Can t say enough good things about this place! Called on a Monday, dropped off my car on Tuesday afternoon, and it was ready for pick up by Thursday afternoon! Not only were they quick and efficient but they were also fair. They gave me an overview of all the issues I was having but understanding that doing everything at once is not always possible, they advised me on what absolutely needed to be done for my safety and what could wait until a later time, which I appreciate so much because money is TIGHT right now which I know we can all relate too. I didn t feel pressured to fix anything I could not afford at the time and felt like what they were recommending was what was best! I communicated with Mike while my car was here and he was friendly, honest, and knowledgeable, I really appreciated his help! Will be back soon to fix a few more things, thanks again!

I can't praise these guys enough. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, quick and reliable. They diagnosed the stubborn problem with my Mustang immediately and fixed it in record time and at a very reasonable price. I will be using no one else but Northeast for all my future car maintenance!

These guys are absolutely awesome. They found issues that other places missed, and then came to help me when I was stranded. The owner is such a nice guy and I trust them completely. Definitely recommend.

This was the most amazing experience, I felt honored to give them my hard earned money. Honest company! Brett told me exactly what I needed and followed through. He didn't replace anything I didn't need! (I had my clutch replaced.) He tried to save me money as well, practically unheard-of! We have new, trustworthy place for our vehicles!

Have been going here for a year and a half. They are always professional, quick, and reasonably priced. I'm always worried about being overcharged at other places, and they have never tried to take advantage of me. Fully recommend.

I had such a good experience with Northeast Auto, they were recommended to me by 3 separate people. They did a very thorough inspection and clearly explained the issues, and worked with the parameters of my budget to focus on the key things and gave advice for the future. They did great work and they are trustworthy and well-priced.

I moved out of the area about 2 years ago, and when I was back in town for a family event this past March, the head gasket blew on my sister s car that I was driving.I reached out to a local friend and they recommended Northeast Auto to me.Since I no longer live in the area, I actually had to fly back home (to a different state) the same day and leave the car behind while Brett and his team did the inspection and diagnosis.We worked with Brett over the phone to get estimates on different options and he explained all of our options thoroughly. He answered all of our (many) questions, and he also advised us on the pros and cons of each option, gave us estimates, and gave us his recommendation for the best option based on the car s condition.Ultimately we ended up scrapping the car since it had 268K miles on it, and we didn t feel it was worth it to invest in a refurbished engine.Since I live in a different state, the Northeast Auto team managed the pick up with the junkyard on our behalf and mailed us the check afterwards.I cannot recommend Northeast Auto enough - please go here!!!The entire team is trustworthy and very knowledgeable, and as a woman that knows very little about cars, I was extremely comforted by the team s willingness to explain everything and answer all of my questions. They were always kind and highly communicative.Trustworthy and amazing shop!!!

I've been taking my car to Brett and Jason for about a year now. Excellent service, extremely professional and gets their work done promptly. Always willing to explain why something was done and what else is needed. I trust these folks know what they're doing, would recommend!

NorthEast Auto is the only place i trust with my car!! My family has a history of taking our cars there & they ve always been more than amazing. Bret & his team are super helpful, informative, and considerate!!! They always take the time to explain everything going on and go over every possible solution. They re extremely nice every time you talk to them, i highly highly suggest them!! thank you guys so much

I took my car in because it was leaking. I was trying to diagnose the issue before I came in and thought I knew where the leak was coming from but Jason quickly found the problem which was much less severe than I thought and was able to quickly fix it. They could have charged me a lot more than what they did and were very nice. I'm very appreciative of their honest and good work. I ve been here twice now, first for a brake job and a second time to repair the heat. Both occasions were a great experience. The cost is reasonable, they communicate well, and (most importantly) they do excellent work. Highly recommended if you are seeking repairs to your vehicle from honest small business owners. Newish to the area. Agonized for a bit over where to go for my car that I honestly abuse a bit but refuses to die... Wanted somewhere that was going to do the same kind of work that has kept this vehicle going at fair prices.I feel like they nailed it!I didn't shop around for quotes so it's very possible somewhere might have done it cheaper. But I have my serious doubts that any discount place is going to be as competent. Based on my past experiences, their prices/labor costs are absolutely fair and a good value for a job done right!All the guys I interacted with seemed to like their job, know cars well, and most importantly for me... Understand that I'm just trying to keep this thing alive. They gave me their professional opinion on what needed to happen, but also gave me the wiggle room for me to scrape by without doing an overhaul. Michigan winters... Salt... It's rough.Almost forgot to mention! They're the first place I've been since my home base where they knew not to tell me about the faulty oxygen sensor. Can replace it but it's just money down the drain because it'll likely go bad again very quickly. It's an issue with the particular model of car I have. The fact that they saw the code and knew to ignore it shows a level of experience and knowledge that makes me seriously trust them.Michigan can honestly be brutal on cars but I trust these guys to help me get every last drop of life out of a car that I don't want to quit on.

