I have no words other than amazing! It is so hard to find a good and honest mechanic this day and age. When I tell you Charlie s blew me out the water! Josh was amazing and so kind and honest. Ron does excellent work. They got me in right away and was done within a couple of hours. This is now the only place I will go!! They don t take advantage because you re a woman and do not charge you more than the job is actually worth. This is a true gem of a place!! Thank you guys so much! Please stay just how you are and you will continue to be blessed! Not too many shops out here with your value and ethic! This shop is top tier!

There's not enough stars to describe the excellent service I got. Took it in for electrical issue and it was diagnosed within 48 hours. And was given back to me and the price was very reasonable. Another shop gave me a bad diagnostic and wanted to charge me 4 times as much money. These guys are the best.

I ve taken my cars here for years. They are honest, they usually get my vehicle back to me the same day & the prices are always reasonable. I recently had an issue with the thermostat in my suv. They were able to squeeze me in & had it back to me the same day. Highly recommend Charlie s.

I was referred to Charlie's by a friend who described the business as honest and fair. I was not disappointed and found them to be a business of their reputation. I would highly recommend them and plan to return for future service.

This place is so fantastic! When my check engine light came on while moving my stuff cross country they majorly came through and helped me out, on a Saturday too!So thoughtful, efficient, honest, and reasonable prices. Would highly recommend. A very sweet and helpful atmosphere.I m so grateful I found them.

We were purchasing a salvage title vehicle in the area and chose this mechanic because of their high rating. It s easy to see why it s there. They were flexible, accommodating, reliable and reasonably priced. They did a great job not only explaining small things that needed to be fixed but also gave us additional things to ask about. Very thankful for the extra peace of mind they provided!

My family has gone to Charlie's for years and years. We have always gotten top notch work. These guys are the best: Josh, Charlie and Zach are great; honest, ethical and reasonable professionals. They really look out for us. My family has been using Charlie's for more than 15 years now. They are everything you could ask for in an auto repair shop. They're honest, they know what they're doing and they do a great job for a great price. Josh and the whole team keep the shop atmosphere both professional and friendly. I've brought my car to Charlie's a couple of different times for minor repairs and have been blown away by how helpful and friendly the staff has been each and every time. After taking my car many places and getting different prices as a single lady I was extremely pleased and blessed when I started going to Charlie's! They have done the majority of my alignment work and suspension my car drives like new. Their prices are unbeatable and they are extremely courteous and polite. Can't go anywhere else at this point!

Very good work! Highly recommend them. Had my outer tie rods replaced and they noticed my brake pads will need to be replaced. Will definitely go back to them for that job. Great service and price. Great staff too.

These guys are amazing! I came to them for wheel bearing replacement and they had my car back to me within a few hours the same day I made the appointment. They were all smiles as well.

REALLY excellent mechanic. Honest, talented and I don't even know how they charge so much less than other places.The first time I came here was for a second opinion on the new suspension belle tire told me I needed. Josh checked out my car for free, told me I didn't need anything done yet, and then gave me a quote for like half the price if i did decide to get it. He's found some creative fixes for me over the years, and helped me keep an old car running safely.I don't know a lot about cars, but now I feel safe getting work done. I have even called to make sure the mechanic I broke down near wasn't taking advantage of me. Josh was super patient- he listened to what I had going on, and let me know i was ok getting the work done where I was. I live about half an hour from Charlie's now, but I still take my car there for planned maintenance.

Josh is absolutely amazing. Small businesses have a place in my heart, but Josh makes you feel like family. He quickly assesses what is wrong with your vehicle, gets the parts, and gets you in and out, and most of the time it is same day if you turn your car in first thing in the morning. I have been bringing my car here for more than 4 years, and have recommended them on numerous occasions. This is not a place you have to second guess. They are fair, provide warranties and is always trying to save you a dollar. Adore my mechanic...doesn't hurt that my son's name is Charlie ; )

These guys are the best hands down! When I had to get my entire front end suspension on my 07 charger R/T replaced I shopped around for prices and almost pulled the trigger on one of the three places that gave me the lowest quote. Luckily a coworker of mine told me about Chalie's and the excellent experience he had here so I said why not.First off Josh the owner gave me the best quote of all the places I had went and was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in detail.I have since had Charlie's Auto Repair do a complete brake job on my fiance s jeep andInner outer tie rods both sides.Also, all the guys at Charlies were friendly and excellent to work with. Especially Dave who did the work on my fiance's jeep.When you find a auto shop that is honest and gives amazing customer service you don't go anywhere else. They've earned a Customer for life!

I love this place. They are honest, good, and the pricing is very reasonable, and they don't take advantage of people to make money, especially towards the women. I know alot if mechanics take advantage of women to make money but these guys are extremely honest. Please go to Charlie's auto for all your services needs. Also, sometimes there is a e day waiting period to get in, they do get busy but I promise, its well worth the wait if you can.

Charlie s Auto Repair is the only auto shop I fully trust to service my vehicles. The staff is very knowledable and honest. Josh will tell you exactly like it is, good or bad (we have all had the bad news relating to an auto repair), but you know that it s an honest answer. Plus if there are multiple repair options for your car, he ll take the time to explain them all to you complete with pros and cons of each. Excellent mechanic, exemplary work! SIX STARS!!!

I had been going there for years, bragged about them. Given their cards out. Simply because they are the best. I didn't give 5 star's because now you can't be seen unless you have an appointment and it's weeks before you can get an appointment. I'm single and a loner so I need my car, can't wait weeks or leave my car. I can't take away from how great they are, but it makes me sad that it seems to be by appointment only now.

My sisters car stalled out while she was driving. We initially thought that the fuel pump went out because her gas gauge was broken. Her car was towed to Charlie's. We were prepared to purchase a new fuel pump. They told us the fuel pump was fine & the car just needed gas. These guys are honest!They could've easily sold us a new fuel pump & we would've been none the wiser. I've also taken both my trucks to them & couldn't be happier. Mom takes her truck to them too now. A different service center tried charging mom 1800$ for front end work. Carlie's price was more then half that amount! Great work & honest mechanics! Only place who services my vehicles!

I was referred to Charlie by a co-worker and I am very happy with Charlie's level of service and commitment. You may find a cheaper estimate somewhere else but like most things in life the cheapest route is not always the best. Charlie is the owner and he will be fair and fast when it comes to fixing your vehicle. I've brought my Mustang and two trucks here and was happy every time. An honest mechanic is hard to find but Charlie is definitely one of them.

This is my second review for this shop. I give them one star for the poor job they did to replace the parking brake drums for my Ford f150. They replace the parking brake with my own parts of top quality about a few months ago. Now, the parking brake wouldn't go back after it's released. So, I disassemble the wheels and rotors to take a look at what's wrong. To my surprise, I found they did not apply any lubricate at all to the moving parts in the brake. What makes it worse is that the lever for moving the drum was totally rusted frozen. That's the reason the parking bake is not functioning. They did not tell me this while I was sitting in their waiting room when the truck was repaired. They did not talk to me that some extra hours may needed to do the job. They just replace the parts and did not care if the new parts will work or not. The owner of this shop is very defensive to argue that they did what I asked them to do. This is not the case. They did not do basic cleaning, no lubricate, and the parking brake failed to work properly.

Charlie's auto repair is now my go-to. They are absolutely trustworthy, reliable, knowledgeable, friendly. Josh always gives options of cheaper or more high-end. I highly recommend Charlie's. (I own a 2013 Jeep rubicon)
