My experience here was nothing less than awesome, first time customer needing help with a tire last minute and the manager William P went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and left safely! 10/10 recommend these guys at the quick lane.Will W was also very nice and awesome to work with as well with getting me checked in and out within 30 minutes start to finish.

After flooding in our area (Aug 2023) my car undercarriage plastic covering was dragging from driving thru a flooded street. I was close to Crest Ford and pulled in. William, Quick Lube Crest, had my car pulled in and temporarily repaired until a missing part was ordered. Note: I was the 11th customer they helped with the same problem that day. Kudos to Mark (I hope I'm recalling his name correctly) noticed my low tire pressure light and offered to look at my tires. He found a nail and a broken belt on one tire. This,potentially, could of been very dangerous if it broke while I was driving at highway speed. From my one/first experience there I'm impressed with their service and would highly recommend them.

I dropped my car off the night before to get the works and filling out the work order was easy! In fact the following morning I got a call at 8:15 am informing me. It was read for pickup. You all are awesome. Thank you for great customer service!!

Every time I go to this place, there's a 2+ hour wait to get a simple oil change/tire rotation. How, I ask you, can this place call itself "Quicklane"? They need a dedicated bay that does only oil changes.

They took good care of my tire under warranty. When I was leaving I noticed one of the sensors in my bumper was loose. The man came out to look and fixed it for me in two seconds! I am very happy with the service I received there.

Was quoted a price at the beginning of my visit and charged 30.00 more at the end. When I questioned it they said "Well, your car (Ford C-Max) takes full synthetic and we didn't know." Right. Car has been there many times - it was purchased there! They gave me a ten dollar credit. Used to be a good place, now, not so much.

Would have given them 5 stars if they didn't forget to top off my radiator fluid about 2 to 3 years ago. About my only complaint and nobody is perfect. Friendly staff and excellent service over the 5 years I've been going here.

Staff was friendly, environment was clean, but I made an appointment for 1:30 to get an oil change and tire rotation. Finally 2 hours later, my car was done. Same thing happened on the previous visit. Don't take appointments if you don't honor or care about them. So to those reading this, your visit isn't gonna be quick in any way shape or form.

Fantastic emergency service for total strangers! We were mid-way on a long drive and were fortunate to have a great service center at the very exit where our indicator showed a problem. The service advisor got his tech Graham to do an almost immediate diagnosis, quick correction and we were on our way in about 20 minutes for a very minimal charge. Flat Rock car owners are truly fortunate to have such a high performing service option in their area!

I bring my Ford here for oil changes and recently, brake work. They are reasonably priced, use Ford branded parts and do quality work. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Not sure if all Quick Lanes are the same, but I highly recommend this particular location.

The Ying: Spoke with one of the mechanics about various different trucks, the engine options, and so forth regarding reliability and such considerations for purchasing a vehicle. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of good information to help me in my decision. Otherwise, the shop appeared fairly clean and well-organized which gave me the impression that they give good service.The Yank: No complaints, though I have not used them yet for any other service.

I did not like the fact that my fluids were not checked and filled as needed,as the staff said they were.when I checked there was no evidence of them refilling any fluids some were empty and almost empty . I wonder if My oil change actually was done. They acted racist. Don't bother me I know the problem lies with them who are ignorant, not me I'm so much better than that. I'll probably come back but I'll be sure to check before I leave the grounds if everything was done like they claim.I don't have money to waste.

When no one else (I called at least 8 places including belle tire, Sam's club, discount tire) could get me in they said "yea come on in we will take care of you! They did just that. I had a flat tire and needed it fixed in a snowstorm of course. They saw me right away and unfortunately could not fix it but had the right replacement on hand and had me on the road. Very happy with the service I received here and will definitly be back.

Well if you work til 4 or 430 don t show up at 5 to get and oil change because they close at 6. It is first come first serve and can t make an appointment.

Was the third person in line got there at 7:30 finally got in at quarter to 8:00 change my oil said I didn't need my tires rotated never check my trans fluid and never filled my coolant reservoir

What a winning team at the Crest Ford Quick Lane in Flat Rock ! I took my car in for the works and a front end alignment. When Russ the manager said my car was ready so I went to pay and he told me everything check out and I didn't need a front end alignment! Wow you take you car outher places and they charge you nice honest people worke here and the owner should be proud to have such a work force !Thank you John Wierzba!

Brought my vehicle in with 3 leaky tires. They only repaired one that had a nail in it and said they visually inspected the other two and they were fine. Obviously if they leak they are not fine. Had to request that they dig deeper than a visual inspection and actually do something to fix the leak. They are going to break down the tires and remount them to see if that fixes the problem. I hope it works, if not I know where not to take them next time.
