I can't really say enough of how the service department has treated me. On that aspect alone I would recommend you to use Crest Ford in Flatrock for you automotive needs weather it is for service on your vehicle or to buy one you won't go wrong trying them first. You don't go there first I think that will be your first mistake. I bought my truck there and I won't go anywhere else. I'm kinda old school I would always think if I can't fix it no one can. But I've given them a shot and they haven't let me down yet. Thanks Crest Ford you have a great service department. If they are this good behind closed doors you know the owners care about theirs employees and it shows.Rick Hilderbrand

Unfortunately I did not have a positive experience at Crest Ford. I went in for a oil change, after it was completed the gentleman informed me that my shocks were bad. I let him know that the shocks were only four months old. He then proceeded to be rude to me and continued to tell me that they were bad. I took the vehicle back to where I had the shocks changed they put the vehicle on the hoist and showed them to me. The shocks are fine! Needless to say I will not be going back to Crest Ford!
