Jesse and his team are not only extremely professional but very knowledgeable. I took my Audi in for major jobs which they finished in a timely manner and with the upmost quality of work. Once you have an experience like mine it's very easy to say that you don't run into an auto shop like this one twice. They've earned my trust and my business.

I m so glad to tell you there is a superb car workshop in the neighborhood. My car hit a deer last Christmas and got a bad damage in the front part. Only Issa picked up the phone on the second day and fixed my WV car so nicely. A few weeks ago, my wife had a car accident and her X1 also got a bad hit on the front part (the first image). Amazingly Issa fixed the BMW - looking like brand new (the second image). Superb job! Highly recommend the King Auto shop in Ferndale before you give up your car.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto body & trim replacement

Took my Kia Sorento in to King Auto shop Jesse was the BEST. He was informative, Honest and he actually cared. My vehicle is perfect now. Couldn t ask for a better mechanic. HIGHLY Recommend. Any car needs take your car to KING AUTO SHOP ask for JESSE!!!!!!!!

Took my BMW M5 there for motor mounts he took care of everything for me a simple and painless process answered the phone when ever I called and reassured me the entire way. Can t recommend this guy enough I highly recommend you come see them!

Stopped in at 2pm on a Wednesday and the guy couldn't top off my oil because his boss wasn't there. I asked to buy a quart to do it myself and he said "I'm not even going to do that"

He is absolutely the most amazing mechanic I have ever had the experience of working with. This isn t his first time working on my car. But he was so sweet as to open up the shop to work on my car for me on a holiday. Who does that. He does outstanding work and gets you on your way. I love it here. What a great experience! Mike, the master mechanic, is incredibly knowledgeable and really went out of his way to explain what he was doing to my car and why. I also needed a major repair on my engine and he was able to work within my budget without including any hidden costs. He is very customer service oriented and has hired staff that values this perspective as well. I highly recommend this shop!

Was in town visiting family and my hummer started making a strange noise. I stopped in and jesse took a look at it right away and fixed the issue with my wheel bearings. Awesome prices and very professional I recommend coming here for all your automotive issues. Thanks so much!!

I had a lifter failure in my 6.4 hemi causing my motor to blow and issa diagnosed the problem quick and rebuilt my motor top to bottom for a good price when other places were trying to charge crazy numbers just to diagnose the problem. These people are very unprofessional and don t even know how to talk to the customers. They were so rude and when I asked for the key they started yelling at me. They were so rude that they started to fight. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will never visit that shop in my life. And be careful, the guy is very rude and ready to fight with you.I do agree with you that Mustafa was the one who ordered parts. But how that guy dare to scream at us. I just dropped in to check a quote thinking I need an alignment, however the owner Issa greeted me and test drove my car and told me it wasn't that, I needed rotors n brake pads and tires balanced. Honest fella, didnt try to mislead me to line his pockets, I highly recommend him n this shop!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would, the owner is aggressive and argumentative. This establishment doesn t understand how to meet a paying customers needs. Poor phone etiquette and uninviting staff when arriving to the establishment.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They don t even know how to talk to the customers so rude and unprofessional. They were fighting with me when I was looking at my car without paying. They said pay first then look at your car. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never suggest anyone to go get there car fix from that shop. Terrible business I ordered an oil change package on Groupon and ive been to this place of business twice the open sign light was on with no one inside so I went over to the gas station thats connected but not "affiliated" whatever that means and he gave me the run around for even said I had given a hard time. Very unprofessional I advise u to take your business elsewhere
