I need a battery for my Jeep. I thought I need more work, but they were honest. I didn't have any problems. I recommended they to anyone. Who wants car back the same day. They are better than the dealerships. Dealerships can take a week just to look at the car.

Incredible service. I called out of the blue on the one day I had child care (and thus one thousand things to catch up on) without having an appointment. Marcus & team took my call, got me in immediately, assessed the issue, fixed it for me, and brought my car around all within about 30 minutes total. Clearly trustworthy and luckily my fix was only $20. Absolutely amazing.

Great friendly service, would recommend. I took my car in to diagnose an engine issue expecting to get upsold. After completing multiple checks they were honest with me about there being nothing wrong, and did not try to upsell me anything. Only charged me a small diagnostics fee. These guys are a hard to beat, customer driven mechanic. I routinely take my vehicle in for a fully synthetic, which they charge $50 (base) for and others cost up to $140 in just a couple miles!I've had a leak in my oil pan cap that they were able to seal up, free of charge, tires changed with full communication on tire availability, delivery, and when my car was ready.Take all mechanic reviews with a grain of salt. Someone can be upset with a problem of theirs that went haywire and turned out to be something else. That's mechanics. They have to go step by step. But this place? They communicate what they are going to do and what can be avoided!Customer service is a 5/5, the repairs (personally on a 2016 vehicle) were 5/5, and their maintenance can be walk in if you call ahead and ask! Absolutely recommend for maintenance and repairs!

I went here on the recommendation of a friend. This is an incredibly honest, reliable, trustworthy shop. I initially went here to get my alternator replaced along with an oil change.After an inspection I was told there was further maintenance that needed to be done to my vehicle. I was told pictures could be provided to show what needs fixing and there was absolutely zero pressure to get work done aside from the issues I originally went in for.The work was done quickly, reliably and well.Honest good work was done hereThis is definitely going to be my new repair shop should work need to be done.Can't recommend this place enough.If I could give more than 5 stars I would.Thank you again for the hard honest work. The guys here are awesome. My truck needed repair because the heat was not working properly. A month ago I had took it to a shop I was loyal to... To only see they wasn't loyal or honest with me. They took my payment and said my truck was fixed and that was not true. The heat went out the next day. These guys at Auto Pro not only fixed my jeep but it was fixed before I even got off work.. Fast forward to a week later my heat is still blowing at high speed. Thanks Auto Pro Service Center.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! I had them replace a ball joint and wheel bearing on my vehicle. After I picked it up I noticed a odd sound. Concerned, 2 days later I brought my vehicle back for a second look in what was going on. The told me it was my strut and I was safe to drive. Two days later my wheel fell off lucky I was pulling in to a parking spot and not on the highway. I had my vehicle toed back to the shop to find out my BRAND NEW ball joint but fell off the shop said it must of been due to vibration on my strut. Mind you this is on a 2018 Subaru Outback with 40k miles on it. The shop refused to take accountability. I ve talked to many mechanics after the math and they all say that it s basically impossible for the nut on the ball joint to fall off if tightened to specs. So a 700 dollar repair has now costed me 3k. This shop is bad news and I would not trust these people with anything after lying to my face to cover there a**. Oh mind you I just had an oil change done next store and just put a sticker on my window for my next service and they ripped it off. So not only are they bad at there job there not good people.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I am very happy with the service I received. The staff was extremely kind. I'm not sure how the price of my service compares to others, however it was lower than I expected it to be. So far, my truck runs better than before - I could tell the difference immediately! I hope I don't need to see them again for a long time, but if/when that happens, I will definitely be back.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Engine repair

Beware These people are very unprofessional. I originally brought my car in to get some engine work done. My car was running rough, and I had some squeaking in the back. After a tuneup, new back brakes and rotors, and an $1800 bill, my car was still running just as rough as when I originally brought it in. I took it back and they needed my car for another day to stop it from running rough. The next day I started leaking from my water pump. He told me to get the water pump and the inlets replaced. After another $650 bill I was still leaking coolant. He then told me that his mechanic forgot to replace a pressure fitting which he said is typically done when the water pump is replaced. He told me on Thursday that he was very busy and that I should bring it back to have it worked on all day Tuesday, because he would have to do the entire water pump job again just to get to that fitting. I dropped it off after work on Monday, after my mass airflow sensor broke that they had already replaced, and I was to pick it up once the leak was completely fixed Tuesday night. I still have a coolant leak and I m out the $650... now it s Tuesday and he didn t even look at it, tells me that he had to fix the other problem which by the way they had already fixed. I firmly believe that they break your vehicle on purpose when fixing another part of your vehicle to get more money out of you. I now still have a coolant leak and I m out of cash, time, and patience. I originally came here because I thought Calvin was a very trustworthy person that was going to take care of me, boy was I wrong. Only come here if you want to get ripped off. I highly suggest going to Sullivan s right down the street, they ll do a good job for you. Not having my car for five different days to fix two problems is not doing me any favors by the way Calvin. If you give an estimate and you are incorrect on how long it takes, it s up to you to eat it. You are supposed to be the professional, I am the customer. If the job was supposed to take six hours and it took all day, how is that my fault. My suggestion is you talk to your so-called mechanics. Very unsatisfied and will not return.

Great experience and customer service from this Ferndale shop. I recently bought a used car from a relative that hadn t been driven in a while. I thought the brake pads were worn down the first few times I drove it, so I brought it in. Turns out a lot of the parts were just rusted and Marcus told me that it wasn t a hazardous problem at the current moment and that it actually might get progressively better with use. Really appreciated the honesty and quick service. I recommend going in if you need work done on your car.Also, my girlfriend brought her car in after she got a flat a few weeks back and they patched her tire for $25 and only took like 20 minutes on a Saturday. Only a good experienced thus far!

