. I didn't get a runaround on the things that are wrong with my car and they didn't try to force me or trick me into fixing more than what I specifically brought it in for. If you don't know much about cars or are in a pinch due to limited time I would recommend ABC. Their prices are fair and they were upfront and honest about how it all was going to work. They will install parts you provide but they understandably will not warranty the part. If you have them get the part they will indeed warranty the part and work. I will use this business again if I need to.

I ve been going to them for about 2 1/2 years. Service is beyond great. They are affordable and will always try to work with you. I love this auto repair shop. The only place I bring my car whenever my car has to go to a shop. Will always be my go to shop!!

I needed some work done on my vehicle so I asked a couple of people where they go. They all recommended ABC Auto Repair. We brought our car in with some trepidation because we do not have a lot of money. I am so happy! The work was done in a timely manner; they kept up up to date on everything that was going on with our car, and didn't break us on the charges. Everyone was really nice as well. I am so happy to have my car back to running shape!

Matt was so awesome and very professional. My car was cutting off with no indication, the Mechanics found the problem and took care of it. There is nothing worse than not knowing the issues or being stranded on the road as a woman. Thank you guys, I am forever grateful. I would highly recommend them for your vehicle repairs. First time going there and had the best experience. They are very professional and very affordable and know what they are doing. They are very busy which is a good sign of business. Very professional & fast with their work. The lady at the desk knows just as much about cars as the mechanics I think! She's a sweet, polite lady that works with your schedule to get your car done. They fixed my broken control arm & put new shocks on the front of my car. Very good work. Thanks guys!

I was just there today 9/28/2018 (Friday). I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The Manager Sandy there is absolutely wonderful, nice, and knows how to have an actual conversation with me, and any other person that walked in there. Sandy made me feel comfortable there while waiting for my vehicle to be worked til it for done. The mechanics were wonderful and I do not hear any more noises in my car. The parts that were ordered got there no lie no excuse as soon as Sandy got off the phone ordering the parts for my car it only took a few minutes to get to them and get started on my car. I am going to keep coming back to this place and I would recommend this place to anyone.

I took my car in for brake work. I had no brake pedal. It took a day and a half for them to tell me they bleed the brakes and the abs brakesThey charged me 147.75 and they are worse then. When I dropped it off. Now they don't want to do anything about it. Dont take your car there.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. Hands down the most unprofessional and incompetent repair facility I ve ever done business with. Brought my truck in for a repair and they charged me over $1,200 and the problem was still there. I had to take my vehicle to another facility to then fix the issue for less than $400. After getting the issue resolved, ABC auto has refused to refund my money even though the parts and services they provided did not fix the issues I paid them to fix. I reached out and asked for the owner to contact me and he has not.How unprofessional!I wouldn t bring your car here to have them change your windshield wipers.

ABC did a great job making sure I got my vehicle repaired and back to me as quick as possible. Sandy at the front desk is amazing! Had a few hiccups from another shop but she got it figured out and took care if it. Highly recommend this place for auto repairs.

They helped me with my car when nobody else knew what to do. Sandy, the lady at the desk is very knowledgeable of cars and she kept me informed about any repairs. They didn't have my car long and I think they are very friendly and professional. Had a great experience there and I will definitely go back if I have anymore problems with my car.

This is the third vehicle that we've taken to ABC. They had to replace a starter on our truck. Great work, friendly service and it was ready much quicker than we'd thought it would be. A+++++ service!! Highly recommend.
