Wow- What a great business! We had our car vandalized recently and then we met Lance at the Collision Repair shop. He worked with our insurance company to open a claim and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Even though the part was delayed and on back order, Lance made sure our car was taped up in case of rain so we didn't have to worry in the meantime. When the part arrived, he took care of it as soon as humanly possible and with urgency. He treated us with the utmost respect as well...These people are professional and bent over backwards to help make our situation better in any way they could. We highly recommend The Collision repair shop! Thank you again Lance!!UPDATE: I needed a little repair to my front fender on my Slingshot and these guys came through for me yet again! Could not be happier with the service they provided. Lance was able to get me right in for an estimate and handled everything with the insurance. Car looks brand new! Reception area is also very clean and welcoming. Highly recommended!

I had my car taken here after I hit a deer back in October. I worked with Lance & his team, & they are awesome! He got my car in right away. Unfortunately, we had some complications with my insurance company, but he worked after hours sometimes to make sure everything was progressing. Considering my car is 2023 model, some parts were on back order, but Lance did the best he could to get my car back to me in a timely manner, not to mention my car looks brand new again. He s so professional, nice, & understanding. Hopefully I won t have to get my car repaired again, but if I do I will definitely be calling Lance!

The Collision Repair Shop is absolutely for their customers! I had a nightmare of a situation with my insurance company and this shop went above & beyond to assist. They were patient, kind, detailed, and helped me in an unfortunate circumstance. I highly recommend The Collision Repair Shop for any car maintenance or repairs. It took longer than I would have liked, but who wants to be without their car? However, it was a job well done and I was highly blessed to find not only the exterior cleaned, but the interior as well!! Very happy!

My brand new car had an unfortunate brief battle with the garage door that left some disfigurement of vehicle. They were able to repair it and make it look brand new. They were able to fit me in the same day I brought it there and got it done within the time frame they told me (2-3 days). They even gave me a ride home on the day I dropped off my car! I m hoping I won t have to use them again, but if I do, I will definitely come back.

My experience with the collision repair shop on 9 mile in Ferndale was awesome. The owner was very knowledgeable about sharing information on the repairs that were needed on my vehicle. they were very respectful and understanding and provided great quality of service. Lance is amazing at the Hazel Park location!!! I was at the gas station next door and just got into an incident with my dump trailer where the doors wouldn t shut. I asked Lance could he help me figure out what to do he said pull over to his shop! They literally fixed my doors on the spot!!! Great people here 100%! They just got themselves some good business with me would recommend to anyone!

Best collision shop experience ever. Wifes car was hit the parking lot of krogers, brought it to The Collision Shop to get an estimate. Tony came out and looked at it told me I would have my car back in 3 days. 3 days later wife was back in the road.Thanks for the great sercice.

I m the kinda guy that shops around. So when I got into an accident and had to foot a hefty bill, I took my vehicle to over ten collision shops in the area. The Collision Repair Shop gave me an estimate 2/3 the cost of next lowest of all of them and they came through with no additional charges, as well as quick and outstanding work.Just stop shopping, and bring your car to them, you won t find a better deal or faster service.

Lance and his team repaired our vehicle after an accident. The car looks like new!! They did an amazing job in a timely manner considering COVID and supply chain issues. Lance kept us informed with part availability and repair progress. The vehicle was returned looking like new with a great paint job and detailing. This is the second vehicle they have repaired. A few years ago, my yellow VW Beetle was hit by a deer. The deer caused a significant amount of damage. Lance and his crew repaired it and worked to perfectly match the paint. Great job!! I highly recommend The Collision Repair Shop! Thanks Lance.

When was the last time you left an auto collision shop with a smile on your face? I just did and so did the person who got their car just ahead of me:) My car had a little damage; I wasn't sure how bad it was, but Lance and Malik assessed it. In less than 10 minutes it was cleaned up, repaired, and is as good as new! They didn't charge me anything, but did asked me to write a review...and I was quite happy to do just that. Let's all support businesses like this.

The Collision Repair Shop is simply the best auto body repair shop I have ever experienced. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, and they go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. I was impressed by the clean and organized facility. The staff walked me through the repair process, explaining everything in detail and answering all of my questions. They made sure I understood what needed to be done, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. The work they did on my car was flawless. The repair was completed quickly and efficiently, and my car looked as good as new when I picked it up. The staff even took the time to clean the interior and exterior of my car, which was a nice surprise.

Brought my Cadillac in with half of the bumper missing, son of course had an accident, parts were ordered, car was repaired and painted quickly. I received quality service and was warmly welcomed. Everything was explained to me in detail, including costs. Malik even cleaned fingernail polish I d spilled on carpet in my car, I appreciated that as I had given up. Bring your car here, let them handle it. I m glad I did.

Any collision shop you go to will be crazy busy. However the Collision Repair Shop in Ferndale was very well organized and could give me a definite appointment date and time. This was not the case with other collision shops in Ferndale. The volume and types of repairs that they did made me feel confident in their ability. They had several foreign and domestic brands there for repair. The technicians there do metal work body finishing which is becoming a lost art, highly skilled technicians. Well my repair was fairly small I was able to see other vehicles there for total Reconstruction from accidents. I would highly recommend this place due to their organization and ability to keep their appointments as well as delivering high quality workmanship for the repairs.

I was quoted 3 days to fix a dent in my door. After one week they called and said it ll take another week. When I said to put it back together because I need my vehicle back they said they couldn t and had to replace the entire door now. Terrible.

My daughter had "lost" her expensive sunglasses...... they were concealed somewhere in the car. While cleaning my car to give back to me, the Collision Repair Shop found the glasses!!! They could've kept them. I this place

Lance and his team are the best!!! Lance got my car in his shop the day after my accident which is unheard of right now! Not only was he able to get my car right in, he was kind and professional to work with. My friend just got into an accident and had to wait over a month just to get her car into another dealership, Lance and his team got my car in and back to brand new before my friend was able to get her car even worked on! Thank you Lance for making my car brand new again!!!!

WOW!! Yes, it's still possible to get outstanding service out there!! I took my Mustang to the guys at The Collision Repair Shop in Ferndale to take some rust off my hood and paint it. I had read their stellar reviews online, so I figured I'd give them a chance. All I can say is that not only was it ready when promised, but the paint job looked AMAZING, and made my car look like it did when I bought it 5 years ago! Naturally I expected to find dust and probably overspray all over my car after the job was done, but was pleasantly surprised to find the car absolutely spotless! I just can't say enough about these guys. They will most definitely be my 'go to' for all my body work needs in the future. The Collision Repair Shop guys really put the 'P' in Professional...great job guys!!!

These guys are great! Lance ordered some specific parts for my VW in May 2022. I put down a deposit and went about my business. Unfortunately, due to my work schedule I wasn't able to get my car back to them until mid-October. I went in, fully expecting to have to reorder the parts - but the guys found my records and parts within ten minutes and had my headlights and bumper fixed up in under an hour. Best service in town! The crew here is so incredibly helpful and they were able to get my car in within a few days. They also were able to work with me to ensure that I was taken off when the car was in the shop not to mention the work did they did is amazing. The Collision Repair Shop is the best shop around, hands down.I never do reviews of anything, but had to write my first review ever due to the amazing service. Lance helped me out every step of the way and went the extra mile to make sure I was not only informed of what was happening to my vehicle, but also educated me and made sure I truly understood everything as well. I asked a lot of questions and he was unbelievably patient and happy to answer everything.The whole staff was amazing and would not hesitate to do business here again. The trust and communication put forth by this shop is easily their strongest asset and that goes a long way in my book.
