Kurt and Gordon got my blue door painted white in less than 4 hours. grateful the price was reasonable and I was able to pick it up same day to go to work the following day! Trust these guys! The quality was excellent, too!

Picked this car up 2 years ago, lots of small dings and dents, both bumpers had scratches and stress fractures. Very pleased with the work done.

Absolutely amazing! I recently had my Nissan Frontier repaired at Maaco Auto Body Shop and Painting, and I was so impressed with the quality of their work and the level of customer service I received.The damage was pretty extensive. The rear bumper and taillight was completely destroyed by a fallen tree branch, and there was also some damage to the fender. Maaco Auto Body Shop and Painting was very transparent about the process.The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the finished product was amazing. The repairs were done to a high standard, and I couldn't even tell that there had been any damage to my car. The new rear bumper looks like it came from the factory, and you can't even tell that there was ever any damage. I'm so happy with the way my car looks now, and I would definitely recommend Maaco Auto Body Shop and Painting to anyone who needs body work done on their car.The staff was also very friendly and helpful. They kept me updated on the progress of the repairs, and they were always willing to answer my questions. I felt like I was in good hands the entire time.Overall, Maaco Auto Body Shop and Painting . Paint car roof find a lot of New scratches around roof (see pic) after it s done. Ask for investigation, they check the CCTV & say no touching of the area found scratches but refuse to show meService: PaintingService: Painting

I paid $445 to get driver side painted on a 2012 Ford Taurus mid grade package.but the car came out great I wish it would of had alittle less waves in the clear coat still had a good shine to it tho but that's what wet sanding and buffing Is for right. every other quote I got was $800 for the same job they did such a good job I've since took 2 more vehicles to them.i do most of the work myself changing doors,fenders,hoods......... to keep cost down u can haggle them down a few bucks that's y they will always get my business

They were upfront, honest, and didn't cost a small fortune. There were a couple areas I wasn't happy with, and I brought it back, and they took care of it, no problem. The car turned out great.

I went to the one in Ferndale. I was given a paint choice book and picked a color. I wanted a metallic red like color but my car was painted a pink like color. I was very unhappy..so I told them to paint it again and i changed the color to yet another color that's in there color book and again the paint wrong! So now im Frustrated and ready to give up. I just accepted that color because the job was ok but the wrong color! Then I realized that now someone has cracked my wind shield in the corner. So my vehicle was painted twice and at my own expense and I'm still not happy. So people beware if you like your money and your time don't go Maaco!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I just picked my 2006 Town Car this morning and I'm very disappointed in their work. The hood doesn't close unless it is slammed hard, the paint where vehicle was repaired is two different colors, they replaced the fender but put old molding back on which is damaged, the hood doesn't sit flush it has a large gap on driver side where repairs were made. .I would never let them touch another car I own.

I was disappointed because of poor workmanship by the employee/employees doing body work. I had 5 complaints on the installation of parts including front bumper, replacement of fender (replacement was dented), rubber under fenders for fender protection were not attached to new bumper, headlights pointed to the sky and were loose causing illumination to flutter. On a positive note all of my complaints were taken care of. I suggest you examine all repairs with a fine tooth comb.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The service I received on my Ford Escape 2010 for rust repair on lift gate, wheel well and rust on hood. The work was excellent. They gave my car a renew looked. The customer service(Cody) was very good at explaining to me how work will be done and keeping me update. I would recommend others to go Maaco in Ferndale, MIService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I was in need of painting the body of my car for a couple of years. I finally decide to get the job done, I got a great price for the required work. I took my car in and the turn around was profound and the car looks awesome. The team worked together and you feel like part of the family. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! I went in to take my vehicle to get serviced due to an accident. It took them 2 weeks to fix something that should have only took a week. They kept giving me the run around on when my vehicle would be ready. When i would go check on my truck, one staff member was so RUDE, smirked when i asked questions, full of attitude. Acting like i was so clueless. Once i got my vehicle back, it came back with scratches and chips. I went in to fix the problem and got my truck returned with even more problems. I let them fix their mistakes, took only a day to fix. Got my vehicle back with scratches and chips in my door. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had my rusted rockers done on my car, and Gordon and the guys at Ferndale Maaco did an excellent job. I love it. It took longer than expected, but my rockers are hole and rust free, solid, and strong. Thank you for making my car look great!

I took my 2020 Kia Optima in for some minor body work on the passenger wheel side and the finished product was terrible! There is a patch of rough spot and they let the paint dry in random parts of the seem with the wheel area and the front bumper. I could have done a better job myself! They called 4 hours before they closed to tell me the car was done. I was still working so I had someone else pick it up so I was not able to inspect it. Like really? You felt THIS was complete is all I could think when I saw it! It may have been more reasonable if it were closing time and you were just trying to get it back to me before you were closed the entire weekend! $1,900 for some very poor quality work. I am taking back for them first thing Monday to make it right. I will update my rating once I see the finished product.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was going to have some body work done to my car there but changed my mind and decided to go somewhere went pick up my car no problem. A couple hours later i went to grab some chage from my console and notice they took all of my quarters about $10-15 worth out the console Im glad that I didnt get the work done there!!!

I can t say enough with my experience. Walked in on Monday morning with a damaged fender after the hitting a guardrail with the first snow fall. Picked up my car on Thursday that same week. I wouldn t recommend this place to anybody I had my rusty rocker panels repaired less than one year ago and strike 1: the paint wasn t the same colormy car is pearl white and that s not pearl white Strike 2: the paint wasn t even smoothly applied you can see the air bubbles in the paint, strike 3 not even a YEAR LATER THE RUST IS BACK.Service: Body & Trim
