From the first call until picking up my vehicle Caliber Collision s staff exceeded my expectations. They were able to quickly get me in to access the damage to my car, they called me immediately when the parts were in and they schedule the service as soon as their schedule could allow.Initially when dropping my car off to be serviced, James predicted it would be at minimum a week but more likely it could be 10 days. James shared that there was a possibility they would find more damage upon taking the car apart but that he would keep me updated as they begun to work.I received a text update 10 minutes after dropping my car and not even 4 hours later James called with more updates. He reiterated that there was additional damage found and that as predicted it may take longer than the minimum one week. As the work was underway, I received a text, just to let me know things were in progress. On day 3 of not having my car, James delivered the best news, that the parts necessary came in far quicker than body expected And that my vehicle would be ready by the end of the close of business.When I went to pick up my vehicle, they gave me a detailed report of what was replaced and repaired, and reminders that I could come back should I notice any chipping off paint. I was in and out.Thank you Caliber Collision for your professionalism, customer service and direct repair time.

Okay so let me just say they made me feel like family. Or in the very least, like I ve been coming here my whole life but really it was my first time. Glen was so nice and great conversation on my ride home after dropping off. Ron (I think) was the tech assigned to my car, so professional and personable. Everyone here was personable and so kind. The front desk person, didn t catch her name, amazing. And the owner (I think) was so kind and I just felt safe and like I was in the right hands. Thank you !!!

The team at Caliber Collision really put a smile on my face. They fixed my car in 9 days and made it look exactly how it looked before someone hit me. I 100% recommend them to ANYBODY, you won t be disappointed. I recently damaged my truck and needed a repair. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. The final paint job on my fender turned out great, like nothing had ever happened! I would recommend this company to anyone seeking collision repair.

This was my first experience with a collision shop. I expected to be taken advantage of and over charged. Im glad i was proved wrong. The people here were on top of everything. They called me every other day with updates. A mechanic actually drove two hours to a place to get my car's part. They all took such pride and care with the work they did, i could see it in their emotions. I very highly reccomend this place. They care, and will treat you right. Thank you to all there that got my car beyond beautiful again!

GREAT SERVICE. GREAT PEOPLE. EXCELLENT WORK! I was recently in an auto accident &, if that wasn t annoying enough, the thought of being without my vehicle for weeks infuriated me! Caliber Collision was one of the shops recommended by my insurance company &, since they were closest to my home, I decided to take my SUV there GREAT DECISION! They got me in, inspected my vehicle & had me out the door (to the rental car company, which is conveniently next door) within an hour & my vehicle was repaired beautifully before it was promised & IT WAS CLEAN! Love, love, love!

Caliber Collision did an amazing job on my car. My car looks like it hasn t been hit and the paint match to a T. They were very professional keeping me updated on the progress of my car and even got done early than expected. I definitely would recommend them to anyone.

Couldn't have been any easier or less of a hassle and the repair work looks flawless. Everyone I interacted with was super friendly and helpful, on the phone or in person. I received automated text updates on the vehicle's progress, as well as a phone call once the parts were in and repairs underway. Estimated time was 2.5 weeks and I got it back it 8 days.If/when I need to, I'll go back here.

Jacob and his team at Caliber Collision were awesome! My truck looks brand new again and I couldn't' be happier. Jacob walked me through the whole process, helped me with my insurance and had a quote back to me in a day. He also kept in constant communication with me on the repairs. I thank Jacob again, and would encourage anyone to consider Caliber Collision.

Jacob and the crew were friendly and very helpful. Cars is is not my expertise and I am 100% relying on what the experts tell me and they made me feel very comfortable - listened to my special concerns/circumstances and provided a quick and painless resolution. While I was not able to get my car repaired, I was treated very well while I waited for the estimate. This is what customer service looks like. Everyone was polite. I was even offered a ride home.

Brought my car here to be repaired from a collision. There s overspray all over the affected area, they left finger prints in some kind of residue all over the car (tailgate, several doors) that I haven t been able remove, the car had a acrid and terrible smell in the HVAC for months post repair, and now I ve just discovered they somehow removed the fog light connector from the passenger side fog light so now I have to pay to get that fixed.DO NOT COME HERE. This place sucks.

I am very pleased with the workmanship the repair team at Caliber Collision put into repairing my car. They did a GREAT job at repairing my car and giving me the highest level of customer service. If I could give Caliber Collision ten stars I would but I know the maximum is five. If you need a collision provider in the future please consider Caliber Collision.

I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee into Caliber for a hood repair. After listening to Bill and Jacob it needed more repair than I had planned. They explained what they needed to do to properly fix it. I was so happy to see then end result, what a great job. I will continue to bring any future repairs to these guys. I was very impressed by their customer service and time of repair. I ve waited over a month to post this review, because I wanted to be sure that the body work they did on my car was solid. They did repairs to my rear bumper and the front of my car after it was hit twice while parked. They did an EXCELLENT job on my vehicle. When I got my car back, it looked like it did the day I bought it at the dealership. There was ZERO evidence that my car had been damaged. Also, the staff was really friendly, customer service was great, and they kept me informed of the progress that was being made.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

i had such a pleasant, straightforward experience at Caliber. not only did they replace my bumper, but they had the car sparkling clean when i picked it up! i can t say enough about how welcoming and helpful Diane and the rest of the team were. it s also super convenient that Enterprise is 1 min walk away. all around great experience. i, of course, hope not to need car repair again, but if i do i will be coming straight back here!

I picked up my car after repairs due to an accident (my vehicle was hit while parked) and went through Caliber based on my insurance company s recommendation. They had my car ready sooner than I had anticipated, which was fantastic, however, when I picked it up it seemed that they had rushed to get it out the door. Upon pick up, no walk around was done, so I was given the keys and left with my car. Tailgate had an issue, which was fixed after I went back the next day. Overall, the rest of work seemed to be good. However, still not resolved is the condition of the interior of my car. It was not cleaned before I picked up my car, nor was it cleaned when I brought my car back the 2nd time. Dirt and grime all over, damage to my seat and scratches on door panels. This is due to them needing to climb through to get photos for insurance after they were unable to open a door when the area being repaired was taken apart. It was and still is extremely upsetting that no one seems to care. Given the lack of attention the last 2 times I have been in, I am going to have to handle the interior myself to ensure no more damage is done. My advise to anyone picking up a car from Caliber is to wait until after they take you to inspect your vehicle.Services: Exhaust, Painting, Body & Trim

We used Caliber as a Progressive partner shop after an accident that required a decent amount of body work.Painless and Quick drop off process. We received a call at 8:30 am the next morning with the estimate and timeline for repair then received automatic text updates every other day on the progress of the repair.Customer service is top notch and so is their communication.As someone who recently had a terrible experience with a Dealership Service Center, I am telling you, these guys rock.Obviously, no one enjoys being in an accident, or having to pay unexpected money but this shop provides an excellent experience as well as empathy for your situation.On top of that, my vehicle, which was absolutely trashed on the inside due to kids, was completely cleaned and vacuumed out which was the cherry on top.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Caliber Collision did an excellent job on my car. They set me up for an appointment far before any other shop could and kept me up to date every step of the way, including multiple text updates a week. When something went wrong (which was 100% NOT their fault - a part was shipped already broken), they let me know not just that something went wrong, but also what it was and what the effect would be on turnaround time. They also went out of their way to get a replacement part rush ordered to them to get me back on the road faster. Polite, professional, and also seem to treat their employees well, which matters a lot to me in doing business with a company. All in all, wonderful shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
