great place to get parts from, I have used this place numerous times over the last couple of years and i have never been disappointed. They can save you so much money over what the dealership charges and they can get parts the usual partst stores cannot. i highly recommend trying this place at least once. You will be very happy and continue to shop here again and again and again and again.

Complete crooks. I ordered a new headlight module. They sent a used one that was "neutralized." When told them it looks like its been tampered with and the logos are crossed off they had some excuse. When it didnt program it became my fault. I got a new one. Same part number from dealer it programed. Then they only refund 150 of the 250. Buyer beware.

Called to place an order for a part, and was told to place the order online. Asked if I could just buy from the eBay store and have them leave it in their "lockers" outside. Was told to just message the eBay listing after purchasing and they will take care of it. They told me to cancel my order that I paid for and I will need to follow the proper order process to do that. I hadn't bought from them in years because of stuff like this. Guess what? They still haven't changed. Make sure you require no customer assistance if you order.Edit: After leaving the appropriate feedback on the eBay purchase, I was messaged that I have been banned from buying on there, and at the store...

Awesome staff. Not sure of what their return policy is as they have never sold me a part before being 100% sure that I m buying the exact part I m looking for. The kind of guys & gals who will sit on the phone with you and try and diagnose your issue and if they can t help, they always put you on with someone else who knows your car or issue better, or, put you in contact with a shop that knows what s up. I ve used multiple parts wholesalers before and they always seem to rush your time to try to make a sale quicker, but not these guys. I ve bought many different things from these folks. Honest people, good parts, good prices, my go to every time.

For 20 years now, I've been a satisfied customer. Shame on me for never having left a review until today. I've placed literally hundreds of orders with the friendly and knowledgeable staff and owners and every time I walk away with exactly the parts I need at the best price in town- with a smile!Kudos and so much respect for this business that has grown so gracefully into the place that it is today. My rating would go of been a five stars, I been dealing with all European for a while now but the lady upfront with the pierced tongue is kinda rude for no reason. One other thing is prices, just depends on who you speak with depends on your prices like I had many different quote for the same part. I still end up buying from there because it s fair pricing most times. Most time they have all the parts In stock and read for pick up. The only thing I would change about this place is one staff member and have the get their pricing in order honestly. This is definitely a good place for all your Europeans cars/ imported cars part needs.

I needed parts urgently as my car repair depended on them. I called and the gentleman on the phone was kind, knowledgeable and had everything in stock. He emailed me a secure link and the parts were available in a safe locker within minutes. Oh I didn t mention they cost 1/8 the price that the dealer was charging. Thank you!

Shocked to learn as a business buying parts for many years withAll European Supply, I received a wrong part within an order that they couldn't correct and bought elsewhere although they still applied a 15% re stock fee. (I kept the remaining parts of my order but was penalized they had a wrong part) That's not what I would have done, just saying.

This place is awesome.. I have a +15yr old Audi and parts are expensive and have to find locally, usually I dont even bother looking. This is one of the only places in the multiple states that I have lived in that not only carries but stocks my parts. Price's are very reasonable, dealer quality, staff is great. I dont have enough good things to say about them. If you drive a European car, own a shop, and/or require quality parts.. you need to be going through these guys.

These guys rock! The shop I work at has been doing business with them over 4 years. They have the best price on OE quality parts and provide a fast delivery. Makes my work day a lot less stressful. Thank you guys and keep up the awesome service. Highly recommend.

The website didn't work, the order didn't go through twice in a month. Called in to place an order it showed the part as in stock (3 available) alternate matching parts also were available according to their website. The person on the phone was not helpful and just replied we don't have any of those parts. I suspect they couldn't be bothered to take a few minutes for a $20 part. What you can do is fix the website, the ordering process, the stock reporting and be nice to all customers even the ones that don't spend a lot of money in one order. I have spent considerable amount before and the chances are I would have spend more if the representative was not so rude and dismissive.Edit 11/26/19The website has been fixed, the addition of pick up locker made this my favorite place to order parts from. 5*

I was looking for BMW parts, and the dealer was crazy expensive, everyone else had to order them. The help here was outstanding in getting me the correct parts a reasonable cost. All in stock. The guy I spoke with was very knowledgeable of the products they stock. Highly recommend!!