Don't walk!!! run away from this place stay away you been warn. Calvin is so rude and don't know how to treat customers at all. Don't waste your money or you will be sorry. He said won't honor the warranty of the parts he put on your car and said he don't care. After the first time I should've had know not to come back but I did. Bought 4 used tires that only lasted for less than 3 months. Came back a second time bought 4 new tires. I came in on a Monday to complain about a knocking noise and they said it was a bolt from the frame. Put down a deposit to have the part order and came back on Saturday for them to tell me no part was order. They order the part one week later and told me had to drop my car off because they was busy. Since I been waiting for the part for a week and fault not on me but on them for not ordering the part. I feel that should had worked on my vehicle since it was only a 2 hour job and been waiting a week for the part. On the fourth and last time he installed a stabilizer bar on my vehicle. I went to another repair shop to get a wheel alignment and that shop said I needed the bar to be replace. Tried to talk to Calvin but he became RUDE and very DISRESPECTFUL on the phone. Only thing they had to do was to inspected the bar to say the other shop was lying. Trust me I won't be coming back to that shop AGAIN. If your don't believe me read the other comments other customers left for reviews about Calvin.

1 star is too many for this sorry excuse of a company.After getting a "full inspection" on my car I got nearly $1000 worth of work done. I was excited that they offer financing options but as soon as I couldn't start my car when I was trying to leave the parking lot, I regretted every second of this decision. Once home after several attempts to start the car, I noticed 2 of the 4 brand new tires were nearly flat. When I took the car back to the shop the mechanic told me it must have been my fault. After much debate, they replaced the parts they said it needed but it did not fix the problem. Because of this, I took my car to a different mechanic who told me the tie rods were replaced with used parts, the brakes weren't done, and my alignment was bad. On top of all this, Auto Pro missed MAJOR issues in their so-called inspection that ended up costing me an additional $800 in repair.My car was in worse condition than when I took it in and I am stuck paying for a service that wasn't even done. They are rude, and extremely unorganized. They fudge the documents they sent to the financing company and I have filed an official complaint with them as well.I will do everything in my power to make sure this doesn't happen to someone else.

Keith hooked me up. Got me in 45 minutes before close for a brake inspection, and arranged for a rental car for me for the next day. Then he came back in and said no we're going to get this taken care of tonight. Not only did he not try to sell me anything I didn't need, he went out of his way to not sell me what I thought I needed. So got me new rotors and pads delivered and installed within 30 minutes, and at a very good price. Amazing service. Would recommend them to anyone. I felt I should share this because it was so above and beyond what would be expected.

I drove my truck in I had to have it towed out after spending almost $1,100 after they charge me a diagnosis fee of $95 then they told me to go down to the GM dealer and pay $125 and get a diagnosis fee because they said they could not diagnose it after charge me the $95 just be smart stay away from these guys they talk nice to get in your pocket and you can go to Auto Zone and get that little diagnosis thing they got and the diagnosis at AutoZone is free and it's the same one they have that they charge me $95 for even the tow truck driver told me about a bunch of horrible stories about this place and the manager slash owner was very rude to me on the phone like it was my fault I am going to report him to the BBB and I am going to sue them and I'm going to start picking in front of their place so other citizens get ripped off like I did I'm just waiting to contact my lawyer to make sure I don't do nothing wrong like they did I never get a review on the shop before this is my first time because when I told my friends about the incident they told me how to do the review so if he could help one person I am not doing this to be mean or malicious I just don't see how a shop can treat somebody this way have a nice day and thank you for reading this PS not only did I drive my SUV in there I had to have it towed out and now my ABS light is on my battery light on my check engine light is on so all I can say is beware of them people all they are is out for money nothing else thank you for reading this have a nice day

Marcus you run a honest shop and I thank you for that. My car was not speeding up because of clogged catalytic converters. This shop only changed two front converters and I picked up my car and it was still doing the same thing. Mind you I spent 1700$ because I also got two front tires and a wheel alignment. I took my car back my 3rd converter was bad they took it off ran a straight pipe and now my car runs like butter. He also replaced an air filter with the straight pipe no extra charges. He was honest and thoughtful of how much I had already spent. I thank you and you guys so much for helping solve my issues. Not sure of the current Covid policy, I called to get an appt to have my brakes checked and replaced. Not only were they available to work on my car immediately, they got the rotors and front brakes in less than an hour. Amazing performance! The staff was friendly, efficient and straight forward. Their service was fast, I had a full front brake system replaced, calipers, rotors, hoses, new fluid etc, and it was completed within the day. After quoting me a initial price for all the work, the mechanics noticed that I also needed a new master cylinder. The manager included the new part and labor for free with a full warranty. I appreciated their honesty and integrity to stick to their original quote in order to keep my business and not milk money from me for further repairs. Great shop- highly recommend.

Went in initially for a tail light harness replacement that was done successfully. Had caliper covers installed also when the young skinny looking mechanic guy says that the front went on fine but the rears doesn't fit and was told by guessing the owner "WELL YOU STILL GOTTA PAY", kool..... Obviously disappointed I learned yesterday that the mechanic was incompetent and lazy because Lopez Auto Repair in Dearborn Heights installed the rear covers without any problems. I'll walk before I take my truck back to Auto Pro!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Absolutely amazing customer service here. They fixed my van in a speedy manner and made sure it was safe to put my babies in. Calvin was great with explaining everything to me. Will definitely be taking my car back here if anything else needs to be done!

My Mother needed brakes on her 2009 Dodge caravan. They finished the brake job in 1 hour and had a better price than 2 other quotes we received. Very polite and made me and my mother feel comfortable. We will definitely be back!
