I had two different gaskets I was going to buy I decided to put 1 back I decided to return they want to do it because when I one of the workers sold me a rubber gasket and changed my for the one I put back and now they won't return the rubber gasket and its the wrong size very disrespectful cashiers..

They usually have what I need, and if they don't, they can order it, and the part or tool comes in fairly quickly. The folks that work there are pretty good at what they do, and are, overall, friendly.

Man the service with the bro over there is terrible! They dont answer the ph and they act like women on they menstrual! Real talk you all need better service and some women so the men can quot taken there roll!! Um serious

I purchased break pads at another location, for pick up at this store. They are covered under the limited lifetime warranty. The gentleman at the other location told me to go to this store and they would give me the pads and refund the money I paid. I went to this location with the old pads. He gave me the new pads and when I asked about the refund, he said the other store would have to take care of that. I advised him that the other gentleman said that this store would refund the money back to my card, and he said "that's what HE said", with an attitude. He also tried to say my pads wouldn't be covered. I ended up making another trip back to the other store and he took care of it no problem.

Although I was helped, It seemed like they let the new girl waste my time as another gentlemen came in an left with in a minute. This could have been me but dude acted as if I wasnt worth his time. I even told them I had a hot pizza in the car which was cops by the times I got home. I appreciate the help in just wish I could have gotten out as fast as the other gentleman. I did get a diagnostic check which e as quick and a bottle of power steering fluid

My husband likes this business for auto parts. All shops don't provide the same stock. Call around.

Have had some great experiences here. Knowledgeable staff as well as very accommodating. Last time I went I bought new wipers. I was given a great recommendation. When I went to put them on my car, the guy who helped me came out and assisted in getting the right adapter on and attaching them. This kind of service is what will keep me coming back.

Poor customer service, older black man that works there didn't greet me basically just stared at me until I said something, was snappy for no reason. I also don't like that they don't check your battery like the other locations. So don't go there if you need to do a diagnostic test.

I almost never visit here when I'm having a great day, it's always because there's something not right with my car. That being said I've always had a great experience with everyone who works here. They have definitely helped me keep my cars running strong without the expense of visiting a mechanic.

They say they give the military discount however the gentleman said that certain things did not fall up under the military discount which I know to be untrue he was just too lazy to check terrible after you served your country and can't get a mere 10% discount thanks I'll go back to AutoZone and everywhere else before I ever go to O'Reilly's

You wouldn't normally think about how great the customer service at an auto parts store is... That is until you visit this O'Reilly location. Has all the normal stuff you have come to expect, clean isles, well stocked merchandise, great selection... But it also has an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff, which to me really sets them apart.

I took a client here for a bolt to the positive post to the battery on his Cadillac CTS. His car starts now but I'm sure he will need gas and etc. It starts now though so he's fine.

This location is sub par to other locations. I unfortunately had to go here to get a auto part. A short haired lady, that was obese (i think her name is Pat) helped me.You could tell right away she had a low opinion of men, her customer service skills were curt and short. The entire time she was pressing the computer keyboard with a knife, complaining about the computer being slow.When she compared my part to the warranty replacement part...she implied heavily I did not get the part from O'Reilly. After telling her that the part was indeed from O'Reilly, she was miffed, and had to investigate if I actually got the part from there.I felt like she did not want to return the faulty part, and was doing it out of sympathy for me, rather than it being her job to warranty out defective parts. There are plenty of other O'Reilly's within 3 miles of this location. My advice is to stay away from this one.

The gentleman running the shop immediately offered to assist me. He handed me the item I needed within 30 seconds and rung me up without trying to sell me anything I didn't come in for, which I appreciate. Fast, courteous and good selection of items.

I took my battery to get charged to O'Reilly's Auto Parts store. The lady waited on me and told me let's see if this battery could be charged. The store was real clean. The manager there give me quotes on a new battery. He was very helpful. If I need a new battery I will go back to O'Reilly's Auto Part thanks guys.

The gentleman working had a HORRIBLE attitude!! I had a warranty on a battery and i needed it replaced. The battery was in the trunk and he told me to bring it in, i said its kind of heavy- he replied well use a basket. I waa like seriously? - he went and got it with MAJOR attitude! Then attitude the rest of my visit. I will not go back to this location

I have literally been coming to this facility for over a decade. It used to be Murrays auto store but the change to O'Reilly brought a much better level of service. The associates are knowledgeable and helpful.

O'Reilly's on a whole is like most auto parts stores it's the people behind the counter that makes the difference in a good or bad experience. I have received good and bad parts for any parts store, this place is no different. I can say that the customer service is good and understanding of the problems that happen when working on a car.

Well stocked and clean. Staff was very knowledgable and friendly. However, NONE of the staff were wearing masks. VERY ODD considering they are required for customers..

Stopped by the one on 8 mile for a windshield wiper that I needed. Asked service guy and he showed me the chart and found the part . Offered to put it on without me even asking. While I was trying to put it on smh he came out and put it on lol. Now that's what I call SERVICE I appreciate the help

I went here a few months ago. I walked into the store and stood at the counter. When I first came in the young man at the counter was on the phone. I waited and when he got off the phone he walked to the other side of the counter. He ignored me for a few minutes then got on the phone again. At that point, I walked out the store and will NEVER come back.