I have been looking for new (not used) headlights for my 1998 Mercedez SL500 Roadster convertable for a while now. I won't go into detail regarding the frustration I felt from trying to order these items from other websites. All European had them in stock for real (not some mysterious warehouse that may or may not even exist). They were quick to ship and the parts were high quality. We did run into one issue with one of the parts but it was quickly and professionaly resolved. I will be looking to All European in the future to supply the parts for my classic old Mercedez.Thank you All European Auto Supply for helping me keep my gem on the road.Michael

Had an issue that BMW dealer, various auto parts stores and manufacturers couldn't help me out with. Within 5 minutes Chad worked up an order for me that perfectly resolved my problem. 24/7 Locker pickup is also a stand out service they provide, would recommend anyone looking for Euro Auto parts!

I've bought a couple of parts from these people over the years for my VW and BMW just so I couldn't wait to order somewhere else online. Their service has always been terrible and they have different prices for the same parts for different people. I got quoted today for some parts at $194 while my friend called and got quoted for the same parts at $152. The guy on the phone was very rude.. I've noticed once that they scratch the logos of some parts, probably chinese, and sell it to you as european. Never buying from these people again.

I had a VERY rough start with AE a few years ago and went years without buying anything from them due to a salesman with attitude. Luckily I just deal with one guy there now whenever i have to call and and they are now one of my 2 main suppliers. Steve T does an excellent jobs and is one of the reasons i started buying parts from them again. I always get parts on time and have taken care of me with the couple of problems i had.

I like this Auto Supply Company. Whenever I'm looking for a part for my vehicle they usually have that part in stock at a very good price which is usually lower than most places, and the park is accurate for my vehicle. I would recommend All European Auto Supply to anyone with foreign cars.

AllEuro has quality parts at a fair price locally for some of my hard to find Volkswagen vehicles. Would recommend to anyone shopping.Review update: I continue to shop at and support AllEuro, 5 Stars all around. I have to applaud the local part pickup lockers that came about since Covid. Not being able to get to a business during open hours is hard sometimes. The locker pickups that AllEuro implemented have been great for me. The orders that are placed are usually ready within 30 mins, and being able to pick up late at night on the drive home is a life saver too.

Ordered parts from All European & the price went up from what we were quoted. So we cancelled order within 2 hours & company charged restocking fee & All European Auto said part was already in Iowa & the parts were shipped from Detroit, so we didn't get the shipping price back either! This all took place within 2 hours. We will never order from this company again! We also advised leading insurance company that we were working for what this company was doing!NEVER USE ALL EUROPEAN AUTO!!!

They have all the hard to find parts for my Mercedes. I was also impressed by the knowledge of the gentleman that helped me. I was given good advice rather than encouragement to buy extra parts that I didn't really need

I needed some radiator hoses for a 2006 BMW 325i, no one else had the parts so I called this place and they had everything I needed even the blue coolant.The staff was very knowledgeable, understanding me when I said referred to the car by its chassis code "e90" and not the replying with the spiel of "Whats the year make and model of this vehicle?". They also gave me a couple helpful tips on removing the old hoses and mixing the coolant. This place gets 5-stars from me.

I have been dealing with All European for over 20 years. They always have what you need, when you want it, and always for a great price. The staff really knows their stuff so if you're confused about anything just ask. They treat you like family!

All European Auto Supply has a true advantage compared to other auto parts stores The know their stuff! They always tell you the list prices, so you know the deal you're getting. And have OE or aftermarket parts! One important thing is to always have the VIN number, that way there is no second guessing when it comes to getting the correct part every single time.

Andrea was very helpful in getting my parts. I had a back injury and she carried the parts out to my car for me. I'm happy to go back there and buy parts anytime I need them.
