I stopped in to look at a truck and a few hours later, they gave me a very good price on my trade in, a great price on a used truck and a fantastic experience.I did a follow up with them a week later and once again, they were amazing: prompt, courteous and professional.I worked with a young lady named Ellery and she was fantastic. Ask to work with her and you won t be disappointed.These folks are first rate and I highly recommend them.

We had never heard of 75 N. Auto before. We were up by Flint and happen to stumble across it On the way to look at another dealership. I googled it and based off of reviews and inventory, we decided to check it out. Best decision we made. We called And said we were interested in a specific vehicle the most. 10 minutes later we showed up and the vehicle was pulled up to the building ready to go and our salesman that we ended up working with, Brandon, Met us at the doors with the keys. We test drove, when we got back, we sat down with Brandon To go over everything. He was so friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful through the entire process. We had decided on financing through our bank, Brandon worked with us and our bank to make it happen. Our favorite part, After dealing with numerous other dealerships is that we never once felt pressured, or lied to. He was very transparent, and just worked with us on exactly what we wanted to do and get. Got exactly what we asked for out of our trade in. The price on the cars was fair market pricing. Clean, clean vehicle. We will definitely be back when we re ready to Trade in and look for different vehicle!! 10/10 recommend 75 north & Brandon!

Great overall experience and very friendly staff. My trade in was appraised for the right price, and the car was just as described online. Also very competitive financing options compared to what I got from the actual Audi dealership. I highly suggest this dealership if you re looking for a used car, with inventory ranging from NSX s and A8 s, to Chevy Malibus.

5 star customer service. Jeff Taranella was friendly and straight to the point. He was very attentive and He helped me get into my 2012 Dodge Ram when others were being a hassle. I highly recommend 75 North Auto Sales if you re in the market for a vehicle.

Today we purchased a vehicle at 75North. It was a great experience! First of all, what a huge inventory of great looking vehicles! Our salesperson, Ellery, was kind, helpful, responsive and definitely NOT pushy. So refreshing! Denise in accounting handled the final paperwork and made it smooth and simple. Then, just before leaving in our new Cadillac, the owner, Mike, met us, shook our hands and thanked us for choosing them. 75North really delivered a personal touch, small business feel but a large inventory! Thanks 75North!

Just purchased a Buick envision from Jeff Terranella. This may have been my first best experience ever buying a car. My husband already had an idea in mind over what type of vehicle I needed and Jeff knew exactly what I needed after my husband shared his piece of mind. I really could have saved some time had I just listened, but I really needed to test drive maybe three other vehicles first before agreeing. In the end with much patience with me, I accepted the fact they were both right . Thank you for your patience and your insight. It was greatly appreciated.

What a great place to do business! Finding my car online here at 75. North auto sales. was the smallest part of the car buying process. Ellery Koon is a consummate sales woman and made the experience so smooth and pleasant. She was accommodating, professional, extremely thorough and treated me like a best friend. I highly recommend this auto dealer and Ellery in particular.

As someone who changes vehicles every one or two years, I'm very familiar with dealerships. This was by far the best experience I've had so far. Out of 5 different dealerships I shopped, they were the only ones to offer me the full value for my trade. I got a far price for the car I bought and they even offered me a 6mo dealer warranty! Everything was casual and comfortable with none of the typical deal pressure tactics. I highly recommend this dealer!

Wonderful experience buying a car here. We saw it online and purchased it from Jeff. We also had an excellent experience with Denise.They had all of the forms sent to us very quickly. If your looking to purchase golf cart? See Max at 75 North you can't go wrong. The staff and the finance people are top notch. I was there one hour no pressure went home and the next day Max and Denise had everything worked out and I had 2024 lifted Bintelli electric golf cart with all the bells and whistles. 1/31/24 Was in the market for a new vehicle and remembered 75 North Auto Sales commercial. Walked into the dealership and there was Ellery, did not know her name then but she was one of the peeps in their commercial!I test drove 2 vehicles that I had researched a bit and she set them up for me to drive. Decided on the 2019 Blazer and Ellery took care of everything else. She also pointed me in the right direction when I inquired about purchasing an extended warranty. Denise did a great job explaining and was very efficient in completing the extended warranty! Great experience, highly recommend 75 North Auto Sales!

Brandon and Ellery were a great deal of help for buying my first car alone. They made it a stressless experience and helped get a deal that worked for me. I worked with Ellery who was very patient with me as I test drove 4 vehicles and was being super picky. Ended up getting a vehicle I love and couldn't be happier. She wasn't pushy at all and was very helpful finding my vehicle based on the info I gave her. They're also putting new tires on it.Update* Went back to get the tires and when I checked on the mechanic they were done with the tires and changing my oil. The oil change wasn't part of the plan they just threw it in for me!

Super Friendly, Professional and Efficient Service!I needed some help diagnosing some strange grinding noises on my work truck. Ellery and Brandon got me right in to their service team. They quickly diagnosed my issue, offered solutions (without being pushy) and upon my green light they repaired and resolved my issues.I needed new Rotors and Brake Pads. They fixed me right up! I worked with Jeff from 75 auto sales in Flint. He called me after I inquired about a vehicle I found searching online, and we set up a time to come check it out. He already had it pulled up and ready to take for a test drive. After I spent a couple of hours checking rates with another bank Jeff ultimately got me the best rate through their lean holders! This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! I have been looking for a new vehicle for almost 2 years. Not only did they have a car with everything I was looking for, but Ellery was super friendly and helpful through the whole process! Definitely the most comfortable I have ever felt at a dealership. Denise was great when it came time for the financing too. Will be recommending to anyone I know in search of a car.
