ordered a head light from them, the day i was told it would show up it didn't. When i called they said they haven't even shipped the light and was given a new eta. The day of the new eta has come and they still haven't shipped my light. constantly being put on long holds/ having the phones just end.They have no problem taking payment with out any follow through on promises to customers.Update: A head light come in yesterday but they shipped the wrong one. The invoice says the correct part/part# but the light inside was the wrong side and for a different manufacturer.When i called they said they didnt have another head light and wont offer a refund until i ship the other head light back.I wont ever use them again unless insurance forces me to buy from them again.

Game changer for me. Instead of buying new for twice the money I bought a refurbished one.You don t get any clips or accessories but if you re replacing one it doesn t matter for the price.Will be saving them to my google favorites.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I have never had a good experience with these people, horrible customer service, very unprofessional, I believe Tyler is the name. I have bought over 12 headlights from these crooks, all of them leaked water, come with non working led strips(day time running lights). I m not the person to complain but there comes a time where you have enough. Save your self the time and headache, pay the extra $100 and go get your headlights somewhere else. Take my word. Will never do business with this place anymore. Oh and last headlight I ordered took 2 weeks to come in, they would deliver after shop hours and brought a non working headlight twice. Waste of time. Hopefully you guys improve your selfs and stop scamming people.

I would give them a zero on their misleading post. Broken tab is different from a broken OFF mounting bracket .However I give em 5 stars for the refund of my money....but still a hassle.....inthinknstaright forward is a great policy.