My experience is that these guys are awesome! Fast, honest, fair and trustworthy. I brought my older brother's car over to have it checked out, as it was in rough shape and to me not the most trustworthy vehicle. I was referred by a friend of mine to them. They - Jason, Bret and Mike were quick and thorough. They shot me straight and helped me avoid putting good money after bad.I highly recommend working with these guys!Service: General repairs & maintenance

These guys are right down the street from me, so I ve dropped my car off there a few times and every time the service has been very high quality. These guys are affordable and honest. They can get pretty busy and they still always manage to have my car available to get picked up in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this shop to a friend.

Went to this shop about two months ago to look at my Chevy Cruze. They did a number of repairs for much less than what the dealership wanted to charge me. They communicated well and got everything done in a timely manner. So far my car drives great, and for whatever work is required in the future, I plan on going back.

Great place! My wife s car was dying on her way home at night but she was able to get it to the shop and drop it off after hours. When I called in the morning they were already looking at it and had it fixed same day! Very reasonable prices and great service. I will definitely be back!Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Great honest work! I went to a different shop and was told I need to replace all four break pads and rotors being quoted at $700. I took my car to northeast auto services and was told I only need to replace my rear break pads and rotors! They were super honest and I appreciate that! Fair pricing too. Will be going back for all my car needs.

Brett and Mike were amazing to work with, especially being stressed over my car not running. They were able to get me in and out the same day I called. I especially appreciated Brett's transparency with the car repair costs and his crew's ability to get it done faster than the book estimate. My car overheated it was leaking from the water pump that is what the towing guy said. I had it towed there and Bret called me and told me it would be 730.00plus tax so I said to him I don't know much about cars and that is alot of money so let me ask my brother. So I called back and he told me he wouldn't work on my car and to have it out of there. I didn't know why he acted this way I was trying to see what the work consists of because of the price that's all. So please do not deal with him.

You will not find a more honest and professional shop in the Area! Jason & Brett are extremely talented in all areas of repairs. They quickly diagnose the issue at hand and have it repaired quicker than you would imagine.Seems like most of the time it s actually just waiting for the parts to get to them. We take all of our vehicles to them as well as many other people we know. I love North East Service! Great place to have major and minor repairs done on your vehicle. Wade and the crew are awesome and believe in customer service. It s an old school mechanic shop. They don t try to up sell you on repairs that are not needed. Honest place to do business with. I highly recommend North East Service for all of your car care needs!Northeast Service is under new ownership. I have not had any experience with the new owners. Fair warning.

I didn't know what to expect when I took my car in to repair whatever was making it sound like a monster truck. They were incredibly friendly and got the job done in one day. The car is quiet as a mouse now, but the best part? The price! I was prepared for a huge bill when they told me everything that had to be done, but I was pleasantly surprised with my extremely affordable bill. Thank you Wade! You guys just gained a customer for life!

Can't praise these guys enough, Jason and Bret are capable, honest, fast, thorough and by far the best prices mechanic shop arpund. I wish I could give them 10 stars. My boyfriend and I have both had our cars worked on. Both times were fast and the bill came out lower than the estimate. They didn't try to upsell anything and even did extras without the extra costs. hands down the best in Oakland county. Thanks again!

I grew up as a diy auto enthusiast but as my time has become more scarce I take my cars in for service but I'm picky as to who I trust and I expect a high level of explanation. Northeast has always done right by me. They do a good job at a fair price and always get me in quickly.
