January 18th, 2024 I am updating this post: this group of people, mechanics and technicians have always been amazing, but I want to give a special shout out to Tony for helping me out this most recent need. Don't forget to mention Les and Dan for amazing customer service. If I could write more reviews and give more stars, I definitely would.I have been going to this Tuffy Auto Center for years. Their service is absolutely top-notch. They're honest and quick and considerate. I've had people trying to convince me to take my car other places but the service here has been too good I will not abandon the store I recommend them for any services that you need that they can do.

Service here is incredibly quick and efficient. All the workers I came across were extremely polite and professional. Can t beat this kind of service! Would choose this place for any service to your car over any dealership/auto shop. As someone who has experienced over 2-3 hour wait times at a Toyota dealer for a simple oil change, I was in disbelief how quick/amazing of a job these guys did!

Absolutely love taking our vehicles to Tuffy/PDQ in Fenton, and today was no exception! They are always super fast, friendly, and very thorough. My vehicle has been telling me for weeks that my engine air filter needed to be replaced, so I mentioned that upon arrival. Most places would just replace it regardless of if it needed to be replaced or not because the customer asked for it, but they pulled the filter and showed me that it was almost brand new. Turns out the sensor just wasn't reset the last time it was replaced, and that filter has lots of life left. That honesty from the technicians is why we will remain loyal customers. Can't thank Dax, Jon, Jordan, Ivan, and Chauncey enough for their help and excellent service!

These people are always very nice to me. Courtesy is not dead here. I appreciate coming here if only for the pleasant attitudes. That said, it also tends to be the best value and I'm in and out fairly quickly.

Went in for an oil change and in the process my car died and wouldn't restart, so they pushed me in, diagnosed my issue and even got me help for next steps. They looked at my oil and told me I still had almost 4000 miles of life left and they wouldn't charge me for something that didn't need to be done. Go to PDQ for the best service in the area hands down. Leslie the manager and all of his team are just good people, that's how businesses should be ran, with honesty and kindness. This place is fantastic! Not only do they do a fast and thorough job but they treated my kids like royalty! Cookies and popcorn and friendly conversations. My kids asked if we could come back every day! I can't say enough about what an awesome experience we had. I highly recommend this place for your oil changes!

Mike was a really nice guy to deal with. He explained my options, and when asked for a recommendation he gave one without hesitation. Isis explained their policy one tire rotations, oil top-offs, etc. succinctly.I was in and out of there in under 15 minutes (probably closer to 10) which included them cleaning my windshield and rear glass, inflating the rear tires (which I knew were low) and replacing my wiper blades (the drivers side bit Mike, I feel bad about that, bad wiper attachment design) and checking my lights to make sure none were out.This was my first time here, and will not be my last. They've found themselves a new customer.10/26/2023 - Went there for an oil change. Nice as always, and quick. I appreciate their efficiency and the time it saves me laying on the ground for an oil change. I'm still happy to go there, and would recommend it to others.

I was with my daughter and she stopped in to have her fluids checked. What a great experience. They offered us water or coffee and cookies checked all her fluids fixed an item she had broken by accident on the bottom and were super nice. There was no charge for this and they even checked her tires. I am completely impressed at the professional quality and niceness.Services: Body & Trim, Oil change

Awesome service! I like to use my own oil and filter, and they were happy to just do the service for me. They even gave me a veteran discount. Great group of guys! Fast and efficient!

My first experience with PDQ. Excellent customer service, very cohesive team. They offered me water, coffee and a cookie while I waited. I was so impressed, I bought them all pizza for lunch I highly recommend PDQ Oil Change.

Will continue to use PDQ for all my oil changes, reasonable prices and I don't feel pressured to buy services I don't need. If a service is recommended to me it is explained fully. Service used to be great until they got bought out by Tuffy. No longer do full service oil changes, never fill up the oil to the right level so you have to come back midway to the next oil change.

I could not have had more of a pleasant experience when my car was being worked on at this shop!
