Truck and 50 foot trailer needed towing and repair. Quick and reasonable. Replaced part failed. 200 miles north of shop. They rescued me and the trailer to my house 50 more miles to the north. Towed the truck back to their shop and replaced the bearing. No charge. Awesome service.

This company hates motorclubs and will render bad service if that is how they get your call. They have several dispatchers that have no customer experience skills, very rude.They also don't believe in keeping their word when they enter into an agreement, looking at the other reviews seems that's common.

I did not use their service. Instead, my toddler saw one of their tow trucks with a semi on the back and my son lost it!!!! He was SO happy. So, during the pouring rain I asked the man if he would honk the horn for my son and he did!!!! My son was so happy and said "honk,honk" all the way home which is significant because he does not speak. Not only did this man stop his phone call to do so but so did his coworker who had also just pulled in. Thank you for making my son's day!!!!

Great company. The staff and manager were very kind, understanding and compassionate after my nephew's accident. Highly recommend using them.

Got a flat on US 23 in the middle of nowhere (between white lake and heartland) called Woody's, WOW, tow truck driver was there and changed the tire all in about 30 minutes. The driver was friendly and professional, he was so fast and it was super hot and on the side of the busy highway! We really appreciated the prompt service!!!

I had a great experience with Woody's. I wasn't able to pick my car up for a week and they knocked a little bit off the price. My car wasn't drivable, so they helped me load it on to a trailer free of charge. They are good guys and know what they're doing.

I called and got a price quote to haul a heavy duty bus. Was given a price and when I was ready for the tow I call back in and now the price went from 300 to up to 750 to go 13 miles. I tried to explain I was a firefighter and maybe the guy had given me a discount , but they made me seem like I was a liar and wanted up to 750.00..Great way to treat your community people..

I'm not sure how anyone can give these people a rating over one star! They are the worst company to deal with. On several occasions they've picked cars up from accidents and have taken them straight to the impound lot without the owner's approval. One time was an accident that happened less than a mile from the customer's house and they took at the impound without permission! The customer asked them to take it to their house but instead they screwed the customer and they ended up paying over $500 to get their vehicle back !And God forbid you need them to do any Mechanical Services for you... Hacks at bestEvery single rating over a 3-star is someone they know or a friend period not an actual customer

My alternator died on the freeway near I-69 and 75. I was 50 miles from home. I was recommended this company by a local restaurant owner in Fenton who uses them all the time to remove cars from his lot. I explained my situation and told them I needed it towed back to Lansing. The guy on the phone quoted me a price of $500 to get me home. Yes, you read that correctly - $500!I laughed and hung up and called another place (Fenton Express Towing) and was quoted a price that was HALF of what Woody's said.As icing on the cake, I told the restaurant owner about how Woody's tried to take advantage of my situation and he was so disgusted that he said he won't be using them anymore for his business. So not only did they lose my money, but they'll be losing a lot of future money as well. I guess sometimes it just pays to run an honest business and not try to scam people who are in an unfortunate situation.

Worst response time ever... Called at 9:10, and the dispatch took my address and told me that they would be there in 30-45 minutes. It ended up taking 2 hours and 30 minutes for them to get to me. The dirver was very angry that I would dare call and ask where he was. The smell of alcohol was very present. I'll think twice before calling some Poe dunk towing company.

My Jeep Wrangler broke down this weekend on the way to travers city and these guys were amazing!! I've never had to tow my jeep before and I felt like she was in good hands with them. After many times of taking the jeep off and putting it back in the truck they guys were so awesome to even help me fix it!! I would recommend them to anyone! I couldn't thank them enough for what they did. Wish I could give more then five stars. Thanks again!!

Woody's wouldn't let me pick up my husband's vehicle, because I was not the owner! I had the title, registration, proof of insurance and my husbands ID as proof. All the while, my husband was in the ICU. So the vehicle stayed until later arrangements could be made. I shouldn't have ever had to deal with this because Woody's was supposed to drop the vehicle off at our house less than a quarter of a mile from where they picked it up...I followed the ambulance to the hospital and later discovered the bike was taken to the lot, not our house. Guess they wanted more money!! Really irritated by all of the hassle they gave me as I was dealing with bigger problems!

Ring ring, hello, hey I have to get a new thermostat put in how much, calculates make model year, uh yes sir e we can do it for you $1347.63 later after I was promised it would be $783 there were some gaskets and seals that had to be replaced needless to say my business will be taken else were and if you know what s good you ll turn around right now.

I would put 0 but not an option. Called the number that comes up on Google and the guy was a total a$$h@!e because it wasn't the main number. Guess what d!(k roadrunner out of Flint came to linden high school for 65. Great and fast service!!!

I don t know why, but apparently the blonde lady who works here doesn t want to. She has a HORRIBLE attitude problem. She also only hears what she wants to hear. She even cussed at me. This place is horrible I wish I could rate it -5 stars. So unprofessional. Not to mention the walls in their front office look like the stalls from my high school.

My plumbing van broke down south of 96. We called two companies in Brighton that had a 2 hour wait for a tow truck! So we called woodys towing in Fenton and they sent Kevin right away! Very friendly very punctual and fair rates. They will be my go to from now on when my vans break down! Thanks Kevin

Horrible customer service! I would abandon my car before calling them. My boyfriend accidentally gave the man the address down the road. I can understand frustration, but to yell at me the way he did and give the type of attitude he did was unacceptable. He was a total jerk.

Good affordable price, came fast and got my car to a repair center. Helpful nice workers. Greg was kind mannered, knowledgeable, and friendly! Overall great service!

Rude and disrespectful!!!! They price gouged my tow bill from 450.00 to 768.00. Without any notification. This is my 3rd mishap...3 strikes and out...Please be mindful when calling them...VERY MISLEADING..then he get mad at me because I questioned the bill.

I asked there charge 3 times and they pulled my atv out of the mud then charged me $2000
