Won t make the mistake of coming here again, $1400 they wanted for brakes and rotors all around. They were charging almost $100 over on every rotor vs what GM parts will sell the rotor to the general public for. Called another shop and used same part numbers and my quote came out at $670 lol. I understand the dealer is more expensive and I was willing to pay the premium just not double. Also had to pay them $150 to even get a quote. Oil change and quote for brakes cost me $250 today. Never again.

Made an appointment over a week ahead of time and they gave me an early 9am slot so they could get it in quick, so they said.After dropping my car off I got a call to discuss the issues with it. I was informed they don t know when my vehicle will get in as theirs a line.Mid afternoon vehicle still wasn t being checked out and I was told it may not be today. When do I need it back. I told them today that s why I made an appointment. I told them forget it I m coming to get the vehicle.I got nothing but empty excuses and they acted like this is no big deal happens all the time. They offered to put me in line and we ll call you when we re ready. HELLO that why I made and appointment, not to stop what I m doing a run my vehicle to you whenever u feel like working on it. I did tell them to put me online but no promises they get the work as I can t just drop everything and come drop my vehicle off. I have not heard one word from them, must be a huge waiting list.I ve never had a dealer before this make an appoint and not work on my car or get it back to me when they said they would unless an unforeseen issue with my vehicle was found.I had to take the day off work and now will need to do it again, thanks for not caring and costing me money.So much for service after the sale

Called to make a morning appointment. Appointment was put in my husbands name because that is what was on caller ID. This caused confusion at check in when the employee kept calling me by his name. I asked for the information to be changed to my name and phone, said it would be updated. I went to the lounge to study and a handful of employees continued to gather and chit chat with another employee that was sitting in the lounge area. My keys were then given to another customer because the attendant went to her and she said yes I am <last name> and she went to the counter and paid. After five minutes I see the attendant that checked me in come in and start yelling for Eric <last name>. I said I am Mrs <last name> and they asked if the keys were mine. At the desk I again asked why MY name wasn t changed after being asked to change it and to maybe avoid this sort of confusion. I was told because until it was paid for it wasn t going to be changed. It wasn t until I said I d return to Grand Blanc GMC for service that the woman said she d do it right away. No thank you. Grand Blanc GMC has better, quality service and the attendants there actually come directly to the customer with keys, explain everything and then ask for payment.Service: Auto maintenance

Scheduled an oil change for first thing in the a.m. Got there as they were opening the doors. Very professional . Very friendly. Was in and out so fast I didnt have a chance to get a cup of coffee!

I bought my truck here and get better service from other dealerships. They must expect everyone to own two daily drivers since they wont offer loaner cars every time I have requested. I have showed up and talked to a salesman for 5 mins then it seems to be no problem for him to pull a car up for me to drive for a few hours so why cant I get one at the service desk. I keep trying to give this dealership more chances but every time I am left angry and disappointed.

Tye was a great salesperson! I don't typically like the car buying experience, but Tye was exceptional. He was thorough, he didn't try to talk us into anything we didn't want, he made sure the vehicle were bought was clean, just an all around great experience and I cannot recommend him enough!The dealership is always clean though a nice waiting area and a nice kids area.

Absolutely perfect. I love this place. I also worked there 45 years ago in the body shop and the treated me great. I bought a couple new trucks there and had service work done there. I can t say enough good things about Vic Canever Chevrolet

Great service, top notch employees and customer service. Stopped in to get an estimate for a dent in the back panel of my truck. The Collision/Body Shop Manager decided to grab someone and have him suction out the dent right then. Didn't even charge me for it. I will definitely be coming back here for all of my future service needs.

I had some warranty work started before the CoVid shut down. The Service Consultant I was working with left his employment at Vic Canever, so there was no follow up when things reopened. I called in July and connected with Service Consultant Patrick Sassine, who immediately put in motion a repair and loaner rental. Additional follow up was needed but I had to wait for another part. He notified me when it arrived, and I took my Tahoe in yesterday. Patrick arranged for another loaner and had my warranty work completed in 24 hours. His communication and attention are very much appreciated. He provided outstanding service. I will bring all my non-warranty work to him. Thanks, Patrick!

Not happy with their service department brought my truck in with error codes showing they couldn't get me in for over a week they finally got me in kept the vehicle for 2 days so they couldn't find anything wrong with it and then told me they had error codes but I wasn't complaining about those problems so they weren't fixing it and a brand new vehicle that was almost $70,000. The service tech that went me up said that to me and pissed me off. I feel if you find a problem even if I didn't mention the issue FIX IT chemical is under full warranty I blame gm and this dealer for not making it right.

The body shop didn't want to respond to my insurance companies requests. The insurance company works for me therefore I'm citing poor customer service causing me hours of phone time to deal with the headache. Go next door to the GMC dealership next time, my last experience with them was great. Shouldn't have expected them to be "professional grade" at a Chevy dealership. Also me and insurance company were told different reasons for delays... dont lie to me. F me? No f u

Alot going on with the pandemic! Patrick has been our go to person, he's very helpful and always ready to help us getting our 2007 truck in for service. Called about a CPO car on the lot. Was referred to a sales man who was more interested in his vacation than putting any effort into selling me a car.Never got the promised gift card for taking a test drive.I bought a car at a different dealer a week later.

Brought my truck here 4 times for the same thing and it's still not fixed...1st time they said nothing was wrong. The second they replaced a steering shaft but it made the noise worse and the check engine light was on. I talked to the service manager he was quick to apologize and said they'd take care of it right away. Brought the truck back and they fixed the check engine light but were unable to solve the original problem. The 4th time they replaced the shaft again this time I think they did it right because the noise was not worse like it was last time but it didn't fix it it sounds exactly the same a clunking noise and something is loose in the steering. I was surprised they just have it back but I guess I shouldn't be I called and was told to leave a message with the service manager and I did but it's been 3vdays and still no call back I'm not even sure If i even w should bring my truck to vic canever ever again

Free coffee, donut, oil change, no complaints! Ok, the free oil change technically cost me about $25,000... but moving on, waiting area is nice and the service was performed in a timely manner.

The person in the parts department on Saturday January 25th 2020, was helpful, polite, and attentive. Although they did not have the part I was looking for he offered to order it and have it in 1 hour and also gave me the names of other dealerships in the area that did have it in stock.

Called because I had a problem with my certified pre-owned and the woman on the phone was truly not polite and was quite unprofessional even. Customer service personnel have a duty to be nicer than that

My Daughter bought a "certified pre-owned" vehicle from this dealership. The car was inspected and a leak was found in the seal of the power train. We have called to get this issue rectified since the vehicle was "pre certified" the leak should have been found in the certification. This dealership has been RADIO SILENT, NO RETURN PHONE CALLS, NOTHING, this is the opposite treatment from when they were trying to sell the vehicle. Low Level Customer Service.

Even though I have buicks I still come here for service. Because the people such as Patrick in service and Mark who sold us my warranties not to mention all the other people I have dealt with have treated us so well.
